We last stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, so we a little anxious upon our return to know if it was going to be a good as we remembered. And great news... it was actually better! Great location, close to Naama Bay, with its own beach and reef.
This time we chose to stay on an all inclusive basis and i would highly recommend this option. Drinks including local alcohol are available from 10am - Midnight, there is a great choice of spirits, beer and wine as well as soft drinks. All inclusive guests can get drinks from any of the bars around the hotel, pool and beach. The piano bar is particularly pleasant in the evenings with a live musician every night. The main buffet restaurant has a different theme every day and has several live cooking stations serving pasta, fish, bbq meat where food is cooked to order. The service is exceptional and we enjoyed eating here most nights. The food was extremely well presented, fresh, varied and of a high quality. You can also eat in one of 2 a la carte restaurants, for all inclusive guests there is a 25% discount from the menu or a set menu option which is free of charge. Lunch can also be taken at the pool or beach bars and there is a good selection of salads, sandwiches and lighter meals.
We were given a seaview deluxe room on the 7th floor, which was immaculately clean. There is plenty of storage space, a powerful shower and a lovely balcony with seating area overlooking the spa pool and sea. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Rooms and linens are cleaned every day, and the attention to detail in the room means it is finished to a high standard and well maintained.
We really enjoyed using the spa area. There are 2 saunas and steam rooms, and a large outdoor hot pool (approx 32c) which are available to all guests free of charge. We had several massages during our stay with Mahmood and Ream- excellent, very relaxing and professional. Highly recommended, especially the VIP package which included a scrub, body wrap, use of the indoor whirlpool and Turkish Haman. There is also a gym, daily activities like dance and exercise classes and an evening show put on by a friendly animation team. The hotel has its own dive club (very reasonable rates), and there are a couple of souvenir shops and an excursions desk on the 3rd floor.
Special thanks also go to Omar and his team on concierge who were happy to help with any taxi's or trips we wanted to take and always greeted us with a big smile. In fact all staff we met were extremely helpful and certainly went out of there way to ensure we had a relaxing trip. We would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel, as you will not be disappointed. It would be hard to find a better hotel with such good facilities, pleasant staff and high quality food for such a reasonable price. We would love to return.

A hotel for aesthetes and connoisseurs of European style, beautiful rooms, well-groomed territory, the beach is divided into zones, which is very convenient. Delicious food, different types of meat and fish, for breakfast we really liked the dessert from Ali. Unobtrusive animation and an interesting dance group to watch, permanent in the hotel. Restaurant waiters try their best to please the guests. For a 5 star hotel they are not providing iron in the room,when I asked for it they told me they don't have available and offered me their laundry service on chargeable basis, after I refused they iron my dress for free.The next day after calling for at least 5 times i get iron in my room.The curtains in the room are very dirty. Noone in the hotel wearing a mask or keep social distancing,not the guest not the hotel staff. The receptionist who assisted us first for the check in when we arrived was nice and friendly. Prices for food and beverages and spa are bit more expensive comparing to other 5star hotels in sharm.

What can I say? First of all my room was cleaned every day and my bed was always fresh, also I got free aditional water and cola in my room. Secondly, I want to point their tasty food, every day i could choose what i want from lots of options. The sea is also clean and clear, you may see beautiful fishes and pretty normal corals.

We were welcomed in this hotel from the beginning. It was our first time in Egypt and we recommend this hotel to everybody. Location is great, the rooms are comfortable and the food is tasty. We changed our room, because we liked to be in main building and reception was really helpful. The wiew froom room 419 was beautiful, sea and sunset and city lights in the evening. We also liked the piano music in lobby bar, the player was so great with public, specially kids. Pools are warm and they give you fresh towel and see that you have everything you need. I felt like Kleopatra herself when they asked to clean my sunglasses! And Mohammad walks around offering drinks, always sunny smile in his face. Every staff member in this hotel was kind and always ready to help. Our special thanks to Salah who supposed to help with luggage but answered every question, was sunny and speaks not only good english but also french. Spent a lovely week at the Stella Di Mare. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left all the staff were fabulous. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Our room was tucked away quietly around the corner of the Hotel, we had a sea view but overlooking the spa pool, so we had no noise from the main pool/bar area in the evening. Room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and stocked fridge. Food in the main buffet area was excellent with plenty of choice, there was a different foody theme evening each night. French... German... Mediterranean. We did eat the two other restaurants in the hotel which you have to book in advance, they were a little underwhelming. There are plenty of sun beds with a separate adult pool the bar staff are attentive and very friendly, and with enough cocktail choices to keep most happy. there are snacks and ice cream on tap all day if you require it. The spa prices are very reasonable especially if you book a package of treatments, we were very well looked after. Must say thank you for by birthday cake which was a very nice touch. If we are returning to Sharm el Sheikh I will definitely return

Well where do I start, I had communication with the hotel regarding my partners 50th birthday a couple of weeks prior to our holiday , I requested a certain room number, ordered flowers, wine and balloon arch as a surprise. On arrival we checked in and the reception didnt give the game away. We entered our room and just WOW, we'll done to the staff. We had all the above plus a cake and fruit. The bed was also decorated with towel figures and Petals scattered everywhere. It brought a tear to her eyes, thank you all for this.
Let's review the hotel, they are off to a very good start from the above. I picked this hotel through the good service reviews, their customer service is very good and nothing was too much. Well done!
The beach and reefs were visited everyday, the reefs are protected and can only be swam on to. Lots of fish to spot, including a resident Barrucuda ( 1 metre in length), 5 lion fish which shared the local water with 1000's of other reef dwellers.
Wr spent most of our time around the pool which had bar service and by day 2 our orders were remembered and room number stored. The pool bar guys are a credit to the hotel.
The life guards around the pools and reefs were also great, telling you about the different kinds of fish etc. The lifeguards were also very relaxed guys and this reflected the pool vibe. They will put the pool towels out on the sunbeds with pillow and raise the parasols for the shade when asked. Credit to the hotel too!
The restaurant waiters were of the same mold and were waited on without question. We loved the food and choice, same as most All in's it can feel a little repeatative but let's face it I counted 40 different dishes and sundries every day.
As a whole we had a great time, the only downside is that our holiday coincided with eypgtian school holidays and alot of the children were left to run wild at the restaurant and lobby area's. Parents no where to be seen. Just a little niggle but the good side to this the main pool is adult only, so this balanced the problem out.
So overall would I recommend this hotel? Yes I would and I would return if I go back to sharm, another plus note for the hotel , on our airport pick up the other holiday makers in different hotels didn't have the same experience as us.
Just one tip for the management team Please take your cell phone away from your ears and say hello to your guests, maybe have a chat! Mobile phones are a problem within the industry as it is. I saw one Manager/supervisor for 2 whole days had his phone attached to his ear every time I saw him, he just walked around the pool area, chatting away for hours on end, didn't even smile or register any guest was there. It's not just not this hotel it's all hotels.

As a family having a kid who were locked down during the last quarter due to Covid-19, We needed a change, but still we were very doubtful as where to go during this tough times, we thought about many options, but as usual we selected Stella, crossing fingers that the hygiene standards and sanitizing would be on a high level. Everything was more than expected when it comes to sanitizing the place, all the staff were wearing masks, and at the restaurant they are giving sealed sanitized utensils. The food this time was perfect, variety of healthy options, balanced meals and still very tasty.
As always, i would like to send special thanks to Mrs. Sherine El hawary, The GM’s assistant, who was very helpful to us starting from making the reservations, up to calling us after check out to get all the feedback on our stay.
It is very advisable as the perfect family escape.

To start off at first glance in the welcome room it's interior design look a little old fashioned and on the ''classical'' side. We were presented with a welcome drink and then we had to wait for long time before we could access our rooms which wasn't the best considering that we were exhausted. Another detail is that the halls leading up to the rooms smelled damp and noxious.After we reached our rooms, the decor was definitely better and we definitely enjoyed the view. Then the best experience was definitely our pool time considering the amazing pools and the great bar serving non alcoholic drinks and food.talking about food, we really didn't enjoy the open buffet as it didn't concentrate on neither quality or quantity in addition the other restaurants you were limited to only one dish per person which restrains the person of options.I also found EYELASHES! on the bed before i layed down on it which was really DISGUSTING!!! to conclude the entertainment was alright aside from that i got my toe stubbed accidentally by an unprofessional danser. Anyways that was my experience fro my at at Stella Di Mare Hotel i hope it was beneficial for you.
