Rooms are spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping needs to do some basics right: off the 7 days I stayed there no fresh hand towels were provided for 3 days. Newspaper was provided every other day! The hotel gym is terrible and antiquated; shunned to a tiny room in the basement as an afterthought. The equipment is worn out. They provide huge thick pillows - call the reception to get some thinner ones or risk severe neck sprains!

Executive suite is a joke. Just name it "basic room". Basic hotel, basic facilities & high prices. Air conditioning is centuries old. Half the time you are wondering if it's working or not. They even charge you for plates in your room or they tell you to pick up from the restaurant. How silly is that?

The pries are not cheap so one would except great service and an environment where there is proper upkeep of facilities.
It takes a long time to confirm reservation; they forget to send card for airport pickup.
The only silver lining is that if you order in room food it comes very fast and food served is hot. Housekeeping is poor. Good place to stay for a short duration as a last resort .

This is one of the worst hotel in hyderabad. There is no hygiene.they keep so many rules stating that in hotel smoking is not allowed but in all balcony rooms they are allowing people to smoke and property smells of smoke even if you are not smoking. I paid 6300 for one night and I felt this is not even worth 2000. The bathrooms are so horrible that even after flushing 10-15 times your loo will be still there in commode. Disgusting. There was one night manager tall dark and bald( not bodyshaming) but giving features of distinguishability so that his superiors take action on him. I was angry about smoke smell in the room and I was arguing with him he is literally shouting back at me in a threatening tone and giving serious look as though he ought to do something to me. I really felt scared being a girl to stay at this hotel. If management sees this review kindly take action on him as I felt he seemed threatening to the customers. Even the housekeeping boy was rude. I just wanted this night to get over horrible hotel horrible staff horrible management now I realized WHy there was no female staff in this hotel. I beg any girls or any decent human being not to choose this hotel.

Don't think just go..!!! It's awesome place and locality. The staff behavior is too good.!! Room is very clean and calm. They Provide Brush,Colgette, Cob, WathCover and hot/cold water available. We needed to put the Lagguage they cooperate with us. Thank you Moorve Team!

I recently stayed in Suite Room No. 410 at your hotel and had an unfortunate experience. I accidentally started my period, which unknowingly caused the bed sheets to get stained. To my surprise, I was charged an exorbitant amount of ₹2,425 for laundry services and said these are not usable and not washable which is really not possible blood stain can remove easily by washing.
While I understand the need to maintain hygiene and cleanliness, periods are a natural and unavoidable occurrence. Penalizing guests with such high charges feels unreasonable and unsympathetic. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and judged, especially in a time when inclusivity and empathy should be at the forefront of hospitality.
I hope the management considers revising such policies to accommodate unforeseen situations with more understanding and compassion. After all, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests should be the ultimate goal of any hotel.

Average stay as room was not ready on time and room ACs making loud noise and no technician sent even after repeated request.
Breakfast spread was good and fresh and location is also very good. Rooms were clean but old.
Consider it to be a lower end 3 star hotel.

Excellent location , good rooms managed by staff which is untrained and not professional at all. On booking I was informed that they need me to self attest copy of photo ID - they had no clue why this was a requirement and would not let me check in without this. They limit you to one 1 litre water bottle per day . The gymnasium which is located in the basement is dirty and foul smelling . The breakfast is average with the staff not bothering to attend to your request . The hotel needs to hire some trained staff. They have installed new Hyundai smart TVs in the rooms but these keep crashing and then restarting.
