The hotel is a good hotel, the place is clean and well located, to go to the beach you only have to cross the street. The hotel is next to Rodadero beach, meaning you can never sleep in the hotel as it is extremely noise. The hotel has 10 floors and only one elevator which does not properly work, people get easily trapped. The stuff is friendly and helpful unfortunately its location makes it a no choice for my future visit to Santa Marta

When we arrived the hotel manager, Luz Martinez, downgraded our reservation. She rudely and inexplicably insisted that my passport had to have some kind of special immigration stamp in order to waive the taxes that apply only to Colombian nationals. Since my friend happened to have this special stamp on his passport, she did not want to change the reservation...

This review is specifically directed at receptionist Luz Martinez who made our check-in process a highly unpleasant experience. While initiating our check-in with a friendly hotel staff, Luz Martinez entered the reception area and came up to the reception counter, and without acknowledging us, demanded the hotel member to change our room. The hotel is right in front of the beach but that's it. The room and bathroom were way to small for the price. For the money we paid I was expecting a super comfortable room but I was disappointed. Use your money wisely and stay somewhere else.

Spent 1 night in the hotel in a room with the beach view. The hotel is located in a very nice position, the view from the room (9th floor) was amazing. Rooms are essential, in line with the style of Rodadero. WiFi is available for free with good strength. I recommend this place

We reached Santa Marta as the second part of our vacation, first visiting Cartagena. This Hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. A great stay in Santa Marta. Hotel is a great location right on the beach. Our room was on the seventh floor so noise from the beach was not a problem. Great breakfast variety. Rooms quite basic but cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff couldn't speak any English so the google translate app is a must!

The hotel was great, Breakfast was really good, they have a good variety of breakfast. During night because is located at RODADERO street is very noise, sometimes hard to sleep. the ocean view was really romantic and fantastic. They give you free towels to go to the beach. Pretty clean hotel. Housekeeping everyday. Good balcony.
