This hotel was spartan in its furnishings and the rooms were small. It was in need of some serious updating and a good cleaning. The grout in between the tiles in the bathroom was anything but white and the walls were marred and needed painting. The pool area was nice and the lobby was cute. The breakfast was okay, but the staff wasn’t very friendly. We were a large group and we all had similar issues, so suffice it to say I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very good experience at the Hotel Fiesta. Rafael was great and helped me out with everything I needed. The property was located extremely close to the main part of town which was convenient. I chose this property because it had a pool and a hot tub. I was very glad I did because both were nice to come home to at the end of a long day of exploring the reason I gave this hotel, a four-star instead of a five-star is because the hotel desperately needs a remodel. The room was clean, but the walls were scratched, the furniture was old, the mattress was not the most comfortable, but it made do. Overall, I really did enjoy my time at the hotel. They were able to put me in touch with a woman (Alexandra) who booked all of my excursions at half the price that it was in the states! I was extremely appreciative.…

Stayed here for just one night after our cruise around Galapagos, we arrived at 10am, expecting to have to wait till we access our room but it was already ready. We enjoyed the various jacuzzi’s that were there and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We left at 6 am the next morning because we were catching a ferry but we’re able to pick up a pre packed breakfast to take with us.

Nice hotel with friendly helpful reception staff in a quite location not too far from the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms were fine but a bit plain. Nice pool with jucuzzi area and hotel provided towels. The pool area did however smell of sewage at times. All together we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This is a nice hotel with beautiful grounds and an outside pool. Location is within easy walking distance of the main downtown area with its many restaurants. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet hotel near the downtown area, this is the place!

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. My dad, son and I got one of the suites down a path behind the pool and jacuzzi area. The room was spacious and clean. There was always clean towels, purified water in a pitcher and hot running water. I couldn't figure out the TV for my dad one night but it wasn't necessary. The pool was amazing as well as the long jacuzzi. A bit too much chlorine for me so my hands shriveled up fast but that wasn't a bit deal. The location was perfect. 5mins to the main street and 10mins to the port. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Fresh fruit, bread, juice, coffee and eggs served to your liking. There is no lunch or dinner at the hotel but again, all the restaurants are nearby including one two doors down called Agave. It was a bit pricey but there are other restaurants that are affordable near by. Wi-fi was spotty a couple of times but not a big deal. Can't expect perfect reception everywhere you go. Turtle Bay is a 10mins walk from the hotel BUT keep in mind the path to the beach is a 40mins walk and another 15mins to the swimming area. There are no cars that go there so definitely take water and good walking shoes. There are also boat trips that take you there. I think all the snorkle trips are similar. Just find a travel place you like and ask for all the different options. We took a half day one to Bahia and a full day one to Pinta. Definitely need to go back and explore some more. After the tours we would swim in the pool before getting ready for dinner. The hotel was quiet and peaceful however families do go there so expect to see kids as well. If you need any recommendations, the staff is happy to help. …

We had a lovely 2 night stay here on our Galápagos tour. The hotel was ideal, a 5 minute walk from the harbour, sea front and restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel surrounds a lovely pool with an excellent breakfast. We’d stay again.

My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant 5 night stay at this affordable hotel in Puerto Ayora. After coming off our amazing Galapagos Islands Cruise, we were looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient hotel to spend a relaxing 5 days in this part of the Galapagos. The Hotel Fiesta was just perfect for our wants and needs. We had a ground floor larger guest room, set just off the main courtyard and pool. Our room was very clean with a comfortable queen bed. Each room is air conditioned, has a mini fridge, in room safe and with purified water filled each day. The bath is small with shower, but kept clean and tidy. There is a lovely morning breakfast served each day by friendly staff, with a nice variety of items including; eggs to your liking, fruit, yogurt, toast, coffee and more. The main pool, the very large jacuzzi and courtyard chairs and loungers, is an added bonus at this hotel. A great place to relax and enjoy the sun and outdoors. There's also a gazebo in the courtyard with a pool and ping pong table for guests to enjoy. It should be noted the property is aging and could use a little TLC, but we found our room and the pool, jacuzzi and overall grounds to be very clean by staff. For a 3 star affordable and convenient hotel in town, you can't go wrong with the Hotel Fiesta.…

We were a family of 5 and stayed in one of the casitas. The casita was large enough for us all. As others have stated, it is dated but beds are comfortable. Great location and great pool and great outside common area for kids. Front desk staff super helpful.

This is an average hotel. Maybe above average in the Galapagos Islands. The rooms are small and dated, but the bed was comfortable and clean. The pool area is nice and well maintained except for the lounge cushions which desperately need cleaning. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff are eager to please. Don't bother with the safes in the rooms. The dont work properly and you will become frustrated very quickly. The hotel does have a restaurant so you can only get breakfast there which is included in your room rate. I would suggest you book directly with the hotel. DO NOT use HOTELS.COM. They are a rip off and all of a sudden things become very difficult, when you need to make a simple change. I am disgusted with HOTELS.COM customer service, what a waste of time. Book directly with the hotel. They respond quickly and will bend over backward to help you if they can.…
