The king bed room was very spacious and very much comfortable.Room service was pretty good and they made it very hygienic. All of the hotels Staffs were very helpful, but Kubbat Ali,Harish & Suhas were very helpful and made me much more comfortable in suggesting a better food options. Only missing part was the entertainment, as only TV was available in the room. At least a indoor sports to be made available. I was not able to connect my IPhone to the TV and was very bored of only watching TV which has also very less options. Transportation can be improved. Thanks a lot for ur pleasant stay Hope to stay again.

Our stay was comfortable and it was pleasant. House keeping staff was very quickly in addressing our needs and cleaning staff was very attentive. Overall it was excellent stay. Place oa v hygenic. House keeping Raja and Suvra were amazing at their job. Floor supervisor Satya was great in service too.

I am impressed beyond my expectations this time with my stay. While planning my stay i got in touch with Mr Abhishek, who very patiently attended to all my queries and assured me that i have nothing to worry about during such stressful times and I will be taken care of with utmost high level of safety standards. This kind of assurance and confidence of his knowledge helped me choose my stay with hyatt once again. When i entered the hotel the santisation process and strict adherence really impressed me and affirmed that i made the right choice. Seeing hotel staff Diksha and Manishas big smile made me feel like i am home, even though i haven't seen my family for 6 months. What a beautiful feeling that welcome gave me. While being socially distant physically they both connected to me emotionally with their genuine hospitality and comfort that they made me feel. Again Mr Abhishek very patiently explained to me my checkin process and what i can expect from the hotel during this Covid situation. I fail to understand how during these stressful times he does his job so professionally and with so much passion. His smile and confidence in his brand Hyatt made me feel stressfree and confident. While Manisha and Diksha also helped with check in, they were also readily available and one call away from any required assistance. Every time I pass by the reception they dont fail to wish me and say hello, or have a small chat and check how I am doing and if i need assistance. Room cleanliness was topnotch. Santisation and hygiene level expectations were met. All the housekeeping staff were so focused at their job, helping with all small and big requests. Food delivery and room service standards have only raised. The staff attending us at breakfast were so warm and ensuring the best experience. Even though with many people during breakfast hours good social distancing was maintained. I wish to name all the staff I came across but unfortunately cannot. I came across Ajay in the lift, and he recognised me from my previous stay. Even to have that acknowledgement made me feel very much at home. It was like seeing our own people in such difficult times. Thankyou for always delivering on your promise Hyatt Place. I am really looking forward to my next 2 days in the hotel. All are below the mak level here except the location. Not a worthy stay. Bed and quilts are dirty, no proper response from hose keeping for any requests. For a 3 occupancy room, they provide 2 towels and one booth brush, then one can imagine the level of common sense they have. Better to stay in a 2 Star hotel than this.

I stayed here from Feb 18 to Feb 19 2021, Room No 422.
Excellent place, located bang opposite GVK One Mall. The higher the floor, the better the view. Nice large room, brightly lit, comfortable Kingsize bed, large aqua area, and the basic frills. Full marks.
The downer was the drinking water served in the room, which was not sealed cap bottled mineral water, but RO water kept in reusable bottles. In Covid times, I am sure an exception could have been a better choice.
Also, the swimming pool is a mid-sized one, located on the rooftop, along with the poolside bar and restaurant. It was not operational, however, the distinct impression was a lack of privacy. Which translated into a fact that this was merely cosmetic, not for its core purpose.
The breakfast spread was not extremely lavish, but the best thing was that it was a buffet but served by servers on your plate. You ask they serve, you cannot pick anything by hand. Nice.
So nice experience, and maybe a yes for next time.

Our location indeed is preferred by most of our guests as its convenient for one travelling to both old and the new city. ZING-SkyBar+Lounge is our rooftop restaurant, one part of our Penthouse floor and the same is accessible to all guests, both in-house and outside. Other part is our Swimming Pool which is currently non operational as part of the COVID 19 safety protocol taken by the hotel. Our breakfast spread has few dishes on the buffet, few part of live stations and other directly from kitchen. We have the dishes of the day mentioned on a tent card that is placed on each table. However, your point has been noted and also shared with our Head Chef Gaurav. He will reconnect with his team and check on the ways to improvise the spread. Rooms are large size & spacious. Staff is very cooperative. Very comfortable for long stays. Staff ensure to meet all the needs of long staying guests & make them feel homely. Glass refilled water bottles are provided in room, better is they can provide sealed bottles.

I stayed at this property for 7 nights and I really liked the room and the air circulation within the room though the property is a little old yet it is well kept except for some areas. Kitchen and restaurant staff i was really awesome and were able to customize my food and serve me with sense or care and respect. A guy called Kubbat ali was extraordinary in his service every night I would go to restaurant.

My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights at Hyatt Place Banjara Hills and we all loved it. Exceptional spread at breakfast, lunch and dinner and amazingly tasty food. Housekeeping could have been proactive and ensured sufficient tissue rolls, coffee sachets, etc. The rooms are what one would expect in a business hotel and the beds were super comfortable. Being in the heart of the city, the location is busy but convenient. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and look forward to staying here again

The rates which are mentioned on our website as standard rates, are on room only basis, breakfast is not a part of the room rate. In these if you want to avail breakfast, it would be at an additional charge of INR 625 plus taxes per person.
