Family trip, this hotel really ruined part of our trip, had to find another room.. Hotel was very unsafe about 30 guys hanging outside.. roaches greeted us at the door very disappointed.. please follow up about this issue
This was the WORST experience ever for a girl’s trip 2 day stay, it’s a drug infested, sex trafficking pit stop! They leave your car door open after they take your Jesus for valet parking, the room next door was fighting for 2 hours at 3 AM, no hotel staff came no security or anything. To check on the safety of their quest. The room service refused to replace old towels with new ones after numerous attempts. A stranger (MAN) came in The elevator with me to ask if I wanted to work for him! I had to scream and curse at him for him to run out. When reported to front desk, I’m told they can’t control who comes in and out of their establishment. I called cooperate and they sent me $60. I wouldn’t send my enemy to jail their! ATLANTIC CITY WYNDAM HOWARD JOHNSON. You make my last name look BAD…
Outstanding customer service!!Very Clean place, It is nice and quiet here as well!!And front dest take care of all of your needs immediately!!I havent seen service like this in years!! Lets just say me and my husband came to the conclusion if this hotel is booked we will reschedule our entire trip!!I slept like a baby here!!
Came for a weekend getaway with my friend , my daughter & god daughter, when we checked in the front desk asked if we wanted a non- smoking room we said yes. When we got off at our floor the smell of weed hit us dead in the face in the hallway. They gave a dead end room , beds are uncomfortable, the area seems to have a bunch drug addicts around there or shelters, we was walking to the store & turned back around with the kids to head back to the hotel because of the area. Please be careful & be safe if you have kids , we will not be staying here ever again. Howard Johnson update your rooms & Wifi because they both sucks. Non-smoking should me non-smoking not a place that smells like weed all over omg
Honestly, the hotel was ok except for the smelly hallways. Both the attached restaurant and the pizza place next door were good food options and not pricey. Room was reasonable for the price and wifi was solid. Check-in and out were really easy. Street noise was noticeable, but didn't keep us up. The bad and the reason I won't stay there again. We were walking back from the Boardwalk in broad daylight and were accosted/assaulted by a crazy homeless guy that wouldn't leave us alone. This happened just outside the door of the hotel and he followed us into the hotel. Short version, he ended up grabbing my daughters phone out of her hand and tried to run away. Luckily, he was stopped by the staff member on duty at the counter and we got the phone back. We called 911. So, we are appreciative of the help by the staff member, but won't ever stay there again as this was traumatizing for all of us.…
