We were in an ocean view room and enjoyed the view every morning. It was convenient crossing the street to the Deep Blue Restaurant to have breakfast every morning we were there. The breakfast is included with your nightly stay. The members of the staff we talked to were all very nice and helpful. This hotel has satellite internet in...

I stayed at Deep Blue with my husband and close friend for a long weekend in March. We decided to skip the touristy San Andres and splurge for a trip to the more authentically Caribbean island of Providencia. Our stay at Deep Blue was worth every penny. Facing Crab Cay the resort is a quintessential island getaway. Kayaks and snorkeling...

My husband and I spent 4 relaxing nights at Deep Blue in the Jacuzzi Suite. We had tried to book a Luxury pool suite and they were all occupied during our stay, but we were glad in the end because we liked our room a bit better. We had a small balcony overlooking Crab Caye with wicker table and chairs...

We spent 10 wonderful days on this cute very friendly island. Deep Blue was a perfect place to stay. Our room was the very top 117 stairs up but kept our legs in great shape. Comfortable bed, nice shower, clean room, an awesome view looking over the 7 colors of blue water We even enjoyed our little plunge pool. The...

When flying to Providencia, the airline removed our luggage due to weight problems. We arrived at Deep Blue around 11am in our travelling clothes - no casual gear. The hotel is obsessive about check-in at or after 3pm which is unusual. In my experience of hotels all over the world, they are usually happy to let you check-in when rooms...

Dear Baywatch2014, Thank you for sharing the feedback with us, I am pleased that you had an enjoyable stay with us. Our check-in time is 3pm, if a room is available for an early check-in we would always offer it to our guests but in your case there was no room ready for you until 3pm. I am sorry if...

The island of Providencia is one of those special places nestled deep within the Caribbean Ocean. The travel here is tough, and the development regulations are strict, which makes this island a top notch travelers paradise! Getting here is tough, my suggestion is to book a plane flight to and from (almost $100USD more expensive than the boat), but the...

Really fantastic location with nicely appointed rooms and extremely comfortable beds and a beautiful shower. The restaurant is perfectly situated with a fabulous view. Breakfast is awesome(some of the best pancakes I have ever tasted). I would give this hotel 3 1/2 stars if I could. It has a lot of potential but there are some misses when it comes...

The charm of Providencia is that it is not a very developed island. Development is highly controlled, and competition is restricted by local laws which mean that mainland Colombian or international groups can not directly own or manage properties without local owners and partnerships. The consequence is that the standard of accommodation across the island is fairly basic, with small...

All the rooms have an amazing view and this is worth the stay just for this. We had the room at the top of the hotel. Great room. Feels very cosy. A couple of steps though to get there. Staff is very nice and makes your stay very special. No common area though which is bit of a shame. Just...

After spending a night in San Andres, we could not leave quick enough. We were looking for the Caribbean blue waters, piece and calm and indulge ourselves in a quality hotel, and that's exactly what we got in Deep blue. Within 30 mins of arriving we where having breakfast, and then where wished away on a 2hr snorkelling trip we...
