Detailed Reviews
The hotel was really clean. They cleaned it everyday and would do it very quickly and good. The staff was really friendly and the animation team were really kind and fun they made us feel like we’re at home they were always making sure we’re having fun the meals were also very delicious the chef was really nice and it was open buffet. I would really recommend it and especially for families who have kids because they have really good evening entertainment for adults and children everyday. They also had the trip planner in the hotel and they were really helpful they booked us some really fun and good trips for us to do during our stay.

We spent a week in this splendid hotel in the center of Naama Bay and I can confidently say that it is the hotel with the best value for money in the area.
The services offered are many, including primarily the proximity to the center of Naama Bay and the various beaches, the large and sunny pool area with a spotless swimming pool, change and cleaning of the beach towel every day, punctual cleaning of the rooms, possibility being able to use sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for free, a massage center near the pool, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff within the facility made us feel at home, wonderful people.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and safes and minibars, and are stocked every day with shampoo, soap and towels on request.
We also tried the restaurant service once which was not included in our package, and we were satisfied.
I would like to focus once again on the kindness of all the staff who work in the facility who made our stay memorable. Hotel to consider if you intend to take a holiday not only inside the resort but if you want to go out and spend a lot of time outside.

I had an unbelievable time at naama blue hotel. Hamada especially was amazing and a really helpful staff member which helped us and showed us around and gave us around the best advice about sharm el sheikh. He also massively helped us to sort out an amazing scuba diving experience for an amazing prize!!! Would really recommend booking with Eagle excursion if you want to go scuba diving or any other excursions around sharm el shaikh.

The Naama Blue staff are the best. Mostafa is great at front of house.
During my stay i booked a trip with Mohamed +201092989331 (WhatsApp). I highly recommend booking the trips here as they are economical and you can directly talk to someone in the hotel if you have any problems. I really enjoyed the personalized service i was given.

It was a terrible since the moment of arrival as the receptionist wasn't welcoming or greeting. They gave me a very bad room viewing rubbish view. After midnight i heard a very weird sound from the power saving sensor then the reception send an engineer he tried to fix but he told this issue will be fixed in the morning. I went to the reception after debating he changed the room. In the next day i hanged make up room sign @3pm then i went back after 3 hours nothing changed till i went again to the reception after that he sent the houseman to clean the room . I asked the houseman to add bottles of water he told it's allowed only for the first night.
I requested late checkout at 2 pm but the reception told me the checkout at 12 pm no option for late checkout.
Finally this is a horrible hotel and very weak management and i can't recommended to anyone

What an amazing team of fantastic people working in this hidden gem in the desert!! Actually it’s very conveniently located less than 10 min walk from the beautiful Red Sea. Just outside the busy high street of Naama Bay.
You also have a free access to their beach club which was a bonus especially in the evening if you want to chill out with a cocktail by the lanterns sitting on the beach.
My friends(family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters) and myself had such a lovely time staying here, all the people who work here seem to make sure of that!
And they all work ever so hard with so little rest!!
Yet they’re all smiles and always ready to do what they can to make you’re stay as pleasant and joyful as possible. I felt totally comfortable as a solo traveller for the two days after my friends left too.
We were all so impressed with their attentiveness.
Absolutely impeccable, especially the kitchen and dining staff, the ‘dream team’!Truly fabulous people offering nothing but the best they can offer, we all felt so well looked after at every meals times there.
And the food offered is AMAZING especially for the modest price in a modest three star hotel.
So beyond expectations….
Facility wise, there’s a simple but lovely pool area with very attentive staffs Mohamed and Karim always helping you pick the best spot to park yourself. Again, they’ll lift chairs, move parasols, move towels to make sure everyone there is having a lovely time.
Other than that, some of the hotel’s facility needs some attention…like my fridge that was freezing everything from water to mangos. (Wasn’t a problem for me, but it maybe for someone else staying in the winter). Also my friend’s aircon didn’t work properly the first couple of days.
In both cases the problems were dealt with quickly and attentively when reporting to the front desk.
The hotel has a great communication network between all the staffs I believe, allowing fast efficient service for the guests, even in the early hours of morning when I arrived/left….so that you feel as a guest, so well treated, you want to come back again. I definitely would love to go back as soon as I can!

We liked everything! The hotel corresponds to its category and is even much better than many fours. Those who write bad reviews paid for 3 stars, but are demanding 5 stars plus. And in general...Those who came to whine and find fault, they will always find something to complain about. I saw these in this hotel. It was disgusting to look at them.
The room is simple. Normal and comfortable furniture. Tasty and a lot of food. Yes, there were no lobsters, shrimps or crabs. But, excuse me...you didn't come to 5 stars. A lot of delicious pastries. My waist was crying, even though I was holding back. For New Year's Eve, the chef and his entire team prepared so much that you could burst, it was difficult to stop. And there were no additional payments for the New Year's table. Nobody got poisoned. Although, when we were going to the airport in a transfer, we heard from tourists from Stella 5 stars that they were poisoned and simply didn’t eat anything for three days, they paid extra for the New Year’s table, although they said that the New Year’s table was simply luxurious, but they could eat little because of that that they felt bad. The girl from Stella paid 157 thousand for herself for 7 nights plus 1700 for the New Year's table. And she also talked about many negative situations with this Stella’s management. Truth said that after complaints, everything was settled with the staff. And we paid 84 thousand for all inclusive at Naama Blue for two people and we were not bullied, we were attentive to all requests. The holiday was wonderful.
Thanks to all the staff!!!

He is very friendly and we were talking with him like we are very close friends. Breakfast bohat acha tha and dinner too. There response was way to good and if we look at other hotels it is economical as well so it’s highly recommended for everyone like friends, family and couples.

I am sharing our 5-day all inclusive hard experience. First of all, the people at the reception are not helpful at all. We landed at night, even though they had empty rooms when we arrived, they rented a room for us, and last day, we checked out in the morning, but our flight was in the evening. They did not allow us to take a shower after we checked out. The breakfast was very bad. There is nothing delicious other than soup for lunch and dinner. Internet is very bad. The bar closes at 22.00. The boy working there did not give us tea at 22.10. The hotel rooms have a design from the 1980s. The air conditioner works but it is very old, you suffer until you press the buttons of the remote control. Rooms are given randomly. Even if you buy the top package when you arrive, you can stay in a ridiculous room with a window overlooking the hall. The tours sold at the reception are not of good quality either. I regret choosing it due to price and performance. The hotel consists of an unprofessional, intolerant and spoiled team.
