The room and bathroom were clean and housekeeping was prompt. All the staff were pleasant and cheerful, without being intrusive. Several took trouble to remember our preferences (at the restaurant). The food was tasty - although it was standard restaurant fare. We did ask for authentic Bengali dishes but they were a bit generic. The beach was a delight - clean, lovely placid waters, and pretty sunsets. My friend and I had massages which were very good. After reaching the airport we realised that one of us had left our phone behind. The reception staff were very helpful about making arrangements to get it back to us safely. We enjoyed the relaxing stay. We would certainly book to stay there again.

Sea princess resort environment is excellent. All services likes housing keeping, catering, waiters are very cooperative...but one thing keep in mind i.e mobile network worst and no WiFi connectivity.

The location, service, food, staff, ambience every thing is excellent. The pool is clean an hygienic and available all the time. The cottage room where I stayed is very good with all wooden work with clean wathroom. The room service is excellent with linen, towel changed daily and room kept clean and tidy

Service was excellent, dedicated staff, amazing location, great almost private beach access. But quality of food is sub-par. Swimming pool in an odd location with no filtration system. Far from city. At luxury prices, the planning is still budget level. No-one in hotel has ever studied hospitality, it is running on how nice their staff is.

Hotel is quite beautiful and hygiene. The food prepared by Chef Ananda is really delicious and give best test. The people of hotel are absolute well behaved and caring especially Mr. Suman. I wish all success of the property as well as Mr.Anand and Suman too.
