The hotel was spacious but not that much clean. And the hotel management is too unimpressive and vague. And breakfast is ok not too good as compared to the prices. And the AC looks ok not excellent same as the management.
I stayed one night in this hotel during my temple visit, Rooms are good, but need improvement in cleaning and linens, Breakfast was average, Sleep quality was good. Bathroom shower was good. I recommend this hotel for short stay..!!! Decent place to stay..!!!.
Good ambience, reasonable rates, well connected to Bus depot, railways and to foothills. Clean environment, Good service. However parking for cars is average. Good amenities in Room and good quality food
No proper customer care! When we checked in, the lady at the reception was in a kind of heated discussion with the cleaners and did not even acknowledge or greeted us. When we requested to have packed breakfast as we were having an early checkout next morning, she said breakfast is served as from 7am and asked us to check with room service. The next morning when we called room service for breakfast, they said same thing and cut the phone on our nose! We ordered tea which was tasteless and were even charged for it when we had already paid for room and breakfast! Thank you makemytrip for the lame bookings! The lady at reception however assisted us and provided hairdryer when we requested. Access to hotel is a metal slide where cars drive on and persons have to walk up and down…
Had booked online and was staying a day with the Family. This place is not worth the price. Very Dirty rooms. Broken furniture. Dirty Lenin. AC was working, but probably ages since it had been cleaned, leading to damp and foul smelling rooms. This Hotel was the First Property i have seen which does not even have a proper approach for the person to come in. there is a Mesh created with a Iron frame that is used to get the cars into the parking. One has to use the same. It has gaps and if you are not careful, u can trip and fall badly. Such Properties should not be listed on any website. We booked a car for Airport drop in the morning and after repeated follow up, the person did not show. Last minute we had to book an OLA.
