Our stay was wonderful. The owner Ms. Poonam and her staff is wonderful and helping. From helping us get picked from jetty and to booking our cabs for internal travel they did everything. The food offered here was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
Our stay at Seascape was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and equipped with wi-fi. Food was also good. Room service was available. Staff was very courteous and all the support and assistance we got with respect to our travel related queries was also great. All in all, fabulous service and hospitality at a reasonable price point. Highly recommended.
Seascapes is this sweet, well appointed boutique hotel in the heart of Port Blair. Strategically located not far from many of the main tourist sites and airport . The jogger’s park is a 10 min walk away. The staff are polite and always willing to help. Squeaky clean, and super service. It helps to know the owners are at the hotel to supervise and provide the extra special service to guests. Besides get all the tips from a local. Where to shop, where to just laze or eat. The in-house food is home style and simple which is comforting . The rooftop is a highlight of the space . Great place to hang, end of the day with a drink, board game or just a guitar to sing an evening away. Rooms are spacious and very tastefully furnished . Great value for money .
To elaborate the title, SeaScape had all the standard hotel facilities such as fridge, minibar, tea/coffee maker/ in house restaurant, and room service/ an appetizing buffet spread for breakfast and it also had the personised touch of a homestay that thrived on flexibility and accommodating the personal request. One of my family members had a mishap during a trip and Poonam Maám was extraordinarily sensitive to our troubles. From providing us rooms fulfilling our requirement to optimum to having the right kind of food prepared, everything was done to our satisfaction. Pradip was a superhero who overlooking food, hospitality, and everything else. And he was the go-to guy for all our needs. There were a few hiccups such as we were accidentally served spoiled food twice and Pradip took care of it personally and ensured our comfortable stay thereafter. Secondly, it seemed that the hotel staff was still in training or underhanded because the car bookings were not always carried out smoothly when informed at the reception (Tip: Speak to Poonam Madam or Pradip to ensure the requirements are chartered). Considering, the tourism and hospitality sector is still recovering from the pandemic, such setbacks are very likely. The reassuring part was that the staff was very responsive and take feedback very seriously. This place was also 3kms from Aberdeen Bazaar and you can easily get an autorickshaw for commuting. The rooms were small but neat with crisp white linen. This is one of the few places, at least homestays in Port Blair with elevators. Another charm of this place would be the roof where you can get a bay view surrounded by mountains, enjoy a pleasant evening feeling the ocean breeze on chairs up there.…
Booked a 3 nights stay at Sea Scape and it turned out to be a comfy stay like home at the right location with best in class staff and amazing food at reasonable prices. Nicely maintained property which is NEW and very nearby to all possible tourist spots. The decision to stay here was made after researching and speaking with the owner Mrs. Punam who sounded assuring and is really a nice person. She was honest and helpful while providing all the details whether about WiFi or general information. Really a kind, generous and a great host. No regrets with Port Blair stay now off to Munjoh at Havelock!
