We are a hostel located in the oceanfront part of the Port Baquerizo Moreno, main settlement of the Island of San Cristobal in the natural marine reserve of the Galapagos Islands. Beaches are very close to undertake all sorts of activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and hiking, as well as near the urban area with restaurants, bars and nightclubs. We offer double and triple rooms in bungalows divided by our garden, with a nice terrace and cafeteria area with seaside views to the port. All rooms are equipped with A/Cs, hot water and WiFi on all areas of the hostel. Cafe open for breakfast and lunch, Tuesday to Saturday.

Good location on sea front, good breakfast included in price, rooms fair price for what you get, basic and clean, get what you pay for and no problems with that. Places to dry clothes outside each room were useful.

Booked here on a last minute trip to San Cristobal. Location is great right by the dock where the fishermen come in, staff were nice but the rooms were very basic for the price - thin walls, poorly decorated and a bit overpriced.

The showers have hot water and the rooms are rustic, simple, and clean. Great location - right near the malecon and a great sitting area outside to watch the people and the boats. Carlos is a great host that always greets you with a smile. The morning breakfast was simple but good - eggs, bread, jam, coffee and juice. There were a few ants in our room but nothing to worry about.

Thank you for your kind words. Hard to get rid of all the ants specially in the hot season, but we are on it!

This hotel was a great find at an inexpensive price compared with other hotels on the waterfront. The rooms are impeccably clean and the air conditioner worked great. I loved hanging out in the hammocks that look directly out onto the bay. It was fun to watch the fisherman bring in their catch. Bernardo, the owner, is a fantastic host and can offer a lot of information on tours throughout the islands and the best places to visit on San Cristobal. I highly recommend this affordable hotel for anybody traveling to San Cristobal.

We stayed for 2 nights. Hostal is in a great location just 3 minutes walking to the malecón. Has a nice patio where you have breakfast with the ocean view. We had a room in a first row - I believe it was room number 1. With the view as well. At night though if there are people in the patio it is quite noisy - unfortunately for us the first night there was a party until about 2am so we couldn't sleep. But the second night it was perfect. Room is basic but has an air conditioning, little fridge and good shower with hot water! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good! There is a little problem with ants though - but it's was not that disturbing. Overall we recommend.

We didn't have accommodation booked so one of the neighbors showed us to this place as we were walking along the waterfront - great price, really good basic accommodation with private bathrooms - free wifi but patchy signal - still good enough in some spots to call/skype though. Location was fantastic - few minutes into town and a few minutes in the other direction to see some sights. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Def. recommend if you're looking for a budget place to stay in San Cristobal!
