Built in the late 1500s by Ibrahim Qutb Quli Shah, this is a traveller's inn set amidst a Persian style garden Ibrahim Bagh. Taramati was the favourite courtesan of Abdullah Qutb Shah (Late 1600s). The fable goes that Taramati used to sing here for the resting travellers and the king could hear her voice a mile downwind at Golconda Fort....

Located on the outskirts of Hyderabad city beyond the Golconda fort in a very large walled property adjacent to the historical site of same name, this is a mid range hotel of "Telengana Tourism" and is perfect place to stay if you are traveling on your own/hired vehicle or want to stay from the hustle bustle of Hyderabad city. Being an ancient Monument, it has been developed and maintained as an resort, it has Swimming Pool Rooms and Suits Restaurant Bar Outdoor Am-phi theater Indoor auditorium Place for purchasing Souvenir items is also there. Just be there in one weekend , swim, eat and play..........get yourself rejuvenated and return home.

We visited this resort during friend's wedding. 15-20 room mere booked by our groups and it is a good resort. Ac rooms and suites all were clean and spotless.Room are not very big but it's ok and equipped with necessary item like mini fridge and bathrooms were also very clean. It is a historical place built during the reign of Goconda nawabs. This one, the bigger one is occupied by taramathi; there is one more smaller one probably half a KM from here--which is for her sister Premamathi. Both are quoted as excellent dancers of that time (in the eyes of kings, I think) Though heard of some stories, not...

Taramati Baradari is a Persian style garden with a historic building perched atop a hill which gives beautiful views and a great photo setting. superb fun wedding trip with entire family and with brother's wedding and some family friends from australia, all sort of transport we sat on like train bus auto and most important i loved the name of taramati baradari, for my bros baraat

Its a big opened place nice view to see ,atmosphere is cool and its a silent place 3 to6 pm is the best for visitors here v can see many halls and auditoriums are there but all r closed and rooms are there but i do know whether is it good r bad abt that i didnot stay haritha resraurant...

taramati baradari is a very god property with great location great building with great aminities but all gone waste due to neglect. room are very spacious fully furnished but again not properly maintained. i stayed in this hotel on 01st october 2015 for a night. food is just average no varieties at all. i was surprised when told that DAL...
