Its a great hotel in the price. Thoroughly sanitized and clean, the washroom and the room itself was very hygienic. The hospitality from the staff was excellent. They have a fixed menu breakfast included in the price but the staff took my request and served me an excellent poha which was outside of their fixed menu. These small efforts ensure that you feel comfortable. Definitely staying again when I am in Hyderabad the next time!

We had a lovely 10 day stay at Treebo Trend Address Inn and were very satisfied with every aspect of the Inn thoroughly.
The staffs were very friendly, helpful,approachable and always made sure all our needs were met to our expectations.
The best part of the stay was that the rooms were very clean throughout our stay as they were cleaned and looked after by the staffs everyday. Speacial thanks to Mr. Sandeep.
And yes,the Breakfast was worthy of our attention and suited all tastes. I would like to thank Mr.Sandeep for making sure we enjoyed the best food from the Inn.
We really enjoyed our time at the Inn and highly recommend it to everyone looking to have a good time in Hyderabad.

Hotel Address Inn is ideally and centrally Located in Road 13 in Banjarahills. The ambience, upkeep of the premises, room cleaning and service is top class comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. Our stay is very happy and a memorable one. Value for money spent on room tariff. Breakfast especially omelette made by the staff has no words to describe and infact the taste of the same still lingers. Best hotel at Banjara hills under the budget with complementary hygiene breakfast, all staffs are supporting with hindi, telugu & English language.
Excellent choice to explore for living at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad location with a parking facilities and amenities.

I had a very nice experience with the staffs at Treebo Trend Address Inn, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad where I stayed for last five days. I offered some tips for house keeping boys but they refused to accept and replied that customer's happiness is the most valued satisfaction for them. Then I asked them their names just to write this review. At least I should add their names here. Shambu and Thapa are the two nicest house keeping guys about whom I was talking. Both responsible people play a good roll in running the property. They have prepared special bread Omlets for me which was really tasty, I would suggest all of you to try at least once if you wish to stay there at some point. They are full time in the Hotel and seems like they work so hard, may be they work 24x7? ;).

Rooms has cockroaches inside, bathroom is not so good. Its like a PG service. Breakfast was horrible, they say it a buffet but only idly will be there and dining room is very small. Windows are not cleaned, AC was working properly, ceiling fan looks like it will fall.

We have almost lived for two months in Hyderabad and Address In was our home for a longer period during our stay… Walid and Mubarak are like friends for us and helped us in each and every possible way they can. Even minor staff members are also helpful in which ever the way they can.
Value stay for the price and rooms are clean and tidy. You can find two restaurants around the hotel and food can be ordered via zomato. Breakfast is included in the stay.
Location is in the heart Hyderabad and you can access all main attractions within a 10km radius.
