This hostel has a really cool set up! There is a huge lounge room with Netflix, a pool with rubber tubes to float in, lots of hammocks, and an onsite restaurant with great food. The staff are super friendly and happy to help you plan tours and day trips. You can leave your bags in storage for free. The hostel...

I stayed there for two days on august before I visited Tayrona nacional park. The place is big and they have a large pool. The dorms were comfortable but a bit dirty. I finally change to another hostel for to meet my friends. I would recommend it.

This was like a dream hostel. Lovely pool, cheap restaurant, great staff, comfy beds, big dorms. Really clean, despite the wild evenings. WiFi everywhere, big clean bathroom, a tab. comfy TV room, really safe feeling. I loved it. Good work.

Aesthetically Drop Bear is hands down amazing on all fronts. Giant crystal clear pool, cinema lounge are than can host 30 people, more or less depending on pillow/cuddling, and a cleaning staff that somehow cleans things before they become a mess. I expected to stay here for 3 days, but have been here a lot longer, and the reason why...

Easy to meet people by the pool. Cheap beer. My hat was stolen off my bed. The first night we stayed in a cheap room - it was more of a hallway that connected a bedroom and the pool - there were french doors connecting to the pool that basically stayed open all night and because the bathroom and the...

I love this hostel!! I came here for a 3 day stay and left 5 weeks later. It has everything you need to base yourself while you explore the surrounding areas. In this 5 weeks I went on day trips as well as 2/3 night trips and was able to leave my big backpack in luggage storage for free while...

Just want to make sure everyone knows! I don't prefer these types of hostels but if you do then you'll have a grand ol time. I moved to a quieter hostel in Santa Marta. Positives: the staff at Drop Bear are helpful. the juices are yummy. The tv room was fun for watching the olympics. But remember, parties.

A great place to stay! Wonderful big space, huge TV room with netflix and all you want, a dozen hammocks on the first floor. Kitchen is OK and could use some new tools but they have a restaurant included which serves great food at reasonable prices. A supermarket is down the street. The pool is wonderful and the atmosphere is...
