Stay away from this hotel!! We had reservations 6 months in advance for a junior suite. When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation and it was already fully paid. They assigned us to a smaller room and refused to pay us back. It was dirty and smelled like a public bathroom. The service was not acceptable and the breakfast...

Is a older place to stay, but it had great staff that were friendly and happy to help when needed. Great location as it was only a 2 minute walk to town. Rooms are basic but all you need when you are in the Galapagos island anyway!

This hotel is about a block off the main drive. The staff is great and very helpful. The checkin process was very quick. Once checked in they walk you to your room and show you how things work and make sure you are happy. They give you a free drink coupon to use at the onsite bar. Rooms are nice...

This place although a little run down was clean, had a lovely pool and was in a great location for Puerto ayora. The room was of an average size, shower had good flow and hot water. The breakfast wasn't anything fancy, however you can be full after the meal. The tours provided by the hotel were outstanding small group, great...

Really hardworking staff, great pool, suburb location, beautiful suites. There are two buildings- the old one and 8 newer suites. Our kids were in the older building and we were in the newer building with a beautiful modern spacious room. I would have given it a 5* except for the restaurant. The breakfast was pretty minimal, and the dinner that...

Booked room online through hotels.com for 1 adult and 1 child (10yrs old). Upon arrival I was told that I would need to pay and extra $10 per night in addition to the online rate for and extra person charge although online it said kids 12 and under stay free. I already had chosen to "upgrade" the room to a...

The room smelled bad, the pillow cases were only shams, the bathroom had a step that tripped us every time, the toilet seat was discussing and there was a cockroach in the shower. The pool water was murky and cold and there were no extra towels. They came and collected them every morning, washed them then brought them back. The...

It was a good option for walking around for it was exactly located near the bus stop and ferry and the center of the small town. The service maybe not that qualified but it was in Galapagos.Room was clean but simple. A little bit noisy when the Sunday morning the nearby church was performing its ceremony.

Hotel Ninfa is close to the center of town, near the main port. The rooms were tastefully done with more modern furniture and bath. There was a nice pool table and sitting area, where our group could gather and converse. There were ants in some of our rooms. Laundry service was offered for 50 cents to $1.50 per piece. This...

This is a cute hotel that is close to the main drag for restaurants, shopping etc. It could have been quiet but it was packed with locals who were very loud as well as staff that frequently yelled down the halls. The breakfast was also quite good and they loan free bicycles. The noise factor for me was the most...
