What an amazing hotel in Santa Cruz! If you’re passing through this is a true treasure find. Our fishing Captain Nicolas Schiess recommended this beautiful hotel to us and we are forever grateful! I’m a picky girl when it comes to my bedding. Our bedding was to perfection from the sheets to the mattress and the pillows were the very best. The lobby was always spotless with Anna to greet you with a big smile and a warm welcome! In the morning we had to leave earlier because we were fishing and the wonderful chef was there to greet us with coffee and tea fruits and bread omelettes to order! The food was over the top delicious! The bonus was they did my laundry. This will be my mainstay every time I go fishing in Santa Cruz. This hotel having Swiss roots offers a great location a European flair easy walking access to everything and has the best service . If you are doing a do-it-yourself vacation , Anna the hotel manager can arrange the best tours . We had a bay tour featuring snorkeling nature walk and a trip to an inland gorge. The next day with our guide Fausto we rode a catamaran to swim with sea lions saw killer whales from the boat snorkeled along the coast and had a guided tour of an uninhabited island. The last day we went to Tortuga bay for an amazing beach the went upland to walk with giant tortoises and visited a coffee and sugar making operation. These were all arranged from the front desk thanks to Anna . Wonderful hotel great service great breakfasts and great location. Look no further! …

A lot of people are reluctant to travel due to covid, but me and my gf took the trip to the Galapagos and it was magical. Cucuve has the nicest staff I ever have seen and went above and beyond all safety precautions to make us comfortable and safe. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay and been around such wonderful people

We spent 5 nights in this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Puerto Ayora, the main town in the Galápagos Islands. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is small, only 7 rooms, and it’s really very comfortable. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the air conditioning is efficient and silent. The service is beyond impeccable: the employees are very kind, friendly, efficient and always prepared to assist their guests. The location is perfect: a short walk from the harbor and very near the most popular restaurants, shopping and attractions. A real gem!
