Stayed here for 11 nights in July and loved it. The Good - My room was big, had air con, internet, double bed, awesome relaxing area outside, a good shower and fridge. Amazing value for money as my room worked out to just over £7 a night. The staff were friendly and checked I was okay every time I saw...

I’ve stayed at Jowhara a total of six times now and it is a good value-for-money establishment. Whilst the plumbing can be a little temperamental at times in the bathrooms, the place is clean and tidy & the manager Soliman is only to happy to assist the guests. The grounds are spacious and the covered relaxing areas are a welcome...

I stayed in this hotel as part of a university field trip. The staff were so friendly and were always willing to help! The breakfast was incredible especially the fruit salad and pancakes! The hotel is also ideally located and has a great dive centre attached. Definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to visit dahab!

We stayed at the Jowhara hotel during 7 days, and to summarize my experience I can say that I'm looking forward to coming back as soon as possible. Our rooms were simple and clean. And the beautiful garden with its typical "lounge" let us relax every day whilst having a tea (the best we have tried in Dahab) and a...

Excellent hotel, was on a low budget 4 days trip, the hotel is relatively clean, great hospitality, A/C was pretty bad. Relatively close to the beach with a lot of restaurants of various price ranges around.

I felt very comfortable at Jowhara hotel. My room (in August it is better to take one with aircondition) was clean and bigger than expected. My hosts were very friendly and helpful. Jowhara is located in the middle of Dahab, so you it's a good basis to walk everywhere - to the sea, the restaurants, for Shopping, even a bank...

We spent several days here and really enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the little fridge, working AC and cleanliness of the room. I appreciated the great location and advice from the hotel staff regarding beaches and transportation.

I stayed here in mid may for 3 nights. It was by pure chance having met someone in a taxi ride who worked there. Dahab was busy as it was around the time of coptic Easter and also the season was taking off. I was glad I found the place. The room was basic but suited my needs perfectly -...

Our first night did not go well, as we got a room right above the entrance (facing the street which had non stop noise and music from the 24hr open coffee shop and liquor store). There was a little problem with the toilet. That same night we came to the realization that there is no sweet water. The next day...

Stayed here in November 2012 with a group of friends. The rooms were cheap and the only thing we could find at the last minute. Rooms are basic but comfortable. I stayed in a room with my boyfriend and was annoyed to find that the bathroom walls did not go up to the ceiling. Awkward! We had selected a room...
