Friendly staff, convenient location and lovely setting with a small, but well cared tropical "garden/courtyard". Pool is probably too small for fitness, but a nice option to cool down after a long day of sightseeing. Restaurant has a very good selection of snacks and main menu, adequate prices and mostly very tasty food. Loved the open air part of the...

This is a very pretty hotel, with rooms arranged around a lovely, landscaped central courtyard and pool. The rooms do not have TVs or phones - they say this is to make it a more relaxing experience. The first room I was given was tiny - so small that I couldn't walk round the bed without bruising my shins. I...

Lovely hotel in a beautiful tropical setting. Rooms were a good size. The swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and have a drink after full days of exploring in the Galapagos Islands. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant meals superb. Good breakfasts with plenty of choices. Great location with shops, bars and restaurants all around the...

This is a very nice hotel hidden away in the remote Galapagos Island of Santa Cruz. It had a surprising pool with a walk over bridge in the central courtyard leading to nicely appointed modern, sleek and clean room. The large shower is really a nice touch! No television, no phone and no need for those. You are not in...

The excellent rating is for the food at the hotel. They provided a 3 meal course that was delicious. The first room they gave me had an air conditioner that was not working and during the summer it was really hot. I changed rooms 3 times... They had a construction and that was noisy during the day. They don't have...

We travel with a group of students from USA and when we arrived to the hotel they inform us that they will be working in the swimming pool for the next 3 days. When we book the trip with their travel agency (Galextur) they did not tell us that the swimming pool was going to be out of work the...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the attached restaurant. We were in room 2 which overlooked the nicely landscaped pool/courtyard area. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make our visit special. The only downside was lack of consistent wifi.

Great location in the town - fantastic food - wonderful staff----loved a young woman named Gaby - she was adorable, tired so hard to please us -comfortable room - no TV or room WIFI. Note that Puerto Ayora is well over one hour from the dock from which you take side trips to other islands. We spent too much time...

We went to this restaurant one night because we were tired of the same old buffet at our hotel. The menu was large and the food was good. I ordered the caprese salad and the coconut fish. Everything was delicious and prepared well. Prices were average for the area.
