Our two days stay at Sitara was quite relaxing and enjoyable for 4 main reasons - strict social distancing rules, the staff, clean and prompt room service and complete entertainmemt package of Ramoji Film City extravaganza. Upon arrival the luggage is sanitized, use of thermal scanners at every entry point, wearing masks is compulsory, even the staff follow the guidelines promptly. The theme suites were well maintained nad kept clean. Masks and sanitizers were placed in all the rooms. The room service isvery prompt. The food served at the restaurant is worth mentioning. The food was customized as per our desired spice-level as we had small kids with us. They also made a lovely cake for my son! The film city tour is worth every penny spent. Our kids enjoyed every show,every film shooting sites, the show about film making where the visitors can participate is note worthy!! Throughout the tour, utmost care has been taken to maintain social distance, thè tour buses are kept clean, the roads and pathways are kept clear and trash free, one is surrounded by trees, sculpturs, calm and freshness away from city hustle made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!! A special thanks to Ms. Vijayabharathi, who constantly kept in touch with us to ensure that our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and even made sure that our kids birthday party went well!! Ms.Bharathi accompà nied us throughout the tour explaining each and every aspect of the film city..so much so that even my 5yr old too asked her questions for which she was more than happy to answer. This was my third visit to Hotel Sitara and the Ramojee City. The hotel provides a very high quality services to its customers and ensures that the stay remains a memorable one. It was an amazing experience!! We enjoyed a lot in Sitara Luxury Hotel. The rooms were well maintained, sanitized and neat. The staff was very very welcoming and friendly. Every staff member was wearing a mask and there were sanitizers every few meters. There was a recreational centre next door called Champion. It included many activities like pool, carrom, basketball court, tennis court and so on! The food was super delicious and Paneer Stroganoff is a must try! They showed us around Ramoji, we could either go in our own car with a guide or in their mini bus. The most memorable part of the trip was the BAHUBALI set! While we thought that many things in the film were animated but they were actually made for real. Ramoji is not just an adventure park it's an entire resort. You can come here to relax, enjoy, chill out with your friends and family. Do take a visit, you won't be disappointed!! Let's live life with new normal.

Great time we had as a team at Ramoji Film City The staffs are very friendly and co operative Rooms are maintained well and check in and check-out process by the front office team was very smooth. Stay at Hotel Sitara has been a wonderful and memorable experience for me and my parents. Hotel staff is very courteous and made us feel delighted with their service. Food is awesome !!! Initially we were apprehensive to travel during COVID situation but desperately needed a break and leisure from work routine. I'm very happy we have opted to stay at Sitara in Ramoji film city as they have taken very good precautions and maintained hygiene and sanitization. I would surely recommend this block buster package tour if your are looking for a delightful time + leisure + safety during COVID situation along with yummy food..

Highly recommended for meetings, wedding, family etc.. The staff are well supportive and cooperative beyond ones imagination. We hosted a meeting for 5 nights for 150 participants at various spaces in Hotel Sitara. Everything was smooth beginning check in, dinner, lunch, breakfast packages and finally check outs. Hotel Sitara offers you beautiful ambiance for meetings as well as family time. Our stay at Ramoji Hotel Sitara was absolutely delightful. The excellent customer service made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We had booked a theme room, which was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, adding a unique touch to our experience. Additionally, the room provided cookies and chocolates, which were a nice and tasty touch. The room also had a bathtub in the bathroom, which added to our comfort and relaxation.
The dining experience was superb, with both dinner and breakfast being very enjoyable. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations.
One pleasant surprise was the availability of swimwear for purchase at a minimal cost, which allowed us to make full use of the swimming pool. The kids had a great time splashing around and making the most of the pool facilities.
The bus service to and from Ramoji Film City was very convenient, making our visits hassle-free. We even had the exciting opportunity to see a few movie stars at the hotel, which added to the thrill of our stay.
A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Bharati. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Her humble demeanor and the way she interacted with us as if we were family made us feel very comfortable. Bharati's warmth and attentiveness significantly enhanced our experience, making our stay even more memorable.
Overall, our experience at Ramoji Hotel Sitara was fantastic. It was a blast, and we had a memorable time. We highly recommend it for a family-friendly stay with excellent amenities and top-notch servicet.

This was my first-time visiting India on 12-October-2021, and what a great first visit it was. Senior Marketing Manager Hari Krishnan heard that it was my birthday when I called ahead to find out about the Ramoji Film City tour prices, and I was shocked at how sincerely he rolled out the red carpet for me when I arrived.
The tour through the world's largest film studio was so much fun, and the food back at the Hotel Sitara was so delicious during lunch that I felt at that point compelled to not leave India before writing a nice heartfelt review.
The only bad part about my experience was that I left too early! I found out that the team at Hotel Sitara and in particular Chef Shiva had prepared a surprise birthday cake for me. Ugggghhh I cannot believe I missed it. I thought I had a good excuse for leaving considering I am a Gulfstream 450 Captain who was extremely jet lagged and needed to rest up, but after I saw the cake even that was not a good enough excuse. If I had have had a phone that worked outside of WiFi range, I would have received the message before getting back to Hyderabad, and would have had my Uber turn around.
I don't tend to write reviews, but I am so moved by how I was treated, what I tasted, and all that I saw that not only do I give this property and its people 5 stars, but the next time I am in Hyderabad I will be sure and stay here instead of in town.
General public, I am doing you all a favor when I say, come here for a stay over the next time you intend on visiting Hyderabad. You will see that my words are not cheap! This place is worth the monetary outlay.

When me and my family had visited Ramoji Film City 22 years ago, we were enthralled by this magical place and one of the pieces that had caught our attention was Sitara (a utopia perhaps?). With a decision to revisit sweet memories, we chose to stay at Sitara and this place met all of our high expectations and more! The location already sets a high standard and this "star" shines bright fulfilling other essentials like great hospitality, value for money, hygiene, and plenty of amenities (film city tour arrangements, sumptuous food at their multicuisine restaurant, sports/games, gym, pool, etc.). A fantastic experience overall, it's definitely a place we would recommend and return to in future.

No. But the helpful staff help in making the bookings, after checking your preferences. You make the payment, but they take care of arrangements as per your requirements.
Not too sure about the ramps but you will be taken well care of. Help available. Don’t settle for anything less than Sitara and do inform them in advance of your wheelchair requirements
stay 2 nights in sitara n book the same in advance. Once you check in , book Ramoji film city tour from their travel desk. Although you are staying inside the film city and can walk around but since it in spread out in hundreds of acres and entry by your own vehicle is restricted, it is advisable and enjoyable to take the tour which includes lunch for a day long tour. It is worth the value you spent.
Yes sir, the hotel lobby has a travel desk which beautifully arranges the tour and it include lunch served in the hotel itself. Must go on this tour, since it is very well organised and pick up is from hotel itself.
