The location is great for my commute - good food nearby, most places easy to get to! The apartment itself is comfortable without being spectacular. A bit ageing infrastructure but if you are looking for just a comfortable night's sleep, you should be comfortable with the place. Great service from staff! I would use this place again & again & again, as I had been doing for the past 12 years - the last one in April'19. What started as a stop-gap place on my official visit - now is a regular, even when I traveled with family to India during our vacation. Just one call to the team and you can rest assured they will do everything possible to deliver it.

Room space is quite good, look for all available rooms and try to bargain you will get a value for money deal. Pros: 1. Good area and surrounding at affordable rate 2. Very good lobby space with dinning table and sofa's. 3. Good complimentary breakfast. 4. All Payment modes available. 5. Co-operative staff, will bring things from nearby stores for you. Cons: 1. Selective items available in food menu and there is no bar menu. 2. Hotels for food in surrounding areas are very costly. 3. If you're in your room on Saturday and Sunday then you may not get room cleaned up. 4. All rooms have yellow light, in case you have problems with yellow lights. 5. Old ACs in some rooms which gives moderate cooling.

I've stayed here for almost a month during april-may'16 on a business assignment and the stay was very comfortable. Cooking and reception staff are very receptive. There are time restrictions to when u can order in-house food but if u plan a bit early, u can eat delicious food. (Very economical). Security Dept was always alert and u can find 90% times the gate was closed after 10.30-11 PM. Haha.. I didn't feel like staying away from my place .. I would suggest anyone to stay here ! Say hai to staff personnel govind. :)

Spent a fortnight in this hotel/apartment during a business stay. It is situated in the posh locality of Banjara hills and everything is in proximity including malls, shops etc. Conveyance connectivity is also good. The rooms are neat and tidy, with just the ample space (not very much spacious, depends upon the room category). One good thing is the 24-hour check-in/check-out. The dining experience was just average as there were very limited options for breakfast (have to choose from the only continental, generally bread omelette, and only indian). Lunch or dinner is on demand and generally there are no choices, per thali system. But the food is good if you are seeking homely food away from home. Overall an average experience. They could do better in terms a-la-carte services.

I am staying here since last 5 days would be staying even more as it is a Very neat and clean place , the complementary breakfast is very well cooked and served . Rooms are quite spacious and the service is great . There is a kitchen in 1st floor .. You can order lunch and dinner as well but that would a bit expensive than outside but the food is definitely good . The staff are very well behaved and friendly .

Apartments are managed very poorly and managed very poorly (furniture falling apart, no electricity half the time). Apartments in Gatchibowli are next to a stagnant lake, so kept awake whole nights with mosquito's buzzing in the ear. Overall I left the apartment felling exhausted. So would not recommend to any one.

Very nice and clean place to stay in. The appartments are large with spacious living room and dining area. We had rented 2 bedrooms out of 3 bedroom appartment. Banjara hill shopping area is nearby. Food can be ordered in-house and there are many options available around the appartment.

We had rented one entire 3 bed room apartment. They let you rent just one bedroom from such an apartment too! It's a nice, quiet place off the road no.3 of Banjara hills. Though it's not very handy for tourists to visit the city, it's good for family with children to rent a home like place like this. Dinner can be ordered in house here (well in advance, as they cook only on order). The service is very good. Generally a thums up!
