First of all I want to say the staff and owners were excellent. This is a family run hotel and they look after you. When we arrived my wife was sick and it was hot. Robert quickly took charge and helped us so much. We had a room just steps from the pool and this was very good. Cleanliness seems...

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions and found the accomodation to be very clean and comfortable. There is a small pool which is a welcome at the end of a long hot day. The location is wonderful very close to the dock where most of the tours and ferries go from. We found the staff and the owner...

Its central. The rooms are ok..adequate nothing deluxe though. Has aircon and a refrigerator. Swimming pool is small and crowded with kids. Breakfast buffet is average...not overly exciting ! Bathroom a bit pokey. It serves its purpose... a place to sleep.

Quaint hotel with very friendly staff. Very centrally located. They provided bottle water and daily breakfast included juice coffe, fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs and toast. No elevator but the staff helped with our bags

Ideally located hotel near the centre of town, its various restaurants, scuba diving establishments, Charles Darwin research centre and the port area (for trips to other islands) - all within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating during our visit. This is the Galapagos, it has a unique way of life and atmosphere - embrace the experience

Many years ago a tourist guide asked me: are you a tourist or a traveler? I'm afraid I'll alway be a tourist, as this is not my best guess for an accomodation. Had I been anywhere else I would have chosen differenly. By the way, in this occasion I felt a bit more a traveler... We were given a suite,...

Not recommended even with its proximity to the harbor, but you have plenty of other options. After complaining to the owner, he didn't have the decency to talk to us ( he was hiding in his office) nor amend the hotel's wrong doings. Some staff members were OK. Food was a nightmare (even though my pkg included breakfast and lunch,...

We booked this hotel whilst staying in Puerto Ayora and were able to negotiate a slightly better price with cash. The hotel is very nice, it has a pool, sitting areas, restaurant and bar. It has lovely flowers in the public areas and all in all was very well kept. The room we stayed in overlooked the pool and the...

Positives first... This hotel has a beautiful pool, sitting areas, and restaurant. All of the public areas are very well kept and comfortable. They are also all outside, with the exception of the restaurant, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful weather. The hotel is in a great location right off the main road with everything with in walking distance....
