A few blocks back from the port and off the main road this is a clean and relatively quiet option. We were given a double double (2 double beds in 1 room) and have a private bathroom. Wi-fi was good and the price of the room was about $10 less than other options nearby. It's near the street food and...

The hotel has a good location, but, it sadly lacking in facilities. No phone in the room, a door that was very difficult to open and close, a television that was small and with very poor reception and very poor Wi-Fi. You cannot pay the bill with a card, so, you are obliged to go to an ATM to get...

Nice spacious, simple room, off the main streets so it was quieter and somewhat cheaper than other options. Good wifi. Some rooms have a patio just outside the door and all have access to common space. Very convenient for walking to the malecon, restaurants, etc. Clean enough upon appearance, but the tile floor in my room made my feet really...

We ended up staying here for 3 or 4 night out of our one week stay in the Galapagos. At first we thought it was expensive, then, after visiting at least 3 or 4 other hotels and hostels in Santa Cruz, this turned out to be fair (for the rather high Galapagos prices). We paid some $60/night for a 'habitacion...

I was part of a tour round the different Galapagos islands, and we got told by our guide that this was a lovely place to stay, so we believed her: turned out to be our worst night throughout our 1 week stay on the islands! All of our rooms had many problems with them, which meant that none of us...

We came across this hotel when we were on our way to Turtuga Bay. Compared with other hotels on the main street, the double room we got was a pretty good bargain. Room was clean and basic. We had hot water and our towels were changed every day. Jose was very friendly and helped us get around.

Good location, appears nice place. However rooms were average. Bathrooms were not so clean, few stains. Staff was friendly and co-operative. Need more maintenance. Overall ok for short stay, don't expect much.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the location is brilliant, being about 10 minute walk from the main harbour area. However, that's where the good bits end. The room was crambed and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Also, we ran out of hot water and had to wait hours for it to come back back on...

We spotted this place walking to Tortuga Bay and were attracted by the well kept exterior (lovely flowers and plants). Since we were already staying elsewhere for the night before going to Isabella, we booked to stay for our return to Puerto Agora with the very friendly José.As it's low season, we bargained on the price a little and got...
