Was there with family in June for a couple of nights..Just listing out a few things that I encountered during my stay... -The rooms are rather small. -The toilet stank as the ventilation fan had been removed.No idea why..tried asking them for spraying air freshners...but to no avail.. -There were rats scurrying around in the AC duct...could hear them at night... -The wifi did not work...they say some work is going on and the lines have been cut!. - The rooms were not cleaned for 2 days even after specific requests...They look to be understaffed.. - Maintenance lacking in general..we got locked out of our room as the batteries had not been replaced in the card reader locks...it is another story as to how we got in...pointer to the fact that they may be understaffed.. - Breakfast has only two major items..Idli and Vada ...everyday..and a couple of other items on request ..not quite the " spread" you would expect. -To top it all their credit card reader was not working during checkout... Not sure how it is a "3 Star" hotel and rated as the best hotel by trip advisor for 2022.. There are several better options just across the road..suggest you give them a try and give this hotel a miss.. …
Very good service and talking friendly with costumers tq sravani mam.. and continue that talking with customers and more food items take.. and food also so nice and upma is so nice...tq so much for all.. nice..nice.......................
We stayed for couple of days in this hotel with our family.The service was good.It included breakfast and they maintained cleanliness in the hotel room and the restaurant as well. Good one. I recommend this hotel to my friends as well
Place is comfortable and helpful staff, every body will make your stay comfortable. Rooms were good in size and nicely maintained. Food was nice, will definitely recommend friends and relatives to stay here.
The location of the hotel is very best and near Ramanuja circle, May be due to ongoing flyover the place is little uncomfortable to reach. Else its a good location.The rooms are good and the service at Reception is awesome. The cleanliness of the rooms needs more care as the inhouse phones are stinking and the smell of napthalin balls in the shelf made not to use to shelf to store for hanging clothes. The staff also clean the room with smelly sanitizers which is irking, needs to train them. The service team is ontime when you call for help. Iron box is bad and no ironing board is given. Shampoos and other toileteries need improvement. Special mention to breakfast Fresh fruits are not good and limited items and it takes time for an omlet.. the staff from east india though good but very slow in understanding…
Rooms are good but service is horrible, better word is worst.☹️☹️☹️☹️ We asked 3 rooms but 3rd was allocated after 1.5 hrs... As our 3rd room was made ready and allocated to new guest. Later after repeated follow up we were given. As we were polite and adjusted in 2 rooms, they took leverage to allot 3rd room. Food had mixed reaction from our family, very late in service. Intercom does not work out work with disturbance, when we call they pretend not heard and don't even bother to come n ask what we require. We paid for extra bed but was. Not given, noone bothered as night noone responded. But for payment it's prompt asking for payment. Direct walkin rates are higher than online. If anyone still want to try .. book online. Worst part is even after feedback, for everything Yes sir is the response. Cannot give a ZERO rating so settled with 1. Advice travellers to go for alternative hotels.…
Staff are Co operative and I highly appreciate their support. Amidst pandemic, their cleanliness levels are great. Excellent room with abundant space. Hygienic too. It’s near to many hotspots. Highly recommend it
