The stay was literally perfection 🙌🏽That sounds extreme but it is exactly what I mean… When there was slight confusion with our reservation we were upgraded to a deluxe suite with ocean views… From there the restaurants, the gorgeous rock and roll themed atmosphere, the nightlife and casino just were all above expectations… I walked onto the smoking floor and it smelled like perfume and roses 😐🤯 how is that even possible?? It was so great I extended my stay another night because I couldn’t take in all the sights in just 2 nights! I have to revisit! I highly recommend this hotel… Hard Rock might just have to change its name to paradise…🙌🏽
We flew up from Florida to spend 2 nights while attending the Guns n Roses show. It was a great experience all the way around. The staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful and they genuinely seemed to like their jobs. Casino floor was clean and active. Rooms were larger than expected and we had a nice partial view of the ocean. The in hotel restaurants had variety and the food was good. Situated right on the boardwalk, we had a chance to hit the pier, sample some local food, and enjoy the beach scene. I was a bit skeptical about Atlantic City, but it was a great experience. By the way, the venue was great. Relatively small with about 7K, staff was excellent, there were plenty of food and beer stations, though they could use a few more bathrooms. Excellent experience and we would travel there again to see a show I was interested in.…
Always the best vibe on the Boardwalk casinos. Lots of memorabilia. You don’t have to gamble to enjoy Hard Rock. Usually a live band playing at the bar at the foot of the escalator . Lots of food choices although all are pricey fir what they are. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love they all have some sort of couch. Showers are the best. The indoor pool is big so even if there are lots of families you can still enjoy a lap swim or water aerobics. The rewards staff can use more training on friendliness . The cleaning crew works hard to sanitize. We go to AC often and Hard Rock is our Fave casino.
Fine new restaurant in hardrock casino went there last week and had great food had the lamb ribs lobster cups grill ed shrimp everything delish great waiters and nice manger going back this week can't wait also good drinks
Our room was ready early so we avoided the lines at 4pm. The room was rather large, clean and had a nice size flat screen TV. Staff was friendly and attentive. That really ticks off the things I am concerned about, especially during COVID times. Masks are suggested so I guess I wish it was mandated but other than that, things were great. Suggestions, go for self parking. $10 and validation gets you unlimited use during your stay. If you don’t plan to use your car, $20 is super reasonable for your stay. We were in and out several times and there were longer waits at times. 2nd floor has a nice spot fir hot breakfast. Not too expensive and very good food. Easily skip lunch after breaking the fast here. I am sold on the Hard Rock.
