This is an easy walk from downtown Puerto Ayoro. Our children's room had multiple beds making it a bargain for multiple students sharing the same room. The rate includes a simple breakfast. The staff is helpful and nice. The bathroom facilities and pool are good. This is also a family friendly type of place.

My sister and I booked a land tour through this hotel and we spent 2 nights there in total. The hotel is located very close to everything! We were able to walk to the main street within 5 minutes, and there were many restaurants and perfect shopping. The hotel staff was very good, I am not spanish at all, however,...

I had booked the Casa Natura based on the reviews and also their website which depicts the hotel as a charming boutique hotel. Sadly there was nothing charming about this hotel. When we arrived to the hotel and I checked out the "pool" area it looked nothing more then a mosquito bathing pool to me and that the property had...

Dear Sir/Madam The reservation was made by International Vacation for a single room, not through us. You came to the Hotel with another passenger and therefore had to charge the extra for the additional person but our company did not charge anything extra for the passenger. About the price ($18,00 ) for transportation services, is when the services are public,...

The staff is wonderful especially Amy. Room was spacious and clean. The only drawback for some was that the hotel is not in town but the staff called a cab and a 3 minute ride for $1.00 brought us into town. Very quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

My journey from Madrid to Galapagos was everyone's nightmare, delayed BA flight to Madrid, lost connection to Quito, no luggage for 5 days! However, this is the place to stay if you want to find your luiggage and still take your tours. Carlos and his colleagues were fantastic, calling Iberia daily, and eventually TAME daily to find my luggage and...

Clean rooms in a relatively quiet neighborhood just a short and easy walk from shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Amy and Carlos. The breakfast was very good and satisfying with a slightly different menu each morning.

Like other travelers, we arrived early and spent 5 days on the islands before starting our Galapagos cruise. Good decision. WRONG HOTEL. I think they may be running a money scam. Ist - They forced us to pay twice!! Using the on-line booking service, I booked and used my credit card to pay for the room. They sent me a...

Dear Sheryl: Regarding your comment, I would like to tell you that your reservation was made not through our web site , it was made from International Vacations, an online reservation company, similar to Expedia. This company sent us the reservation but told us to charge you directly because they were not able to charge your credit card. When inquired,...
