The checkin with a reservation was great, not too long of a line at 7pm. Room was ready. Clean, quiet, the Hotel was very clean. Since I am not a smoker of course hate walking thru the smoking section, but it is what it is. Overall the Casino was pretty crowded for a Saturday night. We had a great date night away! We have been to the Hotel before and will continue to return.
When we checked into the hotel the receptionist named SONYA asked us if we want to upgrade for a newly renovated room. we declined the offer because we are only in atlantic city for the weekend. We are Very disappointed when they gave us a room without any window! when we book it on expedia it did not say anything that our room will have no window at all. I felt decieved by t he receptionist because she never told us that the reason for asking us to upgrade its because it will be a NO WINDOW room. it was really hard for me to sleep because it was pitch dark in the room like i was in a storage! I have stress disorder and cluster phobic too. so it was really hard for me to get some sleep. Also there was a long line but there was only 1 receptionist on the regular check in and 2 on the diamond members checked in. 2 out of 3 automated check in machined were broken. this is just a poorly manage hotel and i will never come back to this place…
Took advantage of a comp offer one Saturday evening. I was given an ocean view room in the Centurion Tower. I hoped to get one of the renovated rooms with the updated shower but that wasn't the case. Still. it was a nice room with a great view. Great water pressure in the shower as well. There is still renovation going on not as much construction as Harrah's. Decent-priced food options are limited. I would stay again.
Caesar has fallen. The good— the updated suites are nice. The bad, nothing was open. I was looking for a night out of blackjack, wheel of fortune slots and a cheeseburger. Caesars had none of those things. Blackjack tables were full or had smokers. Sorry it’s 2023 cigarettes need to go and you need nonsmoking tables available. As for food. You really couldn’t get anything but noodles. Slots were old and sad. No wheel of fortune. Vanna and Pat would be sad. I had to walk down to Ballys for everything I wanted to do in AC. Guess where I’ll be staying next time? (Hint.. not Caesars!) for the record my room was not a comp. And was not what I reserved. I got the old bait and switch to an up charged room because they were out of the one I reserved. I normally stay At Harrahs or the Borgata. They have burgers. And wheel of fortune. Dear Caesars, while you’re renovating things add a place to grab a burger.…
I don’t know where to start… I visited Atlantic city for the first time… my flight and hotel was provided by Caesar at no charge. Never thought this trip was turned into a nightmare… the day I arrived i did the check-in and went to the room they assigned me. Very nice and spacious. Tired of the trip i was planning to take a nap. Well the room that i got was a conjoined room and next to the elevators, god I had the most laud neighbors.. they had a speaker and playin tv or music at very hight volume.. I was very sleepy and tired but it was impossible to fall asleep… and people laughing and screaming waiting for the elevators…. Tired of the situation, I went to the hotel front desk and kindly requested if it was possible to move me to another room ( I explained the reasons to the front desk lady) and omg!!! she got so upset because I was requesting the possibility to be moved… Maybe she is the owner of the hotel?( I don’t think so). She told me that instead of going downstairs I should’ve just call security. Anywho.. tired and sleepy I didn’t feel like arguing with now 2 people there been so aggravated over my request. Next morning with almost zero sleep I went to the front desk again thinking that maybe there was a nicer person.. what a shock!, it was worse, I started to explain the situation to the front desk lady and she stopped me right away.. hold on hold on hold on.. let me talk to my supervisor she said.. and while she was walking to the office she was laughing and kind of rolling eyes with the other lady in there.. she came back and told me that supervisor approved my request… and there she start to scream at me that she not goin to guarantee me that the other room was going to be quieter. And then she said.. i have only room by the elevators in all towers.. if you it than come back later and we’ll see she said (she was very mad at this point) and again start laughing with the other lady on her side. This review the most part is for the lack of customer services provided by the front desk staff, they really need to be retrained and treat customer all the same….. making fun of a customer is unacceptable at any point. Thank you Caesar for the complementary trip.. very disappointed of Caesar Palace in Atlantic City.. this place should have the same high standards of Caesar Las Vegas.. but sadly is not even close in many ways.…
We went to the hotel for our 50th Anniversary trip and the car races at Boardwalk Hall. I asked if they could upgrade our room since it was a special occasion for us and we come every year except for covid. The girl at the front desk said NO and I thought that at least something could be done....late checkout etc, corner room etc. free breakfast... Since we had to eat dinner late we were surprised that the only restaurant that was open for us was the pizza place. Pizza tasted good but it closed at midnight and it was delivered to our table and we had to eat with paper plates and plastic utinsels. Breakfast was hard to find since they closed the coffee shop...we ate at Gordon Ramsey's pub ( the only place to eat a real breakfast_) for $60.00 for 2 eggs.... We thought this trip would be special but were soooo disappointed. We had another meal at night at the noodle house $60.00 for 2 bowls of wonton soup. Everything else was closed. I don't now if we ever would come back.…
I don't even know where to start. The music in the casino was so unbearably loud we mostly gambled elsewhere. Also, the homeless hang out in the lower level casino begging for cigarettes. The only food options are for people who choose to donate $26 to Gordon Ramsey for lettuce, or the coffee shop where the $14 sandwiches are pre made with bread so hard I literally could not chew it. And the $14 salad has “croutons” consisting of chunks of old bread? Nasty. The best meal we had during our stay here was ordering Pizza Hut. Not a single employee could answer a question regarding anything related to Caesars. This includes front desk, security, valet, waitresses, and players card desk. You either get “I don't know” or they give you incorrect information. But I guess you cant blame them, we spent time trying to locate the Starbucks that is listed on Caesars AC website to finally discover it does not exist? I was told a wine glass in the gift shop was $10, then got charged $16. The girl working was involved with her phone and when I approached the register she just stared at me like I had no right to be there. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes in our room was nasty. AND we smoke both ourselves! But choose not to in our living spaces. We were never offered a nonsmoking preference. Shame, the renovated rooms are very nice. Beds are comfy and shower is awesome. However, I would crash with the homeless before I stay there again. We are almost to the airport and thank goodness, Im starving and looking forward to an edible meal without cashing in my 401K.…
We stay in AC a lot. This was our worst stay. Broken elevators. Housekeeping doesn’t show up, you call and they say they don’t have to come every day. Gym is only open at 9 am. Definitely won’t be back too much money for such a bad experience
They charged me double the price for 2 rooms. They said it was a luxury upcharge that I signed for. However, when I asked them ro send me the documents I signed, customer relations told me I needed a supeona to obtain those docuements. This is an unethical business practice. This corporation is ruthless. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere when staying in ac. I would suggest the Marriott in Galloway. The people that work there are NOT in it for the money. AC is going downhill and has been for some time. This is in part one of the reasons why.
went there with my 2 lady friends 66 and 69 i am a lady of 76 i am a seven star at 4am my 2 friends leave me and go to the adjoining rooms a woman was in the room ransacking and robbing the room said she was a maid and tried to leave but my 69 year old friend grabbed her and fought her out into the hallway while the other friend called security she was arrested and had warrants out for her from philly. my friend was banged up on her leg and neck and ear i returned to the room right after it happened to find my one friend shaking like a vibrator and the rooms a big mess to clean u p the one friend lost a diamond out of her ring and a diamond tennis bracelet during the fight in the hallway and it was never found the security said they were looking for the robber she had just stolen a sandwich from the store downstairs we found the sandwich in the room later with her purse it had room keys in it also from the tropicana. later the security said we left the door open totally not true and besides the doors close automaticly security did their interviewing and then the police took my friends to the police station and i was told they would be back in a few and they were gone 6 hours and they said it was a horrible experience....right after they left security came back and i was told the hotel was putting 150 dollars on my tab for the inconvenience of be robbed i told them 150 was an insult and to keep it and leave i bet thousands a day and they only wanted to give us 150 are they kidding? he slammed the door real hard when he left i saidhe did not have to slam the door so hard you...and he said you are the pr,,k quite loud how dare him the girls cam back having no sleep went directly to bed later we tried to find some sort of manager to talk to we found one but s he said she couldnt help us we ended up having to stay 2 more days which were free but no food or drink risk management interviewed us this happened in sept 22 and am still waiting for some sort of compensation not even a real sorry this took place at caesars palace i probably have left out a few details but but this is most by us capturing the robber we saved a lot of rooms from getting robbed by the way the woman that stopped her had a heart condition and had just been in the hospital dont let them try to soften the way this happened cause it was a nightmare thanks to my friends for protecting me and the room…
