This is no longer a Ceasars property. They try to say the Jubilee rooms in the Tower are suites. They are not. Ceasars remodeled these rooms above floor 38.You can't book these rooms. For a higher rate you can up grade at check in. Pool area closed.. They won't say why. Dennis tower bathrooms very small. Garden tower rooms view is parking garage. All other indoor pools in AC are open. Stay at Ceasars or Hard Rock. You get what you pay for!!!

Room Tip: The parking garage is the better of all but Ceasars garage. Easy to navigate.

Stayed here for an overnight recently. I have to say the check-in staff was very nice but then went to the casino and experienced the rudest dealers and servers that I have ever experienced in any casino anywhere in the world. Not sure what’s going on but it seems like every single staff in the casino has an attitude. If you do one thing wrong on the tables they scold you like a third world prisoner. Also, the servers are very few and far between and not nice at all. Also, this casino has not been updated in a long time and is in urgent need of a full makeover. It’s dirty, smokey and just plain old. Don’t expect anything nice or special at Bally’s AC. It appears that whoever took this casino over needs to invest some money in the entire property and retraining of the entire staff. Sorry, I will never be back.

Enjoyed the room in the Tower- only wish there was a coffee maker and USB ports for charging. Room was large and the beds were comfy. All employees we interacted with were pleasant and professional. Deal-breaker is that Bally’s Casino reeked of smoke. I won’t return until smoking is prohibited in the casino.

The room view was of the opposite multi level car park and dumpsters was awesome if you spent the last 20 years in prison. The indoor pool was closed for renovations. If your going to remove the use of an amenity then state on your website !!! The corridors and room are dirty and in a poor state. The hotel hasn’t been updated since the bicentennial!!! The casino non smoking smells like an ashtray !!!!! Never ever again !!!!

Check in 4 night stay. No problem at all. Early check in. No charge. Room was clean and service every day but the last. Dinners were good. Two nights were at Jerry Longos. Excellent. Make sure you make reservations. Harry’s was good. Service started out well but went down hill very quickly. Seems to be the norm there. A lot of new games installed and more were being installed. I think over time you should notice a lot of changes here. Just wish they would go back to no smoking. People smoking in no smoking area.
