Excellent resort located in Sharm al sheikh, with great service and excellent food and a fun variety and section of family and kiddies activities Ahmed Fathy treated us like royalty whilst we stayed at the royal club, room was always spotless and always stocked up with whatever we needed, the royal club makes you feel like real royalty. Ahmed Magdy who is a waiter gave us the most prompt and friendliest service at at the beach side Italian restaurant and and Greek restaurant and always served my kids with great happiness whenever we met. All I can say is that if u ever decide to holiday in Sharm al sheikh, Sunrise Arabian is the place to be, dont think twice, book this resort where they make you feel like royalty at home
I have only 1 complaint on this resort is that alcohol is served together with other drinks from the same bars and drink stations, if this can be kept completely separate, you would get much more support from Muslims worldwide who are worried about contamination as they clean and the utensils in the same basins etc and beer is kept cool in ice which is used to fill patrons cups when drinking soft drinks

The hotel has a large and very beautiful and tidy territory. There are three pools, one pool has a water slide for kids, and another one is adults only, so you can always find a place you like. The beach is not big, but there are terraсes above, if you want a more isolated place. The reef is very beautiful and full of fish. Food is tasty, there are always fruits, fresh juices and other drinks to your taste. The restaurants a-la-carte are very good, worth booking in advance, especially French, Indian and Thai ones. There is also an Italian restaurant near the beach and a café near the big pool, so you always can have some meal during the day, even if you do not want to go to the main restaurant.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and trying their best to make your stay pleasant. The nicest person who made our room cleaning (Orchid building) made towel sculptures on a bed every day, and made our stay special with small surprises, positiveness and very good service. And here I had a unique experience I could never expect at any hotel of the world. When we were already on the plane on our flight back home, I realized that I left my watch at the hotel. It was a disaster, as it was a very valuable in all senses gift of my husband. Without any hope I sent an e-mail to the hotel. And I was so much impressed and almost shocked when I received the response no later than next morning that my watch is already at Lost and Found. I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Karam Motawea, the hotel manager, who showed exceptional patience and did everything possible for me to get my watch back. The trouble was that you cannot order DHL to deliver any jewelry across the border for personal use. The only hope was a friend of mine travelling to Sharm the other week. As my friend was an elderly person and it was hard for him to make it to Sunrise Arabian, Karam agreed to send the driver to his hotel with my watch. I only paid a small fee for the driver ride. I cannot express how impressed I still am, because despite all my multiple travels I have never met such service, and human attitude to guests even after the departure. Wish your hotel success and prosperity! Highly recommend Sunrise Arabian to other tourists!

Friendly staff that took care of us with high safety measure due to Corona. Every staff member was wearing a mask and around every corner there’s sanitizers. We had our meals on the beach and it was one of the lovliest experiences every time. Social distancing at its best.

I'm sure to say it was one of the best trips me and my friends ever had, location, service and super friendly staff were the biggest plus to our trip, we had 2 kids with us, and they were extremely happy with all the kids friendly activities and food menu. A quick respond from room service, reciption, guards and waiters. The bigest surprise were the Animation team, who took a good care of us through out the whole stay, guided us and escorted us to the best night life places, they were all around guests and kids during the day with their high spirits, big smiles and lovely cativities like aqua gym, stretching, Latin dancing, yoga and of course all day dj music and dance. If you want to get the best value of your money and saty just search for Uffa, Sonic. Omar, Shaimaa and Maradona The hotel also has a great babysitter Jenica with a reasonable babysitting hourly fee. Everything else was just perfect, make sure you do your reservation at the restaurants ahead of a time Food quality was fine but the experience and service and of course the Animation team made it perfect

What a beautiful experience with fantastic food and a such superb service!!
Breathe taking view of the Blue sea and mountains.
Great size pools with slides, in different locations to suit everyone.

The food was Absolutely out of this world with high quality, fresh bread made to order by great lady Chef, and the variety of the food in very high standard include fresh seafood unbelievably tasty, so many desserts and fresh fruits kept all my family healthy during the holiday.
I was very surprised to find out that the Executive Chef is egyptian!! Mr Mohamed Hasfafy, unlike most big hotels always employ foreign Executive Chefs. I have had the pleasure to meet him and I thanked him for the quality of the food and his determination.
Furthermore, I have met the General manager Mr Ahmed Abd - El Meguid in which it was absolute pleasure, he is very down to earth with fantastic sense of humour, he is a very team player and all his staff act like one family.

I love the way they greeted us by letting everyone to sit with refreshments drinks, then they checked us in without the need to queue or stand up! It gives every guest the privacy and comfort epecially after long flight with 2 kids! Many thanks to Mr Shehab.
The hotel is highly recommend for the reason that; it has met my high expectations especially when we just came back from Dubai and UK.
As a British family we would highly encourage all the UK and Central Europe travellers to book into this hotel and you will not be disappointed!!! It is a high standard hotel with so many excellent service to offer.
They take every health and safety precosiouns and sanitizer at every level, with zero tolerant for the staff do not wear Mask!!
Big thanks to Mr Rafaat for taking the time to show me around the hotel and keeping me and my family happy at every stage.

With family we drove from Cairo to this resort during the Covid-19 crisis in Egypt. It was forced to abide to government rules for the safety of the guests and it worked out perfectly. All staff wore masks, rooms and premises very clean and we all felt safe and well taken care of. As usual in Egypt staff was very friendly and particularly professional in this resort, it was obvious they were anxious to get back to work after the forced closure of all resorts in Egypt. The premises are exceptionally nice, whoever designed the resort did a wonderful job in creating several levels on the uneven territory, making one feel very comfortable and cozy, though the resort is quite large. Beautifully kept grounds, many pools, some reserved for particular rooms or for adults only, even a private villa is available. Transportation provided by an efficient bus and golf cart service, but walking through the gardens is also very pleasant. Finally a decent Wifi, which is important if you need to work while on holiday. Considering the circumstances (no buffets allowed), dinner service was perfect with sufficient variety and excellent quality of food and well prepared, except for desserts. Sanitizer everywhere and safety distances between tables, so we felt safe. Breakfast was made to Egyptian taste as most guests were local, but not really to my taste, though pastries were satisfactory (coffee needs to be changed). All in all, this was the best resort experience I have had in the past 12 years on the Red Sea, having been to resorts from Dahab to Marsa Alam. An excellent choice for anyone wanting to live exclusively a resort experience.

First the restaurant was a good food but it was no choice for dessert and also so bad from who service the restaurant for fresh juice he gave u can juice or mixed with can juice. Second thing the beach very dirty what I mean it is no beach to swim or clear sand and the ground of sea unclean even u can’t walk on it. Third the foam party very sally . It must be in one of swimming pool . The funny thing I asked one who worked over there it will cost us a lot money to clean it again but I think u charge a lot of money for who stayed over there so u have to spend money to make the guest happy and they will be bake again

This hotel is a great bet for families, we have just returned from two weeks on an all inclusive package with Tui and have to say it was great value. There are a handful of great restaurants on site, two are open for booking each night in addition to the buffet which is open for all meals and had some good options - the a la carte Thai and Indian were brilliant, closely followed by the Mongolian grill, but all were excellent and we never failed to get the time slot we wanted. The rooms and hotel in general were clean and tidy and there was a constant flow of staff sweeping and cleaning to make sure it stayed that way. Restaurant tables were always sanitised and there was a large hand sanitiser dispenser on each table. The pools were great and the family pool in particular in front of the main building was good for children as it has a gentle, grippy entry slope where they could play without us worrying! The daytime entertainment team made a lot of effort with the kids, nighttime shows (fireshow in particular) went down very well and the hotel staff overall were extremely helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. The beach directly behind the hotel was also kept extremely clean, sand raked and sunbeds always cleaned daily - there's also a lovely Italian restaurant and a beach bar down there. The jetty leads out to a beautiful reef where there are sections cordoned off for safe snorkelling and easy viewing points for the children to see all the amazing sealife. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had as a family and would definitely recommend to others looking at an all-inclusive trip to Sharm. This hotel is one of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. Everything about this hotel is perfect. There are many swimming pools that are fantastic to swim in. There are platforms above the buildings that give fantastic views of the sea and Tiran island. The food is very tasty and the staff are unbelievably friendly. There are also many activities to do like water polo and tennis so you'll never be bored It is also safe to come here as all staff are wearing masks and there's sanitizer all around the hotel. Highly recommended.
