Me and my family had a fantastic experience at this resort. The service was top-notch, and the room was spotless and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available in the buffet spread. The restaurant staff were very courteous, and the reception team were extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and we are already planning our next stay here.

We have been visiting celebrity resort for 10 years.
We had an excellent stay this time, thanks to the management and staff for great service and making it memorable.
They have also updated bathroom taps as well as TVs in the room which was much needed.

Poorly maintained property, with lack of hospitality. They would do everything for you to sign contract/booking. After booking you will find that you are in a mesh. You will not find even drinking water in the rooms. Staff will call you to make pending payments at dinner or lunch table as if you will vanish. No, courtesy at all. No business etiquettes, or professionalism. If you are here with family or loved ones, assuring that you will leave with only complaints and unpleasant experience. Functions, never even think about it. Sudhanshu, Subhash and Madhu were the ones we were exposed to. And we were called at the lunch table to make the payment, where my wife had to leave the lunch to clear payment. Unbelievable, we have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts and this is not even worth 2 star. Big mistake opting for this property.

We , two couples stayed at the Celebrity Resorts - Cottage option for two nights . Our stay , dining, in room services, relaxed walks through the herbal gardens , courtesy extended by the staff , the high standard of upkeep and cleanliness of the entire facility impressed us greatly. We would like to visit this facility again with our family members.

We stayed there for three nights.Resort was beautiful but rooms were very small and cozy.They provided only two 500ml water bottles in room so we had to purchase the rest.There was no shower gel in bathroom.
Breakfast buffet at fiesta was superb.Staff at restaurant was courteous and polite.

I visited to hyderabad from chattisgarh for a work purpose to Nalsar University.It was a one day stay ,But i must say the resort is very very beautiful and full of greenary .So neat and clean ambience. Rooms were so spacious surrounded by gardens, Peacocks and many differnt kind of birds can be easily seen in the early morning. Their is huge indoor outdoor games activities . Lots of gardens and lawns , Restaurant and bar is their with live music and special activities on week end. Food was delicious.Room service is available in night also with snacks tea/ coffee option. Overall best day spent in hyderabad in celebrity resort.

Visited this resort to make some advance booking. Made use of their restaurant to have lunch. Staff very cheerful and very courteous. Service was fast and food was delicious. Some minor lapse brought to the notice of the captain which was conveyed to the chef who immediately came to our table and expressed his regrets and promised to take care of it.

It was for two days we stayed in this resort.The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.
