Wow, I have just come back from an amazing holiday from this resort. It was my partners first time abroad and he was over the moon too. The resort consists of large pools and a gorgeous scenery. It has many different A la Carte restaurants from burger bars to mexican, chinese and italian. The chinese was our favourite. It of course has it's buffet style restaurant that also has a good range of food, which they also have different themed nights. There is also a pizza and crepe bar you can visit from midday which is absolutely delicious and one of the waiters there -Sherif was an absolute delight to deal with and always made us smile. The midday entertainment by the animation team was such good fun, ranging from darts, beer pong to dance classes. Big shout out to Abdo, Astrid, Keko, Nina and the rest of the team who ensure everyone is having such a good time. The evening entertainment is well thought out with a different theme each night. You can sit by the stage enjoying a beautiful cocktail and enjoy the show. A huge shout out to Taha, an amazing barman who waited on us hand and foot, such a lovely guy. The hotel itself was very clean and just beautiful. The only negative thing I can say about the holiday which was not a big deal was some of the shopkeepers and some of the people who were walking round trying to sell you stuff. They are very pushy and also try to charge you ridiculous prices (always knock them down) I went from being 'quoted' £80 for one massage to paying £80 for 3 massages. When visiting one of the shops, I glanced at the cigarettes and the next thing you know the shop keeper are putting them in a bag trying to hand them to me and wouldn't take no for an answer and we had to run away! Tip for when you are trying to chillout in the sun, when you go to get your towels, grab a red flag to place next to your sunbeds to prevent people coming up to you and sell you services. The shops closest to the stage have lovely people inside, make sure you visit the perfume shop. Tipping is a big thing in Egypt and they will expect a tip for something so little! We were advised that the shops outside of the hotel were a lot more affordable and a fraction of the price that the shops inside the hotel were trying to charge so if you want to do some shopping make sure you visit the strip of shops within walking distance down the road first. Buying from shops in Egypt is all about deals, never buy for the advertised or first price given.. they sometimes push their luck. We did not leave the hotel ourselves apart from when we booked the Elite VIP Boat Trip through Tui. The red sea is beautiful and is about 15minutes drive from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was such an amazing holiday where we met some amazing people and had such a lovely time. We hope to come back in a year or two. We had a fantasy holiday. The hotel and facilities were great but the entertainment team really made it extra special. We honestly were treated like VIPs and they worked so hard to get to know all of our family and make us feel so welcome. We had not interacted much with entertainers before on previous holidays. My daughters were so sad when it was time to leave and they are very keen to return as soon as possible. Thank you for everything and for making a great holiday absolutely amazing!!!! I had a lovely stay at Mamlouk palace. I was there for a week and it did not feel long enough. The food was amazing with a range to choose from. The staff were amazing and very welcoming! There were plenty of activities to do in the day and the evening entertainment was amazing. Will definitely come back again!

We were in October 2022 the second time in Mamlouk. We had a great stay! The food was nice in the big restaurant and the buffet was very big. Also the animation team really takes care about you and looks that you have a great stay, especally Omar, Honda and Ahmed :) Also the room was very clean and nice! Woule really recommend to go there!

WE LOVE Mamlouk Palace and will be back next winter We where here from Jan 2nd to Jan 23rd 2023 for 3 weeks of heaven. The entire team of cleaners, bar, restaraunt and managment are just so wonderful and caring nothing is too much trubel the beds are massive everything is spotless and clean even free WiFi on the beech and 2 bars and a swim up bar in a heated pool WOW

Just been to this amazing hotel again, when we come to this hotel they welcome you home, and we feel it is our home, and always will. It's clean everywhere. Positive: - large firm beds - large clean rooms with easy to use safe - good (large) hot shower - many facilities (including billiard room ) - GOOD WIFI (even on the beach!) - many many restaurants (+ food choices). Not the BEST food but always very fresh & well presented. - good cocktails, wine. Beer is OK but average (compare it with Heineken). - friendly people (very good overall service) - heated pools - good, efficient reservation system for the a la carte restaurants - excellent breakfast boxes (in case you go on Excursion) Could improve: - Food in general has not enough seasoning - Better communication about special 'events' ( themes in restaurants, ... football on large screen, ...) - Magnetic door mechanism failed every day... - the "extras" like spa & massage & excursions / taxi service are TOO expensive (compared with the competition) - …

We absolutely love this hotel and it was our 5th time arriving on the 21st December for christmas and the new year . The staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best, you have 8 Al acart restaurants to choose from as well as the usual buffet restaurant and my favourites is the Asian and the Mongolian, being a vegetarian I never had difficulty in finding something to eat. Chefe Samir you are amazing and make decisions sushi thankyou x The Gala nights were absolutely fantastic and lovely for a chance to dress up and the shows were really good with the animation team working very hard xx our room was amazing with two rooms with living space x thankyou again cant wait to come back x
