There was a time, I used to use this property for my work visits very often, It was then run By Mercure and everything back then was top notch. I went back after a 3-4 year gap and felt somewhat that it was going downhill. Firstly the Check-in guy late evening was a very lousy person who dint want to answer any questions or pretended he was hearing nothing, Next when I asked for a quiet room away from road side traffic, he was hesitant and sternly said 'subject to availability' . when I called housekeeping for some extra drinking water (since i had a child), there was no housekeeping operating @ 9:30 pm and the same goddamn guy @ the reception told me rudely, extra water will be chargeable and he did not budge. I observed that even the furniture & fixtures in the room were going downhill and not maintained. Although the hotel seems busy, its mostly the cheap marriage traffic. I would definitely not use it again for my business trip

For our Hyderabad visit we were looking for a single room for 3+1 person but we were unable to find one with affordable rate. Finally Mr. Samee from Royalton hotel offered us Junior Suite room with best price. Our Royalton stay was from 26 to 31 Dec. The hotel is at prime location in Abids and 10 min walk for the Ramoji bus stop. It’s easy to get auto and cabs from hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful. On the Ramoji visit day they allowed us to have breakfast at 7 AM though the breakfast time was from 7:30 AM. Room was clean and room service is also prompt. As we all stayed in a single room we enjoyed our stay at Royalton.

I have stayed almost for ten days between March end and April 1st week. My first stay was an unplanned trip, and I had to check in with my husband for one day. But Royalton being the most conservative did not allow us. It was almost 1 am in the night eventually, we had to share our marriage certificate with them.
My second stay was also not that great. The hotel has many mosquitoes; despite booking a privilege room, the room did not have a refrigerator, and above all, none of the channels were working, except the free media. We stayed for a week, and no movie channel was available. Even though we requested several times, they did not help us... The Duty Manager (Mr. J....) got very rude when I asked him to arrange at least a few channels.
We do understand that pandemic has changed a lot of things but providing the channels in at least in the privilege room is must. What will one person do sitting in the room for 24hours?
Another very important thing is the restaurant is charging additional service charges even for a water bottle we order in the room.
But I must admit the front desk staff was very courteous and polite and willing to help. Especially Mr. Amit had helped me in every possible way.
Overall the hotel is nice just they need to get more practical and flexible and address the need of the customers.

We have booked this place for a reception held in our family. The place was well maintained and hygienic. The ambience was very neat and aesthetic. Services were quick and we didn’t face any issue during our event. Highly recommended place for small social gatherings as the plays follows hygiene protocol and maintains the resort very well. The rooms are well equipped with all required necessities, also the place is pet friendly so you can get your furry friends here for a weekend.
Overall very happy with the place and would recommend it for small gatherings and weekend getaways.

We had a great experience, staff were very helpful. Food was amazing. We actually booked the banquet hall for a family function and it is very grandeur. The lighting, the chandelier, water fall very eye catchy . Food was served on time, food exceeded our expectations. Hotel manager Dinesh was present for the entire duration and made sure that everything is smooth and flawless.
Special appreciation to Dinesh and Suresh. They both did a wonderful job to make sure that the event is a grand success .

Most of all what i loved was ambience and room were totally sound proof i hope, as far as i remember it was so quite we enjoyed the stay without any disturbing noises around. Rooms were clean And room service were good and they were quickly responding without any hesitation . What i felt as one demerit is that food inside hotel is lil expensive other than that everything is cool . I shouldn't complaint about that as i got complementary breakfast ;) Oh yea! Was very disappointed with the hotel. Not value for money. Not maintained well.... Bathroom tap leaking, bathroom door making lot of noise, rooms not cleaned properly by housekeeping people. Breakfast taste was basic, staff very uncourteous, menu very limited, swimming pool is not available, Need to call lot of times for basic requirements like hand towel, shower cap, etc.... Wifi strength is very poor. We had paid 5k in advance for booking but at the time of check in, the front office staff made us pay full amount bill. So unfortunately we didn't have option to change the hotel the next day. Won't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Front desk staff are good, friendly and helpful. Do not allow guest to bring food or alcoholic beverages from outside into the room. Because want to promote their own restaurant and alcoholic beverages to guest. Give you 10% discount if you eat at their restaurant where food is average. I ate there because I had no choice during my stay it was raining every afternoon onwards and afraid of flooding since it was my first visit to Hyderabad. Room average. Room service good. I don't recommend their travel desk. Most of the autorickshaw driver don't where this hotel is. And very hard to find. Touring from the USA booked this from the USA looking at reviews. Will I stay here again no.

It’s a nice hotel. Location is good. Well connected. Rooms were specious and well maintained. Staffs were well mannered and helpful. Food was tasty and quite reasonably priced. . Mr. Amit ji was the most friendly and helpful receptionist or manager ever, so lovely and great first impression of the hotel. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was better than what I expected. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.

DO NOT go for a standard room. The main problem in these rooms is that there is a plain glass partition between the wash-room (toilet) and the bedroom and the privacy is provided by a flimsy pull-down blind, which compramise the privacy of the person sitting on the toilet seat.
The wallpaper and decorations in these rooms are very dark and unwelcoming .
I believe you have to book for 16th too, even in my case we did early check in but that was around 8.30am as room were available. But it would be better if you call them directly.
