We were on vacation in the last week of March, needed a sweater in the evenings. The territory is clean, organized, large, you don't feel the amount of people, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. Most of the living rooms are away from the stages, eating areas, so the rooms are quiet. Except if someone speaks louder, passes or runs through the corridor, everything is heard. Cleanliness of rooms 8/10. The food is delicious, the selection is good, except for the seafood, we got more only saturday. The fish restaurant is open daily, but the preparation of the fish should be better. Cocktails are tasty, very good oriental sweets and guava juice. There are water slides for people of all ages, from the smallest children to adults. Lifeguards supervise all pools, work very responsibly. Some of the pools are heated, all pools open until 5 p.m. There is a bus to the beach every half hour. The beach has open showers, toilets, drinks, snacks at certain hours. The reef is unspectacular, but nearby it is more beautiful. Albatros Aqua Blue hotel territory can be used during the day. There are fewer water slides (but there are different ones, so you can go and try them), but the children's playground is bigger. The team of animators is good, everyone is nice, fun, speaks Russian and English. Not bad evening programs. There is a mini-disco for children every evening, also other events (pizza, cookie workshops, foam show). Once a week you can have dinner and watch the Neverland show, the menu is different from the general restaurant, the program is not bad. Staff is usually nice, especially after tipp. Free WiFi is available almost throughout the territory, the speed was perfectly OK for normal use. There are shops and pharmacies within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are some mosquitoes in the evening. Those who want additional services (spa, African braids, excursions, photographer) don't need to look far, they walk around the area and offer it. I would recommend the hotel for traveling with children if tou want to have activities, entertainment and pools, don't recommend it if the priority is the sea and the reef. A big minus is that you can smoke in the area (lobby bar, by pool), since the hotel is oriented for families, smoking areas should be installed.

We recently spent a week at the Aqua Park Sharm, and had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic - the reception staff directed us straight to dinner as we arrived fairly late, and by the time we came back had sorted everything out for us.
The rooms were incredibly well maintained, and the gentleman looking after our rooms made amazing creations every day with the towels - our little one loved them.
The staff at the bars and restaurants were fantastic, every single person we interacted with was lovely and friendly. A few of the incredible staff were Shady, Zayed and Mohammed from the restaurant, and Mohammed from the main bar. There were many more, but I didn't catch all the names - the gentleman serving drinks in the water park, the ice cream man, the life guards, the managers, the entertainment staff, etc, etc. The hotel is great, but the staff made it.
The facilities were also amazing, a massive water park with pools and slides everywhere, and for all different levels of braveness. You also had access to the sister Aqua Blue hotel, although we never got a chance to use the facilities there.
We will definitely be returning to this hotel, fantastic place and amazing for kids.

Firstly, the wifi connection was pretty bad, as it was earlier when i went on a vacation to other countries. So almost all hotels have problems with wifi. Secondly, the one type food in different restaurants, several other dishes were also served to people but they were once or twice a week. Thirdly, the beach should have been in 400 meters, but every 40mins there was a bus and we were driving there around 10mins. I don’t rather it’s true or not that it is in 400meters :)
But there is also some positive points At all there is a perfect place for children and here they have a lot of fun. Due to quarantine, queues were so small to every bar or even in restaurant. A lot of place to have fun even for children.

We've just returned home from a week at Aqua Park. This was our second time staying there, and we are really pleased we went back. The hotel and the facilities are really good - great water park and loads of different pools, plus access to the sister Aqua Blue resort for even more water slides and pools. Everything is kept very clean and well looked after. There is also a beach that either has a shuttle or can be walked to in around 15 mins. The old market is a 5 mins taxi ride away, and Naama Bay around 20 mins in a taxi. The food was very enjoyable, and we had a great dinner whilst watching the evening play - which our daughter loved.
The best part of the trip was the staff however. Every person we interacted with was lovely. Special mentions (with names where I can remember them, I'm so bad with names) to Shady the manager from the Soprano restaurant and his colleague who looked after us - neither who could have done more to make our meals enjoyable; Amr, who kept our rooms clean and tidy and delighted us with the different towel art he created daily; Mohammed who helped us arrange a great table for the Tangine meal; the lifeguards who do a great job in difficult conditions; the bar staff and the spa staff.
The only slight negative was the other guests who in many cases are rude and just push in all over the place. But the hotel staff try really hard to manage this as best as they can.

Hotel: Lovely hotel. Great facilities with lots of pools and sun beds. It was lovely not having to worry about getting a sunbed each day and space for swimming. Lots of activities for everyone to take part in throughout the day if you wanted to. The hotel grounds are huge
Service: the service was excellent from start to finish. Every member of staff was extremely helpful. Just sometimes we had problems with communication ( not everyone speaking English) The gentlemen who also cleaned our room (room number 8236) every day was always really helpful, thank You so much for that. Unfortunately I can't say good about cleaning our second room ( room number 8320 ) - completely different team of cleaning 😒 The entertainment team were friendly and welcoming. Amazing person and big thanks for everything to MATRIX ❤️
Food/Dining: the food is the biggest problem for the hotel.
the food was really poor definitely not 5 star! the food was not a high standard. Meats were over cooked, things were tasteless, greasy, bland or cold or a combination of them all. There was also some pool food but all close. Just ice cream station was open next to the one of pool. Chips, burgers, hot dogs or chicken nugget sandwich and a small salad bar was the only selection: all cold, hard and really poor quality products ☹️There were no other dining options available. If you are vegan then this is not the hotel for you at all. Big minus for local alcohol only 🍸 You can't get anything different But amazing staff working and preparing drinks Here I need to stop and say big thanks to Hagag Hassan, incredible person 🥰 and Mostafa Mansi.
Rooms: our family room was large and generally clean….but You can notice that need to be renovated Our room was on the ground floor and our patio doors opened up onto a pool.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel but due to the poor food and local alcohol options we can't give 5*

I stayed here for one week and I don’t have any complaints about my stay. The room service was great, very creative man who surprised me every time with some fresh flowers in my room. The food is good too, even though I would recommend you to explore some local restaurants. The territory of the hotel is huge with lots of pools for adults and kids. You can also play tennis and the hotel organizes lots of activities in the evening for different age groups. I would highly recommend this hotel for families with kids and groups of friends.

I travel a lot but I have to say this is one of the most amazing resorts I have been to.
Firstly the staff in the hotel are all so friendly, they always try their best to sort out any issues you have and are always happy to help. The lobby bar staff provide great service and are very attractive;). The cleaning staff also do a good job and during our stay always made extra effort to make our rooms suitable for us.
Secondly the waterpark at the hotel is massive, there are water slides for both adults and children and not only this but the whole park is very clean. If this isn’t enough you have access to the aqua blue waterpark which is just a 5 minute walk !
There is a variety of food available and I would definitely recommend the all inclusive option. The neverland restaurant has an amazing vibe, you enjoy Moroccan food whilst watching a live show.
I would 100% recommend this resort.

My partner, our 2 year old and I just had the time of our life for a full week here. It started with a complementary early checkin and room upgrade which was really sweet of them. All the staff are wonderful and really look after you and ensure your stay is enjoyable. Special thanks to Omar Eid at Soprano restaurant and Mostafa Mastify at the Lobby bar for the extra care towards us
As an all inclusive guest (or guest in general am not too sure) we had access not only to the massive aqua park at the resort but also access to the aqua park, restaurants, bars and other amenities at the neighbouring Aqua Blue resort.
They’ve got activities for everyone from babies to adults. Meals and drinks were very tasty. Make sure to try the freshly baked Egyptian bread and Koftas when possible.
One thing that made me very happy is they literally wash down the baby chairs after every meal so those messy feeders aren’t eating stale food.
I totally recommend this hotel.

We are just about to finish our stay at this hotel. We have come as a group of 3 families with 6 children , the majority being aged between 7 and 10.
As a group of families we are well travelled and have stopped in some really nice hotels between us.
It’s fair to say that both the parents and kids have had a wonderful time and been very well catered for. The facilities for the adults are great, plenty of relaxing pools, which are well attended by the lifeguards, so this kids can play in safety.
The water parks are massive, with some excellent slides that work for all ages, you don’t get any water parks this good in the UK not even Centre Parks.
The food has been lovely. There are a few a la carte experiences, along with good quality food at Mac Hub for lunch.
The sister hotel next door has good facilities and different dining experiences that we could use on our all inclusive.
The staff have been exceptional, they have all been great, in particular the Ahmed in the Mac Hub, and Ibrahim (the maid). The towel decorations have been next level.
The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is impressive, and we have not been concerned about getting ill.
Our only advice is this hotel has a very limited alcohol selection with varying quality of cocktail and only local spirits. If your holiday is based around a top end cocktail list then you may find this a negative. We would advise the hotel to consider keeping pools and bars open longer until early evening.

well-kept hotel, terribly large, I don't know if it's too big, what's more, you can use the swimming pools and restaurants of 3 other hotels of the albatross chain, which gives the impression of a small town. ideal for families with children, people who do not like children may not be satisfied and families will feel very comfortable, several kids clubs, animators entertaining children, all inclusive alcohol very good, food for mass resorts is also very good. the predominance of Russian-speaking people and the downside is that communication in English is harder because of people from Russia, which in my opinion is a big disadvantage.
food and allohol available practically 24 hours a day, slides for children and adults (a lot of extreme ones), comfortable rooms and a nice look, definite pluses. outside of the holiday season, I don't know other people's presence, I don't know about holidays. daily evening parties, no need to go to town.
