The Hotel has a lot of stairs and ways to go to lunch zone, which helps stay saved (COVID safety). The beach is located on a Plateau so it is so easy to discover a special underwater world. The beach is raised up, and there is only one narrow, rocky access point to the water which is mostly coral. There are many pools to choose from and they are all clean. Pool party every night noisy and close to the pool view rooms, so you should select Sea View room. The best location for family is from 5006 - 5020.The sun will be from earlier morning till midday

My husband and I went in for a 2 hours full-body massage. The treatment at Spa was exactly what I needed after being cooped up in my house for weeks due to the pandemic. My skin was in dire need of some refreshment. The spa itself was gorgeous, the team incredibly warm, friendly and professional, and it was one of the best massage I’ve ever had - excited to have an affordable option for my skin care regimen. We ordered Cleopatra program: Hammam, scrub and massage. My husband had ty massage (Amira) and I had egyptian (Enas) massage
Enas had an excellent touch and could pinpoint areas I didn’t even know needed to be worked on and even spent a little extra time on a problem area I had. My body truly felt completely different after leaving.
Special thanks to Nana who push me to go to the spa :) . When we arrived he invites me to the spa, but I postponed it for a week. I think it would be best if we go for it from a first day.

Stayed in Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh for 6 nights during my holiday in March/April 2021.
To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about choosing this hotel in the beginning as the pictures of the rooms seem a bit plain and lack of design. But after my stay I must say this choice was not a regret.
What left me most impressed about this hotel was its exceptional service. Throughout my holiday, I stayed in many hotels - both luxury hotels such as St. Regis Cairo and Old Cataract Aswan, and premium ones such as Marriott Mena House, Hilton Luxor, Le Meridien Cairo, and this one. Renaissance Sharm has the best service out of all these hotels.
I wasn’t expecting much in the beginning as I didn’t pay much for this hotel. But the staff at this hotel left me such a good impression that I can remember many faces of them and their great service.
First, as a Bonvoy Titinium member, I was upgraded to a suite with sea view. The room was very clean, cozy, and modern, better than shown on the pictures online I would say. Since booking, the staff had been actively contacting me through emails, providing useful information, and arranging a car to pick me up at the airport. There was a small issue with the car picking me up in the beginning but the front desk solved it very well.
The Mister who cleaned my room every day did a very good job, he’s not only doing it clean and fast, but also smiling and greeting me every time, making me feel very welcomed.
Second, regarding the food. The breakfast was alright, but I’m not complaining as I’m not not paying so much for my stay. I went to La Casa several times for lunch/dinner and the food/price was great. The service from the tall young gentleman (I didn’t ask for his name) was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and charming service! Special thanks to him.
What could be improved was the variety of selection, especially there were not many choices in the La Casa and IRD menus.
Last but not the least, Ahmed and the front desk staff who were helping me with my requests through Marriott App chat, you did a fantastic job. Super helpful and without sending me automatic responses like some other Marriott properties.
Also, made one dive in the hotel and it was great as well.
Again, the stay was not without any issues but what amazed me was how fast and well they could handle the situations. I was traveling alone this time and this hotel made me feel very welcomed and home. This was quite special for me thanks to the great service, which came super natural and with charm.
I don’t usually write such a long review but I think this hotel deserves it! I’d love to recommend this hotel to everyone and will for sure stay again in the future.

Very pleasant place, unforgettable and will be missed. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. The housekeeping for my room named ABOZID is very helpful, always checking on my condition, whether I need anything and meeting the daily needs of my room such as coffee, tea, even bath salts which is a pleasure for me. there is also a breakfast chef who always remembers my favorite sunny side up egg at the egg station (I didn't pay attention to the name), will be missed the sunny side up.. People like the workers at the oasis restaurant here are very friendly, kind and helpful. I will really miss my moments here, including the sunset view that spoils my eyes every morning.

That's my second time to stay at this amazing hotel after staying at enormous hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh, Renaissance is now my favorite!
The location of the hotel and it's design is magnificent yet what's really unique is the staff, they are just amazing, very friendly and well trained to be service oriented.
Many people to thank I'll mention a few:
The delightful animation team who made my stay much more enjoyable with all the fun activities by the pool & beach also the entertaining night events, special thanks to Aleksandra for the yoga and morning stretching sessions which she did with amazing energy and a beautiful smile helping us stay fit when we were not in the mood for full exercising, Asia for being very friendly with our group and her interesting conversations & Natalie for making the dart games fun with her sense of humor, she was serious about fun!
Ibrahim at the beach for making sure the beach is always in a perfect condition and for his friendly chat when I was there alone.
Mohamed the person responsible for the housekeeping of my room 3705 for keeping the room clean and tight everyday without an exception and for providing a drying rack without me asking for it when he noticed I was using the washing machine!
Finally Amira at the Lobby Bar for always preparing drinks with passion and attention to our special requests with a friendly smile we could feel radiating behind her mask :)

I have probably 30 visits to SHS through the years... Choosing a hotel to stay in is always a question. This hotel has a lot to offer: 1. rooms like 5026 are nicely refurbished 2. all staff is nice and helpful 3. the Dive Center is EXCELLENT and a recommendation in itself
Exactly these 3 points may make us come back. But we are not sure.
In spite of good efforts, the hotel is not perfect
4. Some guests litter the property with cigarette butts bits of paper, plastics etc I know this is difficult to stop. But the hotel need sto put in an extra effort to clean up the stairs along the waterfall and the pool areas, every night, every early morning, and in the middle of the day
5. Food in the restaurants is NOT up to the standards we like to see. I suspect this is what comes with an "all inclusive" approach... We never choose this option. What we think we observe, is that "all inclusive" leads to a downgrade to save money: The breakfast service is mainly OK, but it is hard to get a glass of pressed orange juice. The greater problem comes at night, when we go to check out the specialty restaurants. Sad to say, neither their fish restaurant nor their italian Casa are up to the standards we like! We tried--- and for the rest of the week we left the hotel at night, to eat elsewhere!
The world is certainly full of more serious problems. This restaurant question is definitely minor. But this minor topic puts the Renaissance at risk of loosing discerning guests.

Visited Sharm El Sheikh for a relaxing holiday this December, and the management, staff as well as the facility itself more than delivered. Not usual to be welcomed personally by the hotel General Manager, but this was a clear sign to us that we would be well treated. From the upgraded comfortable sea facing rooms, to the subtle notice of how we behave, what we like, to proactively anticipate our needs, I really felt everyone had the mindset to make us as comfortable as possible. Lastly, real value for money noting the all inclusive option which makes for a better planning budget wise.

I traveled a lot for work so whenever I pick a vacation destination I tend to be quite picky. Oh, boy this time I didn't miss my decision. Upon arrival, late at night, I was treated with a sincere smile on reception's personnel faces. After the first few days there I understood what attend for your every need is. I have a lot of zoom conferences for work and for that to be perfect you not only need good internet, you also need for this internet to go through cable. I have submitted my request to the lovely and welcoming Monica Ghabbour (Guest Services Manager) late in the night as I had an unplanned conference around lunch the next day. She has arranged for an IT person to create an outlet and presented a cable for my usage during my stay it was all done in the half an hour period. The rooms are really nice and sweet which is a rare thing for this region. And oh my god have I mentioned their masseuses in SPA are sooo good, my body needed a good massage so badly and it was wonderful. There are plenty of places to chill, I've been here for almost two weeks and I still haven't tried them all. Just to explain to you how much I like it in here: After they were able to provide cable internet and I had a first few zoom calls I actually took more days off and extended my stay here for another week. So I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the team of this hotel from cleaning personnel to Monica for taking such wonderful care of me and I do hope I will be able to come again soon.

After trying various hotels in Sharm over the last few years we have finally found the one that ticks all the boxes for us. This is not a budget dive hotel but neither is it an expensive one. Rooms are comfortable, clean and recently renovated with excellent air con. Service is friendly and welcoming. Food is varied and good. We use an outside diving company which we have used for years however there is a dive centre at the hotel which we understand to be very good. Breakfast starts at 7am which was early enough for us to eat before our dive trips. Although we missed lunch on our dive days there are snacks available around 5pm which included pizza, fries, sandwiches and fruit. Toiletries and hairdryer along with a plentiful supply of bottled water are provided in the rooms. Rooms also have a large balcony to dry diving essentials overnight.Evening meal was served until late.Should you be having a chill day at the hotel there are plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and quality drinks available down on the beach and by the numerous pools. Snorkling from a jetty is a good sized area with a good reef.Spa is good for massages and beauty treatments. Varied entertainment is offered throughout the day and early evening and children are well catered for.This hotel was noticably working at providing an excellent customer experience. Watch out for the lovely Martina around the hotel and make sure to enjoy a cocktail expertly prepared by Hamard in the lobby bar.

Awesome hotel as usual, this is my 5th visit in the last 5 years, everything is perfect starting to from general manager mr. Hani Al gayer, mr. Hasan reception, mr . Ahmad Resturant manager, chief Haitham and all other staff are very keen to satisfy the guests in terms of hospitality, support , etc. Rooms, pools, lobby , beach, restaurants are wonder full and very clean, great views, simply words cannot express my feelings, I encourage every one to try this fantastic resort.
