The Daspalla Hotel in Hyderabad is a class apart. We hosted friends and family here for our wedding and it was incredible. Thank you to Mr. Uday and his brilliant team for your exceptional service and attention to detail! Over 50 individuals and all our guests were happy, comfortable and well-cared for. The staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was in place for our wedding as well as for our guests.
Each room is impeccable yet cozy, with fresh linens, 24x7 room service, WiFi, minibar, tea/coffee station, laundry services, iron, hairdryer and basic traveller's grooming kits. Daspalla has taken the sustainability route with in-room toiletries - instead of the little single use plastic bottles, you will find that each bathroom has larger jars of shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner by Kimirica. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these suited my sensitive skin and dry hair. The room will give you a great space to unwind, and because of the hotel's central location, you may even get a lovely view.
The food at Daspalla is KILLER, especially if you like South Indian/quintessential Andhra cuisine, you must try out their restaurants. The breakfast is great too, so many options and such warm people serving it to us.

Excellent service and breakfast. The rooms were very clean. Akshay and Sai Krishna took extra care to make sure our rooms were cleaned daily and went the extra mile to help us with extras needed for traveling with kids. The chef made us delicious dosas and omelets, he also made sure to tell us about regional specialities and offered alternatives for the kids.

A nice hotel with warm hospitality. Stayed there twice in recent times and every time it was a pleasant experience. This hotel has a big campus where you can take your evening/morning walk along with a gym and swimming pool. The swimming pool is located at the top floor and you can have a nice view of city from there. They have rooms of 3 category including suit room(I Stayed in superior and premium rooms but had a look into suit room too) and all the rooms are specious. Higher floors has nice view too and all the rooms has all the necessary things you need for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are not very spacious but they are good and again, equipped with everything you need except a shaving kit. Premium room has wooden flooring and suit room has a separate drawing room and bathtub. Quality of mattress, linens and furnitures are top class. The restaurant serves nice food along with a good buffet breakfast and dinner. The room dining service is fantastic too. Almost all the food I tested were good in taste although a few were spicy. All the staff was always eager to help and that is the most important thing in hospitality industry.

We had a wonderful stay at Daspalla! Anji, on the 6th floor was extremely friendly and did a great job at cleaning our room. He always made sure to clean our room on time whenever we asked and restocked our snacks every time.
The staff at Daspalla (cleaning, front desk, breakfast, front door service) is all very accommodating and made our experience 10/10. We highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Hyderabad.

We the Guest of Hotel Daspalla from 22nd Afternoon to 25th Morning of February 2024 had a very good stay coz of Good Hospitality extended by the Hotel Staff, The Banquet Incharge Mr.Swaroop handled the pressure at the Lunch and Dinner very Carefully and Smoothly.....The Food Quality was Amazing not only that the Cleaniness, Hygiene are very well maintained.

We stayed for 4 days and had a pleasant stay. There were no delays at all with room service as cleaning was done on time and the food was delivered within 25 minutes. The only compliant with a sliding door was also addressed immediately.
I needed last minute photocopies for official business and they provided those for free; this was a huge relief that saved me an hour of roaming around the city. The best part was that they shipped my headphones across the country when I left it in the room during checkout, for free! This is not the cheapest of hotels, but you get what you pay for, Thanks Hotel Daspalla!

1. Room:
First day we arrived, room smelled mouldy and the floor was dusty. The room's lock was also broken and we had trouble getting in many times during our 5 day stay.
2. Floor management/cleaning staff:
Got the room cleaned by floor management next morning, who by far, is the best staff in the entire building. They are super attentive and professional, and respond immediately to any request. Raju goes above and beyond for his guests, and so does Krishna. Krishna insisted on getting the lock fixed as soon as I brought it to his notice on a weekend because I was concerned for safety (see hotel review in #4 review below).
3. Restaurant:
The staff in the restaurant (not Circles) can learn a lot about hospitality. There are a couple of waiters who are not trained on how to approach a guest (eg., asking us our room number although we had already informed at the desk right before entering the restaurnt; please note this was also our third day dining here and at this point a lot of the staff recognized us by face). The manager in the restaurant is polite and welcoming, perhaps he could train his waiters to not talk where it's not required. The restaurnt staff has a long way to go (take notes from Raju/Krishna?)
4. Hotel:
I would avoid this hotel over weekends if youre staying with family. Its overrun with loud drunk people in neighboring rooms who swear loudly and also gawk at women. Definitely avoid this place on weekends if you dont want to feel uncomfortable/unsafe having your family/spouse.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Dasapalla Hyderabad in the convenient center of the city located in Jubilee Hills. The proximity to Hitech City, local attractions like Golkonda Fort and Shilparamam while a smooth ride to and from the airport makes this location outstanding. Being in Jubilee Hills makes an optimal radius for this hotel around the city.
Coming to the amenities at the hotel, these are truly well their worth, very clean accommodations and staff ready to help makes the trip a real pleasure. The hotel has a nice gym connected to it and also has an infinity pool that is conveniently located on its 8th floor. A small party area in the front when not in use serves a good recluse to stroll in the beautiful Hyderabad weather without having to deal with traffic smog. The food offered is noteworthy particularly the South Indian varieties, I personally enjoyed the idly, vada and rawa dosas. These and several other varieties of food and served in the breakfast spread every morning. With these considerations I would highly recommend Dasapalla to anyone interested in a hotel accommodation in Hyderabad.

It was a very comfortable stay at Daspalla Hyderabad.
Staffs were very helpful and room service was pretty prompt. Dinner ordered in room was very hygienically served and was very tasty.
Best part was the breakfast, though there were not many items at the buffet like other 5 stars would offer but each and every item were too tasty. Thanks to the chef
