Our stay was truly exceptional, set in a stunning location amidst lush hills, dense jungle, and with a breathtaking sea view. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the remarkable swimming pool, which ranks among the best we've ever seen. The food was not only delicious but also surprisingly affordable, making our dining experiences all the more enjoyable.
We had the pleasure of staying in the emerald room, which was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed. Waking up early and stepping out onto the balcony treated us to awe-inspiring views that left us speechless.
But what truly stood out during our stay was the incredible staff. They were incredibly polite and exhibited a level of hospitality that exceeded our expectations. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Munjoh for providing us with such a wonderful and memorable experience.

The stay at the Island House was comfortable and refreshing. Despite its luxurious amenities and top-notch service, the rates were surprisingly reasonable, making it an excellent choice for travelers seeking both quality and affordability. Speaking of service, I was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality provided by Kevin, the GM, and simi, the hostess. Another good thing was the proximity of Exotica Island House to the airport, it was very convenient for us since we had other members joining a bit later. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, the place was filled with color and greenery. It was an unforgettable experience. Other things which I found exquisite there were vintage furniture style, antique doors, stained glass doors and lot. I would highly recommend Clarks Exotica Island House to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and memorable getaway.

My mom invited me here for a mother daughter get away and I could not be more pleased. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was that it was spic and span!! Although it is conveniently located close to the airport, it is also very quiet which makes this a great choice for any traveler. My favorite feature was the pool dining and the heavenly pool waterfall. However I also can't say enough how friendly and accomidating the staff were. Kevin the GM always made sure we had everything the way we wanted it inside and out of our room. If you are looking for somewhere with above and beyond service, lush gardens, or great food then look no further than Clarks exotica Island house.

Rooms are much smaller than as mentioned on their website, our room's AC was not working, there was no telephone in the room, and the Wi-Fi is also not working. For anything you need, you have to find their staff. Food is average. They had a very low occupancy, so there was no buffet breakfast. The restaurant has a good view but even in the morning, it's very hot. No fans or proper ventilation there. There is no possibility of getting a taxi or autorickshaw from here and you either depend upon the hotel's cab services or you need to make a prior arrangement.
On the plus side, the room is otherwise good, neat, and clean, there is a good view from the balcony, good natural light, and air. Being far from the city, it's very peaceful. The staff tries to be helpful within their limitation. The pool is good.
Will rate it as overpriced.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the high charges, the only amenity available was the swimming pool—there was nothing else to justify the cost. We were traveling with senior citizens, and the property being in a hilly area made things very inconvenient. The walk from the room to the restaurant was too long, and although the staff promised that an electric cart would assist us, half of the time it never arrived.
Breakfast and dinner were included in our package, but the meals were extremely basic and lacked variety. For dinner, we were served just one vegetable dish and one dal, with no elaborate options or even a simple salad. It was quite underwhelming.
The hotel also seemed severely understaffed, and the service reflected this. To top it all off, the bathroom facilities were poorly maintained, with toilet flushes not working properly.
Overall, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. It was a disappointing stay, and I suggest looking for better alternatives.

Clarks Exotica Island House is simply an experience. The excellent rooms in the island house are one of the points that provide the most beautiful environment for you to spend your holiday in quiet. it is my choice especially at sunset, eating on the deck or by the pool with a perfect view is priceless. This is a very comfortable hotel with all the facilities you may need.
Staff is very understanding and service is excellent. It is at a very peaceful location on a hilltop away from all that can disturb you. … but then it is far away from tourists attractions and you will spend more time and money to commute.

The place is fairly comfortable, not very far from the city and not in the city, it is a resort, so you can get calm weather and environment. You will find the staff very hospitable and who ever takes care of their bookings has impressed me, they are better than Taj, they respond to emails, provide all details and are quick.
The resort has still some parts which are being developed, but rest is working and operational.
The only thing which I was a little uncomfortable about was they charging us INR 150 per coconut, I mean you would expect coconut as a welcome drink and not pay additional, however, from next day we started having coconut water from outside vendors, where all it costed for INR 50, basically I went berserk on coconut water and had 4, and when they charged 600 for that, I almost regretted my decision.
Is a small hill top resort so you won't find any shops outside, or you can not go outside the resort for a walk, you can swim, sit in the balcony, have food and just enjoy the weather, and don't forget the mosquito repellant.
On an overall basis, good place to go and stay during your trip to Port Blair.
