Before I was coming to hyderababd I was very reluctant and worried because of the corona virus scare. When I reached, security was scanning everyone's temperature and made sure no one is missed. This gave me some assurance. In the lobby there were sanitizers and tissue boxes placed everywhere for guests. Anil Bhatt and the entire team at Taj Krishna ensured a safe and healthy atmosphere for all the guests and loved upto their name. We had lot of last minute changes to the rooming list and room allocations. But the duty manager Sampath justice it so easy for us without a blink of his eye. Be it the rooms given much prior to checkin timings, or the hampers to be placed in rooms , a small cake to be arranged, or any last minute request by client or guests, everything was made so easy by the hotel staff.
My most favourite person is Mr Anil who manages the seasons lounge. Daily he had some very interesting conversations with us and the guests in his own unique way.

I had booked a Taj club room for 2 nights for New year celebrations. The hotel has really ensured that all hygiene and sanitization is done efficiently and we were very happy seeing the way it was all managed. I thank Rohit for upgrading us to the Executive suite. Umesh was a perfect host at the Lounge. We ordered through in room dining for all the time except for lounge and breakfast. Hari, Sudarshan and Kumar ensured that food was served without delays. On new year day eve, while the entire f&b staff was attending to the celebratory parties and dining, the in room ding team was very effective. This is class service. Further on the day of check in while we were delayed enroute to the hotel, Sudarshan took my lunch order on the phone and served us as soon as we checked in. This was too a service well appreciated. Thanks to Rohit for connecting me to Sudarshan. Neeraj the Housekeeping leader along with his team Nandu and others kept the room fresh and clean. This is probably the 4th time that we are coming to the hotel and it was a staycation for me as we stay in Hyderabad. Taj service and guest relation is world class and we will come back again.

Our travel experience at Taj Krishna in Hyderabad was truly a lovely experience. We stayed here a few years ago and we returned for one week this time. All three Taj restaurants including Golden Dragon, Fradurus are the one of our favor restaurants ever visited among all the famous dining establishments. It was a pleasure to meet Executive Chef Shahid and Chef Bipin. He made special food for our 18 month old son and everything we requested was prepared with love and care. Our room was originally on a smoke floor and we requested to change our room. Neeraj accommodated our needs promptly and changed our room to a non-smoke floor. Most amazingly he also ensured that the room was child safe with corner bumpers on the furniture for our son’s safety. The room was set to a cozy temperature and all other needs were met and exceeded. Anil was hosting in the cafe section of the lobby and he was fantastic at serving all people and shared his love to my son. He made us feel welcomed and warm during our stay. The staff overall in the lobby and concierge as well as the 7th floor club lounge staff exceeded our expectations and helped make this a time to remember. We would gladly tell our friends and family to consider staying at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for straight 14 days and the service has been at its best in every aspect. The hospitality is the best and i had received a very warm welcome on the day of check in. The food section has been awesome. Pool is good and you have a peaceful atmosphere maintained all the day. It's a good place to refresh and hight encouraged to take accomodation here. Even Swiggy and Zomato orders will be delivered straight to the room and cleaning service is available 24/7. Great Ambience, Loved the room, spacious enough, hygienic. The room service is prompt and so are housekeeping staffers. Had zero complaints during our 4 night stay.
The breakfast buffet is lavishly spread out and the waiting staff is brilliant at what they do. The airport drop is slightly overpriced but still saves a lot of hassling done by local cab drivers. Special mentions to - Madhura, Akshay, Sampath, Dominic for a warm and hospitable stay.

We are regulars at the Taj group of hotels so when we had to make an urgent trip to India in the middle of the pandemic it was our go to stay. The entire staff was attentive, as usual, and they handled our last minute, day of, reservation well. The staff is vaccinated and the premises is maintained well, is kept clean, and everyone is always wearing a mask.
The included breakfast was tasty, as usual, and even during the pandemic there was a great selection. The restaurant manager Dominic and servers Pathak and Karim saw to our every need. No complaints.
We are glad that during these unusual times we were able to stay at Taj Krishna and feel safe. Can’t wait for our next Taj stay, hopefully in a more normal world!

Had to travel on Work to Hyderabad. Being the festival of Karva Chaut my wife decided to join. With work schedules the way there are there was no time to get items for the festival. One call to Mr Sampath and Ms Maggie at the hotel and they were able to procure the requisite things at no Charge and were waiting for us on our arrival. If this is service from the heart I do not know what is. Mr Venkatesh from Inroom dining time and again consistently serves food with warmth and care making that “second home feeling” whenever we visit here. Mr Sumitesh from housekeeping makes sure the room is dressed to the hilt at every opportunity the room is vacant. Mr Sameer from the concierge services and security always has a beaming smile. Truly five star service exceeding expectations and straight from the heart ! Well done guys ... you made us truly happy as a couple !

Taj Krishna is one of my favourite hotels in Hyderabad. And the credit goes to the wonderful hosts who create Tajness each time. As I am following a strict diet, I was wondering whether I would be able to continue the same at the hotel. I called up Rohan who has helped me several times in previous times for helping me plan my meals even before check in and he spoke with Chef Jahangir. I am all in awe for Chef Jahangir, who not only made special procurement like Bajra flour but made delicious vegetables dishes which tasted awesome but cooked with zero oil. I have become a big fan of Chef Jahangir 😊 I had most of my major meals at Firdaus and on one occasion Amul also got Chinese served in Firdaus as my son wanted to have Chinese food. Shyam served us on all the days at Firdaus and service was outstanding. At the coffee shop, it was yet again a great service by Chef Bipin, Chandu, Paramita, Sneha, Subba Rao, Khan, Umesh and a beautiful Chef wearing spectacles that I had conversationson few occasions( I am sorry I did not see her name) who was very meticulous in ensuring that the vessels were filled with delicious food. I used the gym on all the three days and Rafi and Gopi were Excellent motivators. Umesh and Sahed delighted us during the cocktail hours and took very good care of us. The housekeeping was done wonderfully well and the room was well cleaned, water bottles and all amenities kept. Thanks Armaan, Ram Kumar, Nandi and the rest of the team for really keeping good care of the room. Manoj, Dinesh and Sameer did a flawless arrangement of my home transfers and Manish and Mujahid who were my Chauffeurs were well groomed, polite and drove safely. Rohit did get me a very good room and he really understands my requirements very well. He is a wonderful host. The check in was extremely smooth and Thanks to Naveera that paperwork was minimal and the room was all ready. I had one of my friends from Bangalore stay with us and they loved the stay and were overwhelmed by the Tajness 😊 To my delight when I checked my weight upon my return, I had reduced 1 kg and thanks once again Chef Jahangir ( You are a genius). Also thanks for providing us some special ingredients for our diet. I have few suggestions 1. Along with water, if some detox water is also kept in the Gym it will be helpful. I have seen some properties keep bananas and some non sugary weight loss drinks too at the gym. 2. At the terrace, if something could be done about the pigeons as the table and chairs remain dirty ( I understand and we face a similar challenge at out 12th floor apartment balcony too) 3. A microwave in the suite will be extremely helpful. 4. Smart TV in our rooms will help to watch Netflix and Prime and even You Tube

I stayed at the Taj Krishna with a few friends a couple of months ago. We did have a problem initially with the room allotted to us and we didn't want to compromise on anything considering the fact that we were staying in a 5 star property. We brought this to the attention of the front office and they immediately addressed our issues without any hesitation and we had a really great stay. In fact the staff very helpful and accommodative to our requirements. I really don't know what your problem was, but I suggest you address the issue with the manager of the hotel. I am writing from my personal experience with the hotel and I cannot comment on anything else.
Yes there was children's at end seperate and the main pool is not too deep either. Obviously you will supervise but there was a friendly pool attendant with usual towels etc who works next to pool, but it was lovely and quiet. There were some plunge jacuzzi pools x3 alongside. It is an amazing pool one of the best I have used at a hotel. Lucky you. Enjoy.
