After reading every review I could find I decided to pay £100 extra per person to stay on the BEACH SIDE. (DON’T it has no value)
This hotel was two different hotels now joined but separated by a main road.
Mountain side part has the only heated pool so if you visit in January, February the other pools are too cold.
Mountain side has a bar located on an island in the pool and is the best bar for soft drinks in the whole hotel. (Every other bar all drinks are flat)
Also mountain side is much calmer and chilled.
Food was usual Eastern European biased which is not to most English taste.
Do not expect all inclusive!!!!
This is full board with drink.
No snack bar all food is served at set times.
Food is NOT great it’s just passable.
Ice cream is for example only from 4pm to 5pm.
Animation again is biased to Eastern Europe and did not make any attempt to engage with us.
They seem to really want the British to come back to Sharm and were really friendly and helpful but it’s not enough.
I am yet to see any children’s food except chips.
ALL music and entertainment is again Eastern European and trust me Karaoke in Russian is about as entertaining as having you eyes scooped out with a rusty spoon.
There are different restaurants such as sushi, Japanese and Italian but you had to pay for them extra but they were all CLOSED anyway!
Hotel is clean but as usual never the star rating to uk standards.
They hotel gave us a room (upgrade) which had poor fitting doors, dirty bathroom ceiling and some mould (see photos) but clean floors and towels/bedding.
If you have a late flight you can extend the check out time. $30 for 3 hours or $50 for 6 hours.
Vodka, gin and rum are woeful. On the bright side the beer is bottled and not bad. tip! Bring a large cup or you will be drinking from a tiny plastic cup.
Coffee machines are really not bad at all.
If you have a child in a buggy or a disability there are quite a few steps and no lifts.
Place is swarmed with flies and you can’t get away from them.
Prepare to be pestered by the hotel beauty salon / massage staff, no does not seem to sink in.
Overall I would say this was a good 3 star and ok if you get a cheap week here.

As always, in my favorite place, I enjoyed my holiday at Naama Bay Promenade Resort, Sharm ElSheikh. The place is beautiful and gorgeous. All the staff there deserve thanks. I want to thank the reception staff, lifeguards, and chef Islam from the restaurant staff for his kind treatment, smiling, and making the best omelette. The security employee, Abdo, is very courteous and respectful, and Bassiouni is responsible for room service. The animation team was awesome, better than the last few years. I came across an issue, and it was quickly resolved. I appreciate that to Mr. Hossam, Major-General Ehab, and Mr. Reda. Mr. Reda Abd ElWahab, as always, deserves special thanks for his hospitality and welcoming us, and he always asks if we need anything or if anything bothers us. Thank you, Mr. Reda; you are always interested in every detail that brings comfort and satisfaction to the guests.

You should not expect a 5 star hotel. Services are below this level. Although we paid for all inclusive services, the hotel does not offer drinks, they cannot be seen and there is no list of them. The hotel manager motivated me that not all tourists pay for the all inclusive service, and some prefer not to drink. So they decided to hide all the drinks. In the hotel restaurant or at the beach bar you have to be lucky and ask for a drink (because you don't know if that drink exists). The food is unchanged and you will wait in line for 30 minutes for an omelet. For us it was not the accommodation we paid for.

Great location and generous beach access is about the reasons that I would not rate this hotel lower.
Naama Bay Promenade hotel has a stunning entrance and a reception and honestly, that's where it ends. Highly disappointed with the rooms. Upon booking, I requested 2 rooms next to each other as I am traveling with kids, and explicitly asked for one room to be fitted with a king size bed and the other with 2 twin or double beds. The 2 rooms were far down the passage from each other, and the room was hurriedly prepared at 2am when we arrived, and the 2 beds in the room were pushed together to make a 'king' bed. Each of the 2 beds was sagging in the center and with the 'join' of the two beds higher than the center, it was very uncomfortable.
Upon speaking to the hotel staff, they responded by upgrading to a suite, which had 1 king bed, 1 couch bed and 1 bathroom. This is actually a downgrade for us as it would mean that although we are all together as a family, we lose a bathroom and a bed. When asked for the room that interleads, the person trying to help said that it's a different rate and was not willing to accommodate. So, the 'upgrade' offer was not really a gesture of Goodwill, but rather a cost optimization excercise.
The bathrooms are basic, with a shower above the bath tub and a toilet that drips the entire day and night.

English is not easily understood or spoken in this hotel.
Ocean view rooms only gives you a view of the room from outside the back sliding door and cannot be viewed from your room.

Not sure how hotels a are graded, but whichever association rated this hotel as a 5 star hotel, should probably check again. As mentioned, the main lobby and the central guest area, I would rate that as a 4 star, as this is welcoming and sets the expectations of a great hotel. The guest rooms is a 3 star and very dated bathrooms. For the price, I would rather book at another hotel from another franchise, as this is only managed by Accor, but definitely does not an Accor standard.

It was our first time to visit Sharm El Sheikh and Egypt and we didn't know what to expect. That is why we picked all inclusive 5 star hotel, to ensure certain level for us. We traveled with two small kids (6 and 2 years old).

Accommodation
Hotel was very old and based on what you can find across Europe, it should be around 3 stars, rather than 5. Bathroom requires maintenance so as other piece of furniture.

Even though the room service was visiting daily, there was a constant feeling that it's a bit dirty. Dust was everywhere.

Food
We opted for all inclusive package, as that is the easiest with little kids.
Food was very poor and all the leftovers were recycled for the next meal. Cold cuts was something we would never eat and all the quality was very poor.

Staff
This was the greatest thing of all. Majority of people we met were so kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Always smiling and polite.

All in all, this is certainly not the place we would like to visit again, nor to recommend to someone.

I went with my family for 4 nights at the beging the room furniture is too old and even the room door was hanging
The the food quality is not good and no varites that reach standards of 5 star hotel.
The all inclusive soft beverage is very bad no snaks between meels and all the drinks in one awy bar on the beach not at every bar just one bar on the beach.
The personal are very healpful and very polite.

The hotel is fine - great location, fast internet, nice beaches. But honestly, it was the least Covid-safe hotel I stayed at during my month in Egypt (including 4 other Accor hotels). Even the staff weren't wearing masks. Breakfast felt like a super-spreader event, many people touching utensils, long lines and crowds at egg station/coffee machines. It all just felt so unsafe. Most sanitizer containers around the hotel were empty. Overall, I found it very uncomfortable!

Awful, waste of money. Do not buy mountain side! 2-3star hotel max, rooms are old and small, TV from the 90s. You have to cross main road to get to the beach. The bar on mountain side was never open. Coffee machine is only on when they serve food. All inclusive bars shut at 10:00pm.... The food is very bad one meat, rice or pasta, breads all stale. The gym is old, one working treadmill, no exercise bikes, metal grip weights. The beach is the best bit about the hotel but as there's two hotels for one stretch of beach if you arrive after 11am it's very hard to find your own spot. There's only one bar open at a time and so always queues, drinks in tiny plastic cups.

When I arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful - very good. Always willing to help and resolve any queries quickly.

The hotel's beach isn't the biggest in the world, but more than big enough. Some blocks of reef/rocks, which has lots of colourful fish. Saw many many species of fish, some interesting ones too. I would recommend for a snorkelling location. I was impressed (I also did 3 days diving).

The pool was nice, very big and clean.

The walls of the rooms were a little thin, so I could hear talking/giggling in the room next door, so this wasn't ideal. Other than that the room and facilities were very good.

Plenty of on-site shopping. Good breakfast. I am English, on my stay there was lots of Ukrainian people on "All Inclusive" holidays. This made the hotel overwhelming sometimes. The Beach Bar each night was very very loud and meal times were completely overloaded by Ukrainians. No problem for me, but i was definitely outnumbered!

We stayed with a family at this hotel in the end of April. The hotel rooms itself and the territorium of this hotel is perfect.

Unfortunately, the food quality is very poor. Also the cook who made a omelette and pancakes on breakfast is rude and never in a good mood. Why he decades when he will cook pancakes? If the customer ask for them, then you should do it. If the cook do not have time for this, then please find another solution to serving the pancakes? Every time he told me to wait 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes to get the pancakes. Also the food selection is very small for 5* hotel. You can eat potato on breakfast, on lunch and even on dinner. Every day.

Tables and even the chairs are not clean at the restaraunt (they were sticky). Also the lady who coordinated guests at the restaurant could not cope even with such task. When we asked her to put together two tables, she refused and asked to sit separately. Okey, thats fine. But two seconds later she gave our table to the other guests? When we asked her to give us one more chair, she just pointed where we can get it. Very “professional” client service.

When one member of our family rested on the sun longer, the hotel worker came to close the umbrella. He did not say a word and just closed it and hit her head with umbrella!???? We understand that he made it by the accident, but he did not even apologize. First question: why he closes umbrella, while guest use it? Second question: if this is the hotel rule to close all umbrellas on fixed time, why he did not say anything?

There was always a problem on the beach, there is not enough sun longers and umbrellas for all guests.

The reception staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean! Thank you for that! But you have to do something with your restaurant, because this is a big problem.

Weekly we are having our main buffet offering chips/fries during the lunch and dinner. As well we are offering snacks at the Beach Bar (afternoon time)
