Quality of the room & room size was good. But, staff is not so good, also location of the hotel is in the middle of the town so there was no view from the room. Also Checkout time is 9:00 AM Worst is the food here. Breakfast & Dinner is utterly low quality, Service is slow, though the staff from Kitchen is fine. Would recommend highly. Also poor reservation team. Wrongly booked the date & then didn't accept mistake at their end.

First of all , the hotel is spectacularly clean with perfect lighting, beautiful rooms, tastiest food and love at first sight. But the cherry on the cake was its SERVICE 👏🏻 Each and every staff knows their job and perform it with excellence ! Telling y’all about our incident; our flight got canceled a day prior and we were super stressed about what to do last moment but Mr. D’Souza (the owner of the property), went out of the way, made few calls and in the next few hours we had new tickets of the next flight mailed to us. Literally so grateful to the people who made sure that we were served the best.The property Silver Spring is definitely to go to if you’re traveling Andaman Nicobar! Excellence at its best 💯

I had a lovely stay at silversprings. No view from the window but its centrally ac, spacious enough, excellant staff and super hospitality.hotel is located centrally hence tourist places can be reached through auto and is quiet near.all essential toiletries provided( biotique products) neat and clean rooms.good internet and probably one in few who provides internet in the room,in andamans.ever smiling staff, not to forget.

This place is right next to airport and little far from all the beaches and sea. We were told that the hotel has been recently renovated and it looked new. Rooms are fab. All the facilities were as advertised and near to perfection. As this hotel is right in middle of city, it does not have any resort kind of feeling. At time, it felt like staying in a business hotel. But I would still recommend this place in Port Blair.

We have stayed for 2 nights and to begin with, I should underline the hospitality of the reception staffs. They are willing to serve you maximum with their limited capacity. we have booked a large double room and the room was huge and spacious with a living area in the extended bedroom. To our surprise the FOOD was the extremely delicious and was served with proper hospitality that we may experience in a 5star hotel. Airport was just 5mins away from this hotel. They will arrange airport pickup and drop off. 2 Negatives that we have faced while staying was wifi and power failure (both of them are out of hotel control) Internet was very weak, same like olden days 256kbps, which is very very slow. Power failure was frequent during night and switching to generator happened with a sound. This has disturbed our sleep because of the frequency of occurrence in every half an hour. But still if given a chance we would love to go back to Silver Spring again. …

The ambiance was very good and clean, hygiene was maintained well.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The food was tasty and quality was top-notch. this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the one week we were in Andaman.

I stayed here with my friends, Best Hotel in Port Blair. Well maintained with a good set of staffs who are always available in case of emergency. They have got one restaurant named 'Aroma' and another cafeteria named 'Moon Deck' which is 24/7 open. They have 3 category of rooms. Deluxe, Luxury and Silver Suite. I stayed in Luxury which was amazing. Thank you to my friend who suggested me this hotel.
