This Hotel is a small Place for just a economical Stay. The better part is that its a little walk away from GVK One Mall an easy to identify location. As its a Budget Hotel, rooms are small with outdated facility and fittings. This Hotel does not has its Own Kitchen. Food is provided on order which is brought by them from other Guest Inn Hotel which is at Road No12 Banjara Hills. There are only two tables in dinning area which can accommodate a maximum of seven persons. Hotel does serves breakfast but if you are late to the breakfast, most of the food will beat finishing end and you may not get it. Hotel did provide clean towels and good quality bathing soaps. But it is a safe Hotel to stay in. Staff may not be the best but is helpful. Hotel does provides internet facility but it was not working well during our stay.…

I was pretty impressed with the interiors of the hotel and it was fine stay for me. They provided all the amenities till the end. Room service was good. Tv, wifi, air condition was nice. Rooms are beds are cleanly maintained.

Booked through OYO rooms and found more than disgusting. The place was smelling horrible, the receptionist was actually sitting in the room and watching TV sleeping on the bed and further gave us the same room. Very weird fact that they didn't allow to take the room keys out. Not recommended at all. Please avoid.

The reception area had coffee tables that were askew. Next to the desk were cartons with cleaning agents. As we climbed up a spiral staircase to our room, we entered the dining area...and what was that? A towel draped on a chair, stains on the floor (lots of stains), and uncleared breakfast food on the sideboard. Never mind, I thought, let's focus on the room. Clean enough, but a refrigerator that didn't work, a TV that didn't work, just ONE chair in a double room, absolutely no rack or other elevated surface to place our bags. Bathroom now. The towel had holes and stains... The tiled walls needed a thorough cleaning: they looked grubby under the sink--may be that's why the reception desk had the cleaning fluids. The toilet bowl--ahem--the less said, the better. There was hardly anywhere to put a toilet kit, except a window ledge, quite a bit away from the mirror. There was hot water, though. One point scored. Breakfast took its own time arriving, as it has been outsourced. Omelettes are made on the premises, but on that morning, there was no bread. No one served us water at the table, no one put the place mats. The gentleman managing the facility looks like he does his best with what he has, but what he needs is professional assistance. To sum up, if you just need a clean bed to sleep in, hot water for a bucket bath, and don't mind a ho-hum breakfast, you would be okay at this place, because at least they don't charge the earth.…

Hello everyone. I booked guest Inn Suits through Oyo. First time I used oyo. Oyo app is good. But you do not find original hotel or apartment name at Oyo so you can not search and find hotel rating or reviews of that particular property. I stayed there for two days for business purpose. You can find best deal of this property at Oyo. My opinion about hotel. Good location. Good staff. Very near to gvk one mall and redisson blue plaza. Limited option breakfast, comfortable bed and working AC. Comfortable for business visit. I will use it for future business visits. Do not expect luxury. It is value for money property.

I had a very bad experience with Guest in suites present in 4th road of Banjara Hills. * Finding out hotel itself was a very challenging task. No board, nothing to identify in a small street. * Looks like they are having some tie up with some hospital, every room has some eye surgery patients, horrible environment like a hospital. * All the photos shown in Trip advisor site is there from their main branch, which is there in 12th road of Banjara Hills. Don't get cheated by the images from Trip advisor, it is their different facility. * The manager is not at all ready to shift us to the 12th main facility. My Suggestion - Never ever opt for this hotel I had a very bad experience with this branch of Guest Inn Suite :(

Nice guest house without any noise. It has got hardly 10 rooms I guess so it was a very peaceful stay. Their break fast was superb. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Drawback is, if there are more guest then you may have to park your car outside. A was not very new so bit noisy. Receptionist was missing some times so you have to wait for them to come and open the gate in case if you want to go out. Also no sign board to locate the hotel. You have to rely on GPS and have to call them to find the exact location.

Competitively priced hotel in prime locality. The rooms are clean and tidy. The cheaper rooms are slightly smaller in size, but can be sufficient to accommodate a two adults and a kid. Staff are well mannered.
