Tirupati was our last transit stop during the 4000 kms road trip. Marasa Sarovar Premiere with resort like layout, a real jewel is sandwiched between a decent residential colony and Tirumala hills.

As soon our car stopped in the portico of the hotel, each staff member got into action per the task they were assigned for by the Hotel. Deepak at the reception got the Check-In process moving. Welcome drink was served, and a gentleman with a smile introduced himself as Srinivas, GM of this hotel. Brief conversation with Srinivas was very pleasant.

Aesthetically pleasing room decor; space well utilised and high room ceiling, is the best way the “Premier” room category can be highlighted. Absolutely clean room, toilet and shower cubicle. View was even better, late evening with well lit exterior corridors, glass panelled restaurant (Lotus Cafe) and light from the fountain pool floor.

Spread out fountain pools on both sides elevates the location of Lotus Cafe and the property on the whole. Had buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Reasonably good choice to satisfy the varied preferences of the guests. It was compelling for one to try a bit of every dish, or indulge in a select few per their food preferences.

It was really nice of Srinivas (General Manager) to stop by our table during dinner, to make sure that we were comfortable. It was interesting to know about the growth of this hotel and the core values. Srilakshmi the Sales Manager, walked to me while I was having breakfast the next day. She took some time to enquire about our stay.

During our stay, did find the staff courteous and doing their best to keep up to guests expectations and their needs. Found the location safe and pollution free enough for an early morning walk.

What more can one ask for. All there for one to stay here and experience; “Great hospitality, impressive property, impeccable service and an efficient team under the able leadership of Srinivas; a customer driven and ambitious General Manager”.

“Check Out”, was handled smoothly by Divya. The last transit stop in our 4000 kms road trip at Marasa Sarovar, was highlighted with a warm send off; the General Manager was right there waving to us till the car was out of sight.

Sincere thanks to Srinivas, Sreelakshmi, Muskan, Deepak, Divya, Bhagyashree and Rajinder. All of you certainly made our stay comfortable and memorable too. A few others in the restaurant did offer remarkable service, but their names escape my memory.

Manasa Sarovar Premiere certainly appears to be a hotel at Tirupati, we intend coming back, to stay, relax and enjoy for more number of days.

I'm staying presently in one of the beautiful Five star hotel in India, "Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati " from last one month.

They are maintaining exceptional hygiene standards , every day more than three times disinfecting every corner of the hotel as daily standard practice.

We are not only apresinng this property for ambiance or service, but would like to mention something which is heart touching for any visitors round the globe!!

Inspite of lock down circulation from Government of India, they had accomodated in this hotel & Extended all possible service to us in this critical situation, where whole world struggling with Covid 19.

HK Team is very helpful and sanetiseing my room per day.
Specialy Ms.Jyoti and Prema , Sanjay, Panmeshwar and house keeping incharge Mr.Omveer singh is very take care for me.
Front desk Assistant Ms.Ranjana also good and helpful.
Thanks Team.

We Highly recommend this place for any guest visiting Tirupati.

It's God's own place!

Stayed in this resort during my recent trip to Tirupati with friends.
This as per locals ( Taxi Drivers, Auto Drivers) is the most luxurious resort in Tirupati. Opened some 4 years back on outskirts of Tirupati on Airport Road is a 5 star property from Sarovar group.
We had taken their Suit room on 2nd Floor and view from Room and Balcony was awesome.
As you enter this resort ,you would be pleasantly welcome by the entrance which is well decorated and you will find beautiful water body having fountains which are operational in evening.
Room was quiet spacious with all amenities suiting its 5 star status. Room service too was good but it was more reactive than proactive.
Best part was the quality and taste of spread of dishes in their Buffet restaurant( Lotus Cafe) which also serves Ala Carte food and its both veg and non veg. They also have a ala carte restaurant ( Krishna ) which again served tasty food ( that is purely veg restaurant ) .
Swimming Pool is ok in size even though we didnt use it.
Its a place where we would be staying during all our upcoming visits to Tirupati. Nothing to complain other than their somewhat lazy service.

We did not get room service even after requesting for three hours, multiple calls and personal reception visits. We kept calling for housekeeping for basic amenities such as water bottles, glasses and cutlery. We called housekeeping multiple times in, which couple of times they just did not pick up or cut the call. We went downstairs to the reception twice and requested the manager and receptionist yet nothing was delivered to our room. For a four star brand, the service is horrible despite paying a good price on a standard room. Their staff was either inadequate in number or too occupied with two weddings being held in the hotel.

A four start hotel should be adequately staffed to handle mere room service, if they are able to hold multiple events during the pandemic.

We did

Recently stayed at this hotel with family for a night. Looking at all the great reviews and 5 stars, booked with a hope of having a great stay but it all ended up with a great disappointment. I have made the booking through booking.com two weeks back for stay in mid of January and not even a single time I was able to reach the booking desk to confirm the reception after several followups. It is very pathetic to see that the booking customer service numbers gets forwarded to the house keeping/ room service and or even sometimes to restaurant inside who put it onhold forever unattended.

We still gave it a try, hoping it is just the booking mis-coordination, and went ahead with the stay. To my surprise, it is again to deal with a worse housekeeping and room service wherein we had to give atleast 3-4 reminders to get the service and at times had to escalate this to the duty manager ,who came in and assured that it will all will be taken care off and OK but the issue continued to persist until the point we checked out.

There were only two positives about this hotel, it is the ambience and restaurants insdie but these two will definitely not make it worth for what you pay. Hope the management seriously looks at the internal management to ensure the price they charge for a 5 star hotel is on par with the customer service provided for guests.

The accommodation and staff are nice. There needs to be some crowd control at breakfast time though. We attended for breakfast in the morning of 5th Feb. There seemed to be a huge influx of guests into the breakfast room. Not sure if they were from a tour bus or were guests at the wedding taking place on site. I saw many of them picking up food from the buffet with their hands (and not tongs) and putting the food back in the serving trays. One lady touched 4-5 pooris with her hands before selecting one for her plate. This is not hygienic. These guests were jumping past others already in the queue and pushing others for food. They were also eating their meals in the buffet area, blocking the path for other guests. It was embarrassing. The staff were nice and helpful to us. However they seemed powerless when faced with this unruly mob. I would return to this hotel again if they could control the crowd at breakfast.

Stay 13th to 15th- 2 nights- 2 rooms-4 singles
We checked in this star category hotel.
So were aware that we r reaching hotel around 12 at night. Checking in was not much of difficulty.. we were allotted 2 rooms.
Non functional air conditioned ruined the very start. Inspite of attempts till 0230 midnight it didnt worked out. Alternate arrangments room were shown but were stinking, so we refused.
Finally we were given standing fans (which were making a lot of noise) but since we had a long journey from mumbai driving, we were dead tired and with no option we slept.. with that noisy fan...
Hospitality starts from here: we complained to the manager named Arpit Saha. He was absolutely not sorry for the incidence. When it was confronted that we were unhappy paying such bomb, he offered us 20% discount on dinner. {A night before we checked out}. We refused the offer as a dinner bill of 2000 with 400 rupees discount offered would not have justified the difficulty caused to us after paying a bomb for the property.
Arpit and other nightduty incharge Sainath miserably failed to even feel sorry about the incidence. Arpit was particluarly rude and showed no sign of remorse.
PS: i m not commenting on food considering Covid.
PS: We booked 2 rooms via different IDs.
Avoid to spend bomb. A little hospitality effort would have worked. But for that initial 1 night, which was crucial since we were tired was bad experience. And second Mr. Arpit could have been polite.
Property is super good though we couldnt enjoy much, neither we tried, due to Covid Pandemic.

We stayed at this hotel for our visit to Tirumala. Hotel location is a challenge and is away from the City and was an effort to locate it. But once inside, rooms are good and quiet and is extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive. Facilities are good and is spread out. Wifi was not effective and mobile signal was bad in the location and we had trouble communicating. Restaurant services were limited during the time we visited since they had just opened after Covid lockdown. We were also told that they had limited staff and will soon bring it back to normalcy. Otherwise rest of the experience was good.

This hotel is like one star, Room is so dirty, the smell in Washroom, so many stains on the floor both in the room and bathroom. No proper towels or toiletries kept. Power has gone three times. For the first time power came back after 20 minutes that too after calling three times to Front desk and this was happened in the night at 2 am. In one word this place a not suitable for 5 star. Also, it took almost 1 hour to check-in and the front desk person informed that they only check the emails from 9 am to 6 pm. So with his answer, I came to know this hotel didn't train the staff according to 5-star hotel requirements. Also, room switches don't work properly, i have to charge my cell with my laptop so pls don't book in this hotel unless if all hotels r full.

I took photos of the room and will post them so everyone can look into it

Great property, large rooms and good location- all ruined by poor management. We checked in late and found we had to ask for most basic toiletries. Soaps are not available, if you don’t prefer using body wash from a dispenser you are expected to bring your stuff😀. Staff comes across as overworked and irritated. In house dining menu has exactly 3 South Indian main course gravy options for vegetarians. Food was tasty and quantity was sufficient. We found the tea kettle not working, filled with water from the previous user, and cups full of stains. Overall one star experience for four star pricing.
