Big hotel with big rooms, we were greeted by very accommodating staff and taken up to our room on the fifth floor. We were given a typed letter with the meal times and details of the all inclusive package. Our luggage was brought up with us and we were shown to a room overlooking the central court and the two...

I absolutely recommend staying away from this hotel. Rooms were like 1970s style. Plumbing didn't work properly. Hot water was scarce. Food was terrible. Staff were rude. The hotel is located in a somewhat disconnected neighborhood. The only positive thing was the security guy at the hotel entrance who was so friendly and funny

The room was spacious and practical, but very worn down. This puts 'pressure' on cleaning which not was met appropriately by the cleaning staff. The curtains were stained, the carpet was not even remotely tried to be maintained. Bed and floor tiles were the only good maintained areas. Door and walls on the bathroom were stained which really made the...

What can I say about the Triton Empire hotel apart from "I can't wait to return later this year " We booked as a last minute Christmas and New year break and can honestly say it was the best decision I have made in a long time. We booked all inclusive but there are also bed and breakfast and half...

First time in this hotel.. For sure we will come back. The rooms are good size and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and service in the hotel is good. It's in the old part of the city what gives you a good view of the old hurghada. Thank you guys for making this a holiday to never forget.

Don't go to this hotel! The rooms are old and are not cleaned or very bad. The breakfast is terrible! And the service at the reception is a disaster and they only want more money of you! There is nothing to do in the evening and you must pay extra for everything
