My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in mid-October. I read a couple of negative reviews and wondered if we had made a mistake planning to stay here but the reviewers must have stayed at a different Hotel Tides in Asbury Park. The lobby and bar were inviting. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My wife... More

We made a last minute trip to Asbury for my birthday and we surprised at how nice we found the Inn. The staff was very friendly, our room clean and comfortable and the bar service wonderful. I agree that enjoyment of the porch was hampered by the number of smokers but the inn is a short walk to the beach... More

So not worth the money. The carpet in the back stair case was, let's say, worn. The staff was friendly. Parking was very bad. The rooms are small, the TV's are small, the bathrooms large but not the cleanest. The ceiling fan squeaked when on any other level than low. Loved the shower floor.

Incredibly disappointing return. Stayed here years ago after it first opened and returned recently. The facade has worn significantly as have the interiors. The pool was also quite dirty. The management is also now one star. They present unkempt in raggedy t-shirts and are rude, unhelpful and uninviting especially to children. I will never return and expect savvy travelers to... The rooms I had was a nice, clean room with a good bathroom and great river rock shower floor, It is small but manageable for a short stay. I think the noise here is an issue so be sure to bring ear plugs for sleeping at night. I didn't sample the restaurant or bar but both seemed to be busy... More

While I have never been a guest at the hotel, I have been to the restaurant several times. The food is eclectic and delicious. This is not your typical restaurant. The dining room is small and cozy. The choices on the menu are from ordinary. While a bit on the expensive side, you will not be dsiappointed. Everything is cooked... More

If you get the chance to go to Asbury at any point during the year, make sure to stop at Hotel Tides. We had our Rehearsal dinner there in October 2015 and Ryan made it one of the best events of the weekend! We had been there once before (as well as my parents and family friends becoming frequent visitors)... More

The hotel tides is a cute boutique hotel. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side though and you can hear people if they're out in the hall/stairs and walking around. The lobby is great and the outdoor porch is a nice area to hang out in the evenings (and grab a drink). Fun spot with some fun stuff... More

The lobby area is cute, and I'm glad they highlight art. But this is not a place to stay if you want to hang out and relax --- you're there because you're doing something in Asbury. I was surprised to learn about an event taking place (and totally taking over) by the pool during our stay when I read about... More

The hotel from the front looks a little shabby, but when you walk inside its like your entering a different world. It's clean and trendy inside. The rooms are on the smaller side but are comfortable. The restaurant is amazing. We go there just for the restaurant. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. If you go there in the... More
