My husband and I stayed at Resorts last weekend. Kelly at the front desk quickly checked us into our room. She was very polite and our mini vacation was off to a great start! Room was specious and clean. Plenty of food options on the casino floor including Dunkin Donuts, The Soup Nazi, a pizza place, and a diner style restaurant. Resorts has a perfect spot on the boardwalk, close to the Lucky Snakes arcade, rides, the Hard Rock and Oceans Casino. We will be returning to Resorts for another great time soon!
Looking for some fun away from home, make Resorts Casino Hotel your stop when in Atlantic City. The service is impeccable from the moment of checking in to the time you are ready to leave! The rooms are the best we have experienced, clean, roomy and top of the line. The restaurants are the best in Atlantic City, and even the food court provides excellent options if eating on the go. They even have a Dunkin Donuts in the Casino which everyone loves. The Casino hosts are the best and the table games and electronic games are all the best we have experienced. Stay at Resorts and be spoiled!
Our room was way overpriced for what we got. It was dirty. there were dropps of blood on the bathroom floor and hair on the floor by the sink. the shower had something slimy spilled on the floor. I killed a cockroach the first morning in the bathroom. there were used tissues and an empty plastic bottle under the nightstand. I called and asked for the room to be cleaned the next day but the floor in the bathroom still had the blood spots.
We booked a Coral suite. The room is a nice size having 2 bathrooms is nice and that is it. After checking in and unpacking we realize the heat is not working so I call the front desk no answer they just hung up on me, this went on a few times giving us time to find the dead cockroaches. I had to walk down to the front desk and ask for a manager to wait there for 15 minutes for her to suggest we just pack everything up and move to another room. I told her to send maintenance up. Si assured me she would. Then send a maid who pushes buttons and that was it. She looked at the dead Cockroach and left it there. Room service says to change rooms I say no. Of course, the front office will not answer the phone back down 10 floors and wait at the front desk again. Finally, after about 90 minutes they come up and it takes him like 5 minutes to find out the last guy working on it turned it off in the ceiling area. The cockroach just lays there until who knows when they came for that. The safe does not work and the coffee pot is missing pieces so you have coffee but no way to brew it. The TV remote works sometimes. The Spa paid $15 which is cheap but they do not tell you 2 out of the 4 rooms are broken and no one is going to fix them. All that was working was the Sauna and the steam bath no hot tub or the other room I think was a cool room for breathing. The place used to be nice but the rooms are a wreck. Also, they redid the pool looks nice except I miss the giant hot tub. It's just not what it used to be. we are currently there and still waiting for a working coffee pot.…
The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. I started off my meal with the restaurant's famous garlic bread, which was absolutely to die for. For my entree, I ordered the chicken parmesan, which was cooked to perfection and served with a side of delicious marinara sauce. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.
this is where we stayed in 2021 resorts was always fun the rooms where nice and the people always nice. I stay at the other casino when we can't stay inn the. resorts.nice places to eat, games fun.good times
Rooms in desperate need of an update. Carpets are old and dirty. Not enough outlets. Bathrooms have no counters. Paint is peeling. Beds are comfy, could have used an extra blanket. Casino and lobby are nice, restaurants are very good - great service, amazing food.
Resorts Hotel and casino has all the amenities needed for a stay in Atlantic City. Nice shops and restaurants, adequate gaming floor size, and located nicely on the boardwalk. Other casinos are within walking distance unless you require help getting around. The hotel rooms are clean but it is not new. My stay was very comfortable and I had no complaints. I enjoyed dining at Margaritaville which is located in the Resorts. An average person that doesn’t require the very finest in life would be comfortable and satisfied with the Resorts Hotel and Casino. I would not hesitate to stay at Rrsorts again.
We recently stopped in resorts to book a two night stay. we went up to the pool area and wanted a quick look to check out the brand new pool they’ve been advertising. since we were not staying there they would not even let us take a minute to see the pool so we did not book and did not stay there.
Stayed here for a work conference. Checkin was smooth however, the 6th floor hallway to my room was freezing cold and smelled like mildew. The air leaked into my room and made my room so cold and uncomfortable. It made my sheets feel cold and damp. It was difficult to fall asleep so I called down to the front desk to ask for a comforter at 12:50 pm. After calling twice and getting a rude attitude on the phone they finally came to the room at 1:45 am. It was disappointing.
