We stayed two nights 29 th and 30 th December 2022. We were happy to see neat and clean room .The room service was quick . The young housekeeping staff was courteous and well groomed. The reception was well managed by Mujib. We also availed Cab service package for both days. The driver was well behaved and car was neat and clean. We recommend this hotel for the guests who expect maximum comfort ,clean rooms and quick services .

Smelly toilet/bathroom.. Exhaust not working, poor matress, bedding looked like wasnt washed recently. Room looks alright but cleanliness and the facilities are very poor. Staff are friendly and welcoming though.

neat and clean rooms, multi cuisine restaurant that serves quality food which are moderately priced and the complementary breakfast was awesome. Food is good and heavy quantity they provide. Overall the hotel is excellent.Room is excellent. Staff were very polite. Safety parking of car.

I stayed with family. Nice food. Polite and helpful staff. Service is good. Prime advantage is its location near to airport. Negative factor is it’s overall cleanliness. Bad smell persists in lobby areas/outer part of rooms. Overall recommended for stay

I had good time in hotel Hyderabad Grand for two weeks services to customers are quick and good food, special mention of Debashish Adhikary( supervisor) very friendly and providing great service and all the other teams as well. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

We booked this hotel between our two flights as a transit hotel. I cant really fault the hotel, given their tariff and rooms condition. The airport pick up was arranged for Rs.600, which we didnt mind paying as they picked us up on time upon our arrival. We were given their suite room, which was only large in size and nothing much to speak about. The room was big, clean bed, bedsheet and quilt. The bathroom was also acceptable, as it had separate shower room, with running hot water. They provided all toiletries such as soap, shampoo, dental kit, shaving kit etc. There was also complimentary two bottles of water, tea and coffee stuff. We didnt eat there so cant comment on their food quality. I can definitely recommend this hotel as a transit hotel, compared to other hotels in the nearby area, which has some really bad reviews.
