We went on holiday with my family and it was our third stay in Sharm El Sheikh in the last 3 years. I can say, that this was, hands down, the best hotel we have ever been to. The staff was really helpful and hardworking. Everything was clean, our room was tidied up regularly, the floors in common areas were washed on daily bases, etc. What I would really like to point out is the willingness and professionalism of the staff in hotel restaurant, especially Muhammad - he took care of us every day and was always ready to bring us drinks and in case of any trouble we were able to turn to him and he would solve it promptly. What we also liked a lot were the restaurants in close proximity to the beach (Italian cuisine, grilled food, etc.). The room equipment was above average with very welcoming and warming vibes. Direct sea access was outstanding, the water was lukewarm at first but after few days it became quite warm and we spent a lot of time swimming and snorkeling, because the coral reef and all the fish swimming in there was simply fascinating and breathtaking. To sum this review up, I can say that we were more than satisfied with the service and experience provided and are looking forward to coming back again next winter hopefully.

My wife and I visited for 16 days of sun, relaxation, swimming and diving. The resort is clean, well laid out with large outdoor pools, sunbathing areas and terraces leading to the private beach which has a pontoon to the sea swimming area which has beautiful coral reefs, perfect for snorkelling. There is a dive centre on the beach which has experienced and helpful guides who organised shore dives, boat trips to Tiran Island, Ras Mohammed and the SS Thistlegorm for me. We also used the on-site spa for beauty treatments and massage which were enjoyable and relaxing. The all inclusive food is of a good standard, and deserving a special mention, the waiting and bar staff were extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming. There were not so many UK visitors and they were genuinely pleased to see us at the resort. Also the animation team who organised entertainment and activities deserve praise. They work hard with daytime activities such as fun stretching classes, salsa lessons, bocca (beach bowls) and evening entertainment including music quiz, belly dance shows and well choreographed dance shows of excellent standard. For Christmas there was tasteful decoration, a special Christmas Eve dinner at the on-site Italian restaurant and on Christmas Day Santa arrived on the beach for the children. If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, quality resort and you enjoy the sea and plenty of sunshine this hotel is worth consideration.

I checked in at the Resort on the 16th of June. As soon as I arrived they checked my temperature, the Resort is following all the safety procedures, temperature is checked for all guests upon arrival and daily before entering the main restaurant, the rooms are well cleaned and sanitized, special thanks to the brilliant housekeeper Attia, who remembers what exactly I need in my room and all my preferences, thanks to his great memory! Moving to the restaurants, I was blessed with the welcoming attitude from Chef Ashraf, I really do appreciate his cheerful attitude everyday. Also I would like to thank Ahmed from the Italian restaurant, he is such a helpful and decent guy. On the other side, I can’t be more thankful for the front office masterful team, especially Mr. Alaa Hamdy and Mr. Ahmed Yehia, they are so helpful, they know exactly how to deal with guests in a professional way, they both went above and beyond to make my stay a comfortable one. The hotel itself was very good. All the staff were very helpful and polite. They tried to speak to us in English as best they could. We ate in the main buffet restaurant, in the itallian and the pool bar and the food was average. ( Not the standard you would expect for a " 5 star " hotel. ) Our room was cleaned by a lovely cleaner who made alot of effort to leave towel art on our beds which was nice to come back to. Always plenty of beach beds available and the beach and house reef is beautiful. Really nice to snorkel and dive off the house reef. Nice to see the Life guards being quite struck about people walking/swimming over the reef.
This is our 6th time in sharm and it was good to be back. This was our first time staying in sharks bay. The hotel is literally next door to SOHO Square which is nice to wonder around and get a bite to eat and drink. An easy 20 min drive to Naama bay which was nice for a change of scenery.
My husband dived with Marina divers which is the hotel's dive centre and they were brilliant. Hubby dived for 3 days and had an instructor to himself every dive. The dive site has access to a RIB that can take you to local dive sites a short distance from the hotel. A very good diving site and reasonably priced!
Some negatives unfortunately - at check in there was no information given to us telling anything about the hotel. We got a sheet of paper with meal times but nothing to tell us where anything was. Eg where the restaurants were, time of entertainment etc
We asked the hotel to arrange us a taxi from the airport to the hotel which they did but we were charged $50!! Complete rip off! Returning to the airport we paid EGP75. A bit of a difference!
On our last day we requested a late check out as our flight was an evening flight. This was arranged the night before. However there seemed to be a lack of communication as reception rang us 3 times to tell us to check out even after we told them we had a late check out.
Just a word of warning and obviously this is not the hotels fault by any means but there are a lot of Russians in this hotel (and Egypt in general) who are very rude and sometimes made us feel uncomfortable. But like I said this is not the hotels fault!
All in all we had a lovely week's holiday. The hotel was really good about COVID cleaning and staff wore masks and everything was sanitised. Also lots of hand sanitizer around!

I hade very nice vacation . The service was great in the front hotel rooms it was great in the facilities and service of cleaning rooms and roads . Laundry service was amazing my suit became new again it perfectly made like the same as professional and international standard of cleaning and the price was satisfying related to the quality of service . The front office department desk agents , relationship manager and the whole staff was friendly and really like the hotel marketing oriented definition . Special art of welcoming perfectly implemented . Covid-19 procedures and all the stuff are wearing the mask all the time .you can find Sanitizer everywhere . Breakfast was great l enjoyed my meal but the lunch need enhancements the dinner meal was great and the staff was nicely wearing and contacting with a smile very nice hotel front area i hope i will come back again . Staff: The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. At first we had to change rooms due to it not being disabled friendly, but was quickly sorted. The room had a telephone so anything we needed help or support with it was there at a click of a button. Our cleaner cleaned our rooms everyday including clean towels. We made friends very quickly with the team and was treated very well especially at meal times ( it helps loads to tip your waiter). The staff at the beach and pool are also helpful and friendly - special shout out to the cocktail guy at the beach bar ( thumbs up) . Overall - Great staff and excellent team work
Food and drinks: The food wasn’t the greatest as it was very repetitive. However you can’t go hungry as there’s the Italian restaurant, pool bar (burgers, hot dogs and chips) beach restaurant and main restaurant that you can eat something at either one. The soft drinks are branded which was a bonus, don’t really do sprits so can’t comment but can definitely recommend the local beer and white wine.
Beach/pool: you beach is gorgeous and very clean. Had activities everyday so you can’t get bored. Soft music playing throughout the day so the vibes is always right. You do get the odd sales rep trying to sell you day trips and massages but once you let them know from the get go what you want or don’t want, everything’s fine. (Don’t be scared to say no)! as it can become overwhelming at times.
If you can get your towels out early
I didn’t experience the hotel pool as I’m more a beach person, But I was told it was cold. At the same time there is a heated pool in another part of hotel but it’s very small and very secluded Don’t get excited about the sister water slide hotel across the road as it’s very out dated and not for older kids or adults .
Getting around: yes the hotel has a taxi service which can be a little expensive so if you can grab a taxi from outside the hotel you’ll be saving money.
Hotel evening entertainment: Always enjoyed the evening shows .

We really enjoyed our stay here with our 5 year old. The hotel is beautiful, constantly maintained and cleaned and the facilities are brilliant. The main pool wasn’t too busy and the 2nd big pool over the other side of the hotel was fairly quiet. The water slides were well manned with lifeguards. There’s plenty for children and the entertainment is good each evening.
The beach was lovely with plenty of sun beds. We went snorkelling straight off the pontoon nearly every day and saw puffer fish, sting rays, clownfish, angel fish and many more. There’s also a dive shop which you can book dives from for a reasonable price.
Our room was a good size with complimentary water daily. The extra bed for our daughter was a proper solid bed. The cleaning staff noticed it was my birthday one day and decorated the room and left a cake which was a lovely touch.
Food was always good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was great with omelettes cooked to order and freshly cooked pancakes every morning. The staff in the restaurants were really attentive and friendly - particularly Wael and Hany who always came over and made sure our daughter was ok.
The hotel is walking distance from Soho Square which lights up at night. There are plenty of trips you can book as well. We did a desert safari and a boat trip to Ras Mohammad national park which were both good fun. Just be aware you can book trips more cheaply online rather than through the reps who are on commission.
A great place for families - we thoroughly recommend it.

My husband and I are frequent travellers around the world and we’re extremely impressed. I am from the UK and my husband is from the USA but live in England. We were first of all treated with such a high quality service and professionalism from start to end. The views at the hotel was beyond words, just utter beauty from the mountain views to the beautiful beach front. Our room was overlooking the pool and cleaned daily by attentive Hamada, who would leave such beautiful towel decor each morning which I will upload. The buffet restaurant was lovely also. Breakfast we would normally aim for the omelette with beans Egyptian style on the side . Lunch time we loved the fish dishes and the barbecued chicken, with salad. There are healthy and sweet choices everyday to choose from. The Italian restaurant was also a great treat, pizza served most days with lovely pasta dishes and salads/ deserts. Pool side serves burgers, hotdogs and fries if you want a change The hotel has 2 parts front and back end which is a 3 minute walk. Horses are on site to receive equestrian training from the most professional “professor” as my husband calls him. A memory I will never forget. Thank you so much. I must mention the Hotel Manager Serhat, who made our holiday even better. He is wonderful and manages the hotel, staff and guests exquisitely. Thank you Serhat for all that you do. My husband loved the birthday surprise in the restaurant and gifted flower arrangements and decor in the room.
Covid rules and hygiene is to a very high standard. Constant cleaning observed within hotel, beach and pools.
We will be returning with friends before Christmas as very impressed with the staff and management style. Thank you - Lounge bar staff, restaurant staff/ Chefs. ( names to be added later)

One of the best hotels i have stayed in with fast and welcoming staff especially in eating hours. The hotel has great precautions against Covid-19 with a walk in sanitising booth and hand sanitisers located EVERYWHERE. Also, they check your temperature everyday before going to breakfast to ensure that everyone around you is safe! Moreover, the hotel has lots and lots of activities which makes your stay even more enjoyable. For sure I'm visiting this place again. 10/10 recommend.

I visited this hotel more than 7 times in the last 15 years, this time is the last . The facility is great eith perfect location, great beach and great snorkeling spots however the management acts if they want to detour customers away !!! The all invlusive package gives you nothing to eat between 10 am and 1 pm and between 4 pm to 7 pm and after 10 pm!! Kids do not eat when you tell them to eat, how much it cost you to have a cheese pizza station operating after buffet hours? During breakfast, they saw lines waiting for more than 30 an hour to get some omlete, why they did not think of adding 1 more employee to help the poor guy doing omletes facing frustrated guests.
They moved night entertainment from the good place near front beach to a poor place in the sports area!!! Good job management, lost a loyal customer who sent many others your way before snd now will never come back.

We travelled the first week of October and we used to get down to the pool at 9am - all the sunbeds were taken around the pool. What is frustrating is people don't occupy them till late morning. I refused for our week to get up at silly o'clock when it was a break for us. Who wants to be going down at 6am on holiday - beach was okay at 9am for sunbeds.
