Just spent 2 weeks here and really enjoyed the experience, hotel is clean breakfast is good and clean towels everyday. Beds changed two or three times a week. It's also in a good location for beach and Senegambe strip where there is the local market and lots of restaurants and bars to try. Lots of things to see and do...

We visited here over Christmas for a week as a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. We booked a family suite and double suite in the main hotel. After Thomas Cook had made the decision to leave our luggage in the UK we arrived hoping for no more problems. However this was not to be. On arrival the...

the Djeliba is a 3 star aparthotel but if you have not been to Gambia before don't class it like Spain where it would be a no stars, its a nice place and clean with room service every day, a short walk to the beach and plenty of eats around, the staff are great and all the locals friendly

Are best wishes to all the staff at this differcult time. My review. When you first get off your transfer. If the locals speak to you, tell them you have been before and are meeting up with friends it may stop some of the pesting by the locally known bumpsters. We made a big mistake and booked half board. We...

So glad we came back to Gambia after eight years ... I think 1st time round was a culture shock, being used to mainly all inclusive holidays and not really knowing what to expect, but this hotel has changed our minds and we would gladly book another holiday to Gambia now 😊... the hotel was really lovely and the staff...

Our first time in Gambia, so was not sure what to expect. Absolutely loved it. The hotel is basic but our room was spot on. We argued for our upgrade which we had asked for and glad we did. We ended up with a ground floor apartment with plenty of room, so if the hotel do not give you the...

To put into context this is our 4th visit to Gambia and the 3rd different hotel in the Kololi area. First impressions were not great. We had asked for a room on a high floor and in a quiet area-we were put in a bungalow quartet which were next to the pool and bar! We were in a superior/deluxe room...

We went to this hotel from the 30th of november for a week and can't fault it. Lovely friendly hotel staff. Good location. Only a five minute walk to the beach. Lots of lovely resturants near by. I advise the poca loca beach bar. Its fab! Also if you are looking for a decent tour guide there is a local...

We returned home just before Christmas after spending 2 weeks at this hotel. We were a bit concerned having never been to The Gambia before however this lovely hotel helped put our worries aside. First off it is pronounced, 'jellybah'. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the food is good and the beer always chilled....
