Wow stayed here in october for 12 nights....from arriving on the first night we were all made to feel really welcome, nothing was to much trouble for the friendly staff...Rooms are basic but spotless clean and fit for purpose, which is reflected in the cost of staying here...The hotel is well situated for all activities, only downside no pool, which... Jowhara is a simple, clean, no-frills hotel for very little money. What makes it stands out from its competition is the hospitality and the genuine friendliness of the management and staff. Nobody is pushing you to do anything (treks, trips, dives), but if you need any information, they will happily provide you with it and arrange anything you'd like to... More

Myself and my partner have been holidaying in Dahab for the last couple of years. We discovered a little gem last year and that is the Jowhara Hotel. We returned back to Dahab in June and of course stayed there. The Jowhara hotel is located a 5-10 min walk from all the restaurants, which is perfect. One of the main... More

Our impression of this hotel is that it is, quiet, simple, but clean and no bugs. It`s close to the boulevard where the restaurants and all the shops are, within 10 minutes you walk there. The english owner Tracy makes breakfast in the morning, and you can ask her for anything. You have to bring your own towels. Th prices... More

We stayed at the Jowhara hotel with the 4 of us. Everything was well taken care of and nothing seemed to be a problem. We asked, they arranged..... The staff is extremely friendly. They don't only take care of their guests, but also of their cats, and that was realy nice to see. Tracy is a very pleasant host who... More

The owner was great and helped us planning all our outings, we even were allowed to use the kitchen. Location is great, I think in central Dahab, not on the water, but that didn't matter to me. The rooms are clean and simple, the bathroom water is salty, but I think that is the case with most hostels in Dahab.... More
