Room view is good Bed pillows are clean and soft Towels are clean and fresh Good quality body wash and shampoo
Only issue is with the air conditioning. Even though it's set at cool you can still feel it's not actually cool. It's okay because it's beginning of March. However, if you are planning for sometime during peak summers then you may feel the AC needs to be much chill.
There is a workstation space and comfortable chair if you are on business visit and want to work however, the wifi does not support if you want to connect work VPN. The firewall throws a notification that wifi is not secure. So get your dongle or use mob hotspot if work has to be done through VPN
Especially, Abirul was exceptional when it comes to room service and cleaning. He did excellent job and has a friendly nature.
Breakfast was included in the room package, there is room for improvement when it comes to options for breakfast. However, it was still ok and not disappointing.
There is room for improvement when it comes to toiletries provided. Ear buds were missing, face wash is missing, not sure if hotel is expecting to use the body wash on face as well
Overall, it's a good option in this surroundings rather than going for Radisson where it was nightmare for me.

The rooms and the facilities were good. The staffs were courteous esp. Abirul was kind enough and ensured the room is clean. Breakfast is good and the gym had necessary equipments to flex your muscles. They have an entire non smoking rooms floor so you will not have a neighbor who will smoke.

Prompt and fast service everything is available. Sambal and naveen took really good care of us during our stay. The room was well maintaied and water if asked they also provided cool water the rooms are also properly ventilated, the room was a bit small but its comfortable.

Attention to Detail: The person was Abhirul was there since I entered in hotel consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring every corner is spotless. They notice things that others often overlook.

The person(Sambal) who came to clean our room was very polite and the rooms were also very clean. The view from the hotel room was very scenic. Breakfast buffet has by far the most variety of foods possible. One thing I disliked was the elevator system implemented in hotel. I should be allowed to go to any floor I wish to instead of only my floor.

Let's start with the room, the room is good and has all the amenities you need for your stay, room gets cleaned everyday including changing bedsheets and also it is done as per your instructions and availability. The housekeeper for me was Dhananjay who is good at his work, the engineer Satyajid also good at work. The Managers at reception area are professional and gets the work done if you have any issue with anything it might be regarding billing or facilities. Now comes to the restaurant "Johnathan's kitchen" a part of the hotel itself, you are welcomed by a sweet and beautiful smiles by all the staff, I was attended by "Deepika, Ankit and Akhil" they all are really nice and friendly and will suggest you some good choices and make sure the food is made as per your preferences, sometimes if you are lucky you might be offered with complementary drinks too, the last but not the least hostess here "Shelly" will guide you to your seats and if you are a fan of K-drama she is the best at suggesting them. Overall my stay was this AMAZING because of them. I am really grateful that I got to meet them here. If I had the choice to stay here again I would definitely take it without any 2nd thought. I stayed in Fairfield by Marriott hotel Gachibowli Hyderabad . The housekeeping services are on time and easily approachable especially Mr. Ram he was rendering his housekeeping services to my room on the right time.
