ITC Konehur was a breath of fresh air for a business stay in Hyderabad. The hotel was well maintained, located in a central spot, an amazing rooftop deck, and nice restaurants. Traveling to India can take a toll on you after such a long flight, and it was great to check into a hotel where luxury was important to the hotel and staff. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and whisked off to your room. I was upgraded to a balcony room on the top floor and wasn't disappointed. The room was powered by an IPad to include ordering room service, closing blinds, and lighting the room. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept in, and their laundry pickup service was really cool. There is a separate closet where you place your clothes and someone fetches the laundry from outside your room. It is delivered the same way so you can still leave your room on private but still have laundry delivered. Buffet at the restaurant was also a winner, best I have had in India in all my trips to various hotels. Staffing was welcoming, helpful, and always checked to ensure you were having a great stay. Thank you, Nitika, for being so kind and attentive. This is now my new hotel in Hyd and sorry but not going back to my previous.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by your staff, who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. The hospitality I received throughout the stay was truly remarkable. Every member of your team (hitesh sharma, Abhilash, Ashika, Priyanshi and chef Manoj) from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. My room was always pristine, and any requests I had were met with a quick and cheerful response.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was beautifully appointed, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the design and amenities. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I found it to be the perfect retreat after a busy day.

One of the best hotels to stay in hyderabad both in terms of location and the 5 star opulence! The attention to detail in the guest rooms is one of the finest I’ve ever seen! The quality of materials used in each and every corner of the hotel are just top notch. Especially the ITC one rooms with their fantastic view of the lake is the best view you can get compared to any other hotel in hyderabad I can say! Even the lounge hours including cocktails and appetisers in the evening offered for guests staying in ITC one and above rooms are great! I particularly love their pomoginger martini. The lounge also is very beautifully done with both interior and outdoor seating. Sometimes they also have live music! As a Marriott platinum elite member I’ve always recieved a complimentary upgrade to their ITC one room. Elite recognition is good and the staff are well trained to resolve any queries put to them. My only issue with the hotel which has always been is the checkin and checkout can take a while. Probably because the hotel is always busy but every time it takes atleast 15-20 minutes to finish the checkin process. Wish they can make a quicker checkin process if at all. Otherwise staying at this property is just money well spent!

There's a first time to everything and I guess this was my first time experiencing subpar service at an ITC hotel. I've had wonderful experience at all ITC hotels but I was a little disappointed by the service at the Pavilion restaurant, which I informed the restaurant team. Even the housekeeping team was not up to the mark, there was dust in the room and every morning I had to ask to replenish the toilet supplies.
The rooms are big and luxurious, very ITC like. They have a iPad in the room which makes your life even more delightful. You can use the iPad to control the lights, order food from the restaurant of your choice, check your outstanding bill and much more.
The quality and spread of the breakfast is great although if you reach close to 10 some of the items may be missing.
The dinner buffet is great too, only if reach around 10 pm. Once the items are over, I didn't see them restocking.
I had a great stay only disappointment was the Pavilion restaurant.

I had the pleasure of staying at ITC Kohenur for one night, checking in at around 4 pm and checking out the next day. I am delighted to provide a genuine review of this outstanding place. In terms of everything, such as the delectable food, spotless rooms, immaculately groomed staff, and the overall experience, I can confidently say that this place surpasses all expectations. I couldn't find a single aspect to critique, and even after trying to find areas where they might lack, everything was nothing short of perfect. It's evident that this place is managed by an elite team of professionals who possess an exceptional knowledge of hospitality.
From the moment you step into the property, the security staff greets you with a warm namaste, even in the midst of the scorching 35-degree Celsius heat. Once you step inside, the place is exquisitely cool, and it's heartening to see that this place places great importance on the sustainability of the environment. Achieving LEED platinum certification is no small feat, and the management and staff at ITC Kohenur deserve every accolade for their dedication to such a vital cause.
The housekeeping and cleaning services at ITC Kohenur are unparalleled. The rooms are meticulously maintained, and I was fortunate to stay in a room with a balcony that offered a breathtaking view. The only minor concern I noticed was some construction noise, but that's a temporary issue that will likely resolve soon.
By choosing to stay at ITC Kohenur, I had the opportunity to make a positive impact on society and the planet. I enthusiastically recommend this place to all my colleagues, as it truly is an exceptional experience. While there may be some negative comments online, I am confident that any issues with the service are not intentional, and the management team is committed to maintaining the highest level of hospitality. I initially booked a nearby hotel, but I decided to stay at this hotel for a relaxing weekend after hearing about its great food, spa, and bar. Since I was in India, I didn’t want to miss out on the experience, so I booked a king-size bed smoking room online.
After work, I went straight to the hotel to check in. The receptionist asked for my booking ID and a security deposit, which is standard procedure. However, when I got to my room, it wasn’t a smoking room as I had booked. When I inquired about this, I was told that all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. If that’s the case, why offer smoking rooms as an option online?
Aside from that, everything else was okay. The hotel had a few dining options, but most of the dishes were very spicy, so I opted for Italian cuisine. One thing to note: there’s no ATM on the property, so come prepared.
As for the bar that was highly recommended—it was underwhelming. There were only two guests there that evening, so I decided to skip it. Breakfast was decent, and I particularly enjoyed the bread.
Overall, the experience was fine until checkout. Despite prepaying for my stay with my card, I was told I still owed the room charges. After some back-and-forth, they acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and provided a receipt. However, when I asked about my security deposit, they said it would be refunded to my card within three days. Unfortunately, it took over a month to receive the refund. I had to file a complaint and visit the hotel in person, only to be told they weren’t sure what was causing the delay. It was a frustrating experience.
Would I recommend this hotel? No, I wouldn’t.

We chose ITC Kohenur to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be an extraordinary experience. Though we had booked an entry-level room, Samayita at the front desk surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to ITC One, a junior suite. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for a remarkable stay.
A special mention to Priyanshi from the front desk and guest experience team, who went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. Despite her shift ending, she stayed back to personally welcome us with a bouquet and escorted us to our room. Her warm demeanor made us feel incredibly special, and she even struck up an instant friendship with our daughter.
Dining at the Golconda Pavilion was another highlight. The food quality seems to improve with every visit, and the service was impeccable. We were especially impressed by Mr. Timiran and Mr. Prashant, whose attention to detail elevated our dining experience. Do ask for them when visiting the restaurant.
The personal touches continued the next morning when Priyanshi greeted us at breakfast, ensuring we were well taken care of. And as we checked out, she presented us with a delightful cake, wrapping up our stay on a perfect note.
I would remiss if I would not recognize and thank Bharat from the housekeeping department, who provided a great turndown service.
A big thank you to Shanik (I may have gotten the name incorrect. I apologise) for arranging an antiseptic cream in light-speed to address a minor accident that my daughter had met.
It's safe to say that Priyanshi is ITC Kohenur's best-kept secret. Her dedication, warmth, and hospitality added an unforgettable charm to our stay.

Food and the restaurants are great. The time when we arrived we were welcomed by the great staff. Manupriya, Sudarshana and priya they were so helpful to make the room as per my preference as i was celebrating an occasions they were absolutely brilliant. I liked the concept there Meheman Nawazi where Manupriya briefed about that.

We stayed at ITC Kohenur to celebrate a special occasion. We stayed in a junior suite overlooking durgam cheruvu lake. The room was well equipped with all modern amenities. I particularly liked the shower area in the bathroom which was quite safe/slip proof for kids and elderlies. The food was amazing, specially Dal Bukhara of Peshawari restaurant. During the evening lounge hour, the chef met us at Lounge Bar, he noticed that my 4 year old daughter is not eating anything. He immediately sent nuggets for her which she loved. The front office manager, Mr.Ajay Das, went all out to make our stay special. He upgraded our room to a higher category and arranged a baking session for the kids which they both loved. Last but not the least, we met chef pushpendra who took extra efforts to show how baking is done to my kids and at the end of the session gave us chocolates that were made by them during this session. I would always like to come back to this property.

We are Club ITC members and stayed at the Kohenur over the weekend and undoubtedly it was one of our best experiences. The booking was so courteously handled by Priyanka and Akanksha and they also upgraded us to lovely rooms making sure that we were next door to our kids' rooms. Chef Prithvi suggested and served a gourmet meal at Yee Jing and finally Bishal was always by our side at the morning breakfast table despite the busy Sunday morning. From reservation to checkout it was such a smooth process. Couldn't get more perfect. Thank you team ITC. Looking forward to the next one.
